An area of 101.000 m², the guests will find three buildings of five floors each, with a total capacity of 546 rooms. In order to grant our guests a pleasant stay, our "Ultimate All Inclusive" concept starts with a warm welcome to our guests upon arrival by offering them Turkish traditional sweet called "cezerye" and a glass of Turkish sweet fruit drink called "sherbet." We continue with showing our traditional Turkish hospitality, including a wide range of food and drinks during the day and hereby we aim to guarantee 100% happiness and satisfaction. It's was OK. Nothing brilliant. The cigarette smoke is a problem - it really needs to be limited to certain areas (ie not the pool, or places where kids are). Restaurants a bit hit or miss - all night Sultan atrocious. Main restaurant fine - food limited in variety, but plentiful. The waiting staff really don't care - plates piled without being cleared. Lots of areas in poor repair (pool stairs, footpath tiles, areas of walls with holes). On site shop extortionate (£30 for 2x small kids balls and 1 small water gun). Rooms fine - clean, mini bar good. But tired in decor and furnishing. Bar servers can be terribly rude - especially to kids. Water slides badly need more inflatables. There's nothing particularly that was a deal breaker, sadly it was just a bit underwhelming. If you've booked to go - it's fine, but it's just not 5*.

We came to Crystal Tat for a two week stay with family and friends (there were 16 of us). As we arrived late at night, we were still able to get some hot meals in the night restuarant (Sultan) after we'd checked in. Walking around we saw that the cleaning crew were already washing down all the pathways - there was never any litter lying around and during the holiday, I noticed cleaning and tidying away of the discarded water bottles, and drinking cups, etc, were being regularly removed from the poolside too. Our room (as we had two children) had a large double bed and in a side room, there were also two single beds. Fairly well laid out and with enough space to unpack and move around (and store inflated pool toys too). We also had a small balcony which had two charis and s amall rack for the inevitable swimwear drying needs. A refrigerated mini-bar was also provided (all free). The rooms and the bathroom were clean and partway through the break, the entire hotel (as part of standard cleaning maintenance) was also treated with insecticide. **Food** Fairly decent range of options were available in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I saw there were some diet, babyt and vegan options - I cannot take dairy so looked at the vegan options but didn't try any of them - they didn't look too appetising (weren't popular I guess and sat there a while?) but it was fairly easy for me to identify foods I could[not] have - however, none of the foods are labelled with any allergen information, If this is a concern, we were told you could ask to speak with the chef. Outside the restuarant, the fresh grill area had different options daily and depending on the mealtimes. For example, for breakfgast, freshly cooked omelettes were available along with waffles. At dinner time, there would be freshly grilled fish, kebabs, chicken and turkey skewers, as well as a daily evening 'raost' meat option such as chicken, beef or lamb. For deserts I would tend to have fruit (good selection) and there was also a wide selection of cakes (I didn't try as I assumed all had milk but my family tried some and were happy). Around the hotel site during the day, there was also a small area where fresh flat breads stuffed with cheese or nutella were being brepapred, there was a burger bar and also a smaller restaurant poolside that serviced chicken schnitzel, slads, pizzas, etc. We also booked ourselves a b-b-q slot where they brought all the various raw meats and skewers for us, gaave us tongs and aprons and had pre-preapred the carcoal so we could grill ourt own food. A slight criticism here is that the background lighting was too low and it wasn't alwyas easy to determine if we had cooked the food through without using mobile phone lights. **Drinks** Anyone who's been to an all-inclusive resort will know that you will not be served Smirnoff vodka or gordon's gin, however i was happy to see that captain morgan's was the spiced rum of choice. Instead there are more local options which are acceptable and the turkish beer (Efes) was on draught. There were some drinks (like beer punch) which is a shandy-mix with pineapple juice and this leads to a minor criticism. I think not all the bar staff make the same drinks in the same way - one would fiorget to add pineapple juice, or when I had a mojito, there was no sugar in it, but for the majority of the time, no issues and I rarely had to queue for more than a couple of minutes. there are the usual slushies and another (coffee) bar had americanos and iced coffee, etc. There was also a small tea/coffee bar where you could have turkish delight, baklava, etc, while sitting indoors (to cool down) or just outside but covered for fresh (humid) air. **Pool areas** Always clean and tidy - the water was pleasantly warm to swim in, never felt too crowded and of the 16 of us, we grabbed 7 sun beds as we knew some of us would be in and out of the area during the day and felt grabbing 16 beds would be a bit much. The main pool is where there was more noise/activity (the DJ and more families here as well as the various pool activities). There was a smaller pool - much quieter if needed. **Activities/Entertainment** The animation (entertainment) team put on water polo and dancercize activities, there were occasional large inflatables for team games, seperately air-rifle shooting and darts. The amphitheatre was used for events, such as traditional turkish (and belly) dancing, juggling and so on, and then the large grass area begind the pools, would have a disco or a band would be playing. There were also some water slides that were away from the main pools - the slides were fun and safe and I felt confident that my children could go there without any issues. **Staff** Whilst I think this hotel tends to receive more German and Russian visitors than British, there were also people from Ukraine, Poland, Tajikistan and Khazakhstan that I spoke with, as well as Turkish. I think the majority of staff spoke German and Russian but there was enough english understood to get by. Staff were attentive and helpful and generally seemed happy to be working and being available when ordering drinks to tables during the evening meal, or coffees and teas for breakfast. **Location** The hotel was about a 90 minute drive from Antalya airport and just a 3 minute walk to reach the sea from the pool area. Again, lots of deck chairs here and a lifeguard was also available. The sea was always warm (the mediterranean seems more salty than I remember) and the beach is mainly coarse sand and slopes fairly gently before dropping away - this means that every once in a while, the incoming tide would bring in a metre high wave so small children should be aware. **Overall** We all enjoyed our holiday - food choices, cleanliness, safety, pool, sea, entertainment and so on. Minor criticisms: The rooms themselves were a little bit dark - both rooms for example, would have benefitted from an overhead light but there were side lamps and the aircon units also had a small led light that served as a night-light. No allergen info on any food and the cakes all appeared to have diary (but if you have no allergens, this won't bother you). Some people smoked at the restaurant terrace outside.

Very good midrange hotel. Staff helpful, exceptionally clean hotel overall. Range of food is limited but fresh and plentiful. No themed nights in the main buffet restaurants that we usually enjoy. Very easy to travel to Land of Legends. Bus stop at hotel gate, cost one way is 25 TL or 1 Euro. This is well worth a visit. Take your own water and snacks in with you. Despite website advising against this. We would like to give a special mention to Cuma Ali Etguder and his team at the sea food restaurant who was helpful and kindly found us a table at short notice and made us feel very welcome on our first night. The entertainment team worked well and hard. Despite being near the end of the season they had lots of energy, special mention to Teddy Bear Altan and his Botcha enthusiasm and tact. Positives; cleanliness, the maids, the food, pools and the beach. Lots of sun loungers and space. The range of alcohol was varied with quality international brands. The spa was clean, quiet and relaxing. The fish restaurant was excellent and we were booked into the Italian restaurant at short notice by the very helpful Guest Services team for tonight. Negatives; no meaningful cocktails, the pillows in the bed were terrible, lumpy and uncomfortable things. If your neighbours smoke this inevitably wafts into your room. Some of the entertainment equipment, crazy golf and a warped table tennis table needed repaired in the closed season. The quality of the coffee beans used Is poor throughout (coffee snob). Overall a very good holiday and would return, with my own pillow and coffee bags. Thomson family.

After a warm welcome, we were pleased to find the hotel is boosting in size and the elevator was transparent. So elegant and stunning. Piano in the lobby and terrace outside were promising. Booked a massage on Monday and it was amazing. Pool area clean and beach only few minutes away. Room with a balcony and cleaned daily. Food was pretty much the same except for the grill area were meat varied. Loved the strawberries and the tomatoes lol However my dissatisfaction came on Wednesday when I looked for my cash money. Out of my purse, in my bag stored on top shelf of the wardrobe, I was missing 100Euro. Reported this to customer relations, however I was not expecting a positive outcome. A week later still haven’t heard anything back. The idea of someone going through my things was the only thing that struck me. Apart from that everything else was perfect and I can only add you should go for the coffee at the patiserie as that is the best, as a coffee drinker.

Long story short: My family including 1 year baby boy had severe food poisoning in this hotel. We did not receive help from the hotel staff and they did not even try to provide any special care or assistance. Rude hotel staff and they make fun out of customers. They never asked how we are feeling or if we need anything. Room all broken and does not look like 5stars. Not recommended for families. Full story: Went there for family holiday with 1 year baby boy. Once we got there the room was far from 5stars but we decided to enjoy the holiday and not to bother us about it. On day 4 I got fever, terrible diarrhea and conjunctivitis as complication. Went to hospital Anatolia. There i was not even provided first aid only when I paid, they started the treatment. Hospital receptionist never asked how i feel and most of the times spends watching movies during her work. Clinic did not look trusted. Clearly they try to provide as much services as possible to charge as much as possible. I spent most of the day there having infusions. Doctor confirmed that it is food poisoning. Hotel doctor said that someone would pick me up from the hospital but at the hospital they said go back by taxi. I went back to hotel and later on i asked if they could help me to get the receipt so i could get money back from insurance. Guess relations suggested that i go and ask taxi driver. As well he said that they can bring hot potatoes or rice to hotel room. Unfortunately hot potato is not what you expect after paying quite a lot for family holiday. Again decided not to complicate the things. Next day my husband started having the same symptoms and my baby boy started vomiting which was most concerning. I asked to call the doctor for the baby and they said that this would cost 120euro with no receipt suggesting that this would be paid in black. Lady working at guess relations was making jokes out of me while on the phone with clinic. I did not agree on this and suggested that hotel shall pay for it as we got food poisoning here. They refused. They suggested to go to same hospital i did not agree as clinic did not look trusted. They did not even try to organize the call with ambulance to provide first aid for the baby. Ended up consulting family doctor in my country. They sent a postcard with note GET WELL SOON to the room nothing more than that. We had late departure and asked if they could give us a room because baby was still puking and having diarrhea and they said that we shall pay for it. We did not agree to pay as did not feel like paying for someone who poisoned my family so stayed around the hotel with baby puking around and changing diapers wherever.
