A real 5* hotel that goes the extra mile to make sure your stay if perfect. The food is top quality with so much choice. The sunbeds are really comfortable. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend this resort and hotel.

One of the best customer experience ever and the best holiday ever! We were a party of 5; 4 adults and my 8 year old son. We arrived around 1am and received a very warm welcome from Can at the entrance, Deniz then checked us in (equally pleasant) and then Can took us to our room. The next morning it only got better, every employee you came into contact with, whether this was the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, they all warmly greeted you and were courteous and helpful at all times. All the facilities, food and drink and location was superb. Too many names to call out but still would like to mention a few but really a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Special thanks to Can (Bellboy), Deniz (Reception), Can and team (Spa), Ramazan (Masseuse), Ali and team (Salon), All the receptionists, especially the lady from Poland (sorry couldn’t remember the spelling of your name) who assisted on numerous occasions, all the restaurant staff, especially the chef who made me a delicious omelette every morning at 7am, Hanife (our cleaning lady) and last but not least the amazing management team Ümit and Mehmet. Going forward, for us this is the only place In this region we would stay at because I honestly don’t think anyone can match the full package here. We cannot wait to return next year! It seems no one has ever mentioned about the pub right next to this hotel. This place DOES NOT have a noise policy. It’s 1:30am right now and the pub has been playing music since 8pm or something. If you book the sea view room you will surely hear the music loud and clear. So if you are the kind of the person that prefers to sleep before 2am, or wants to simply enjoy the ocean and chill out in the hotel, then DO NOT book this hotel.

We went for a last minute week in the sun. The hotel was gorgeous - rooms spacious and well appointed. Food good for two picky eaters. Fresh and lots of salads and plenty of choices. Don’t always trust the labels. What makes it outstanding is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you and appeared to enjoy their work. Was such a great break.

My family stayed at the Sundia Liberty in Calis from the 23rd October for 10 nights it’s such a beautiful hotel with the most loveliest staff I have ever met - what I liked was they were all there to look after everyone and so caring which was so nice. I became ill during my stay and had to be transferred to a hospital 250 miles away and the staff kept asking my family how I was doing which was so nice and I think the quick thinking of their nurse helped me so much. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone I am sure you would love it. We will definitely be going back to say a big thank you to a great team of hardworking caring people. Thank you!

Everything about the hotel is spot on! The room was great, the food was plentiful and lovely, something different everyday. The staff were just brilliant, nothing was ever to much trouble. The pool area was kept nice and clean by the staff and the sun-beds were comfortable. Situated on the beach and just metres away from the local shops. It was my birthday while there and they brought me a cake, fruit and wine. Highly recommend a fabulous hotel!

Enjoyed staying in the hotel which is right on the beach. The hotel staff without exception were all excellent and unfortunately we didn't get many names. We enjoyed daily stretching with Barni who was very knowledgeable and friendly. A daily program of activities was available such as boules, darts and aqua Umit the duty manager, who was always very visible to sort out any issues if necessary, he always came to talk to us and ask if we were enjoying our holiday. reception staff are extremely helpful too. Our room was spacious and kept very clean and the restaurant offered a good selection of food.

Fantastic holiday. We stayed here for a week all inclusive the food was amazing always something different on each evening. We booked the Italian restaurant one evening that was also very good I recommend the steak the hotel is very clean and the staff are always on hand to assist and help out. Location is also excellent with a 5 min walk to the water taxi station into the main centre and its own private beach all in all I would give this hotel 5 stars and would definitely return next year
