Antalya Hermes Transfer

Hermes Transfer were fantastic and best value for money.

They confirmed our initial booking by email with a fixed price, then confirmed again one day prior to travel day by a WhatsApp message.

We arrived at Antalya airport late from the UK after a flight delay of one and a half hour, they tracked our flight and they were waiting for us outside the airport with a noticeboard with my name.

They took us to our car which was a Mercedes Vito, the car was big, comfortable with ambient lighting, TV, complementary Wi-Fi and water bottles.

The driver helped us with our luggage on & off the car and it was a smooth and comfortable ride to our hotel, both outbound and inbound drivers were helpful, polite & professional.

On the return journey from the hotel to the airport, it was a similar experience.

Hermes Transfer is one of the best transfer companies I have ever used and I do travel a lot, I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

First time visiting antalya and the transport service from hermes is perfect. They were outside the airport waiting before we arrived, messaged us on watsapp, took luggage trolley and provided us cold water bottles. The price is reasonable compared to other private transfers and even from the hotels with the added benefit of sitting in a nice mini van with leather seats

I booked three transfers less than 24 hours before arrivals for my family who all were coming from different countries at different times, and they managed to do everything just perfectly. They met everyone of us with personal name signs and took us to the destination asap. And the price was also very pleasant, almost 1/2 of the hotel's standard price for the same transfer. Highly recommended.

For the second year, we have been ordering a personal transfer to / from the hotel (s). No need to wait long and tediously for other paxes on the bus and deliver everyone. And so, we found just a mega option - Antalya Hermes Transfer. The application is made through the website in 2 minutes. They are constantly in touch in WhatsApp, they monitor the flight, and in case of a schedule change, they themselves clarify everything. They are met at the airport with a nameplate, they are waiting for you without any problems until you receive your luggage. Politeness is maximal, all communication is through "sir". In our version, they are driven on a Vito, in which there is a coldness with some water. It costs all 25 Euros. Well, as if in a hotel it usually turns out 35-40 Euros one way, so the profit is obvious. I highly recommend it! As the saying goes: "F**k, give me two!"

Note if the fare was more expensive then we would have booked elsewhere, but as it was very reasonable and after reading fab reviews we went for hermes.

The liaison officer for the company was very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of booking a vehicle. He helped us with different areas of Turkey and gave us very competitive prices too. I'm a very satisfied customer 😌 and the vehicles were sooo nice both inside and out, too be honest felt like royalty lol as the first vehicle had cream leather, fridge with drinks, curtains for privacy and extremely spacious. Plus for me cleanliness is like soo important and the vehicle was beautifully kept. Felt really safe with the drivers too as we were all woman.

We were 3 hours delayed so I was worried the transfer wouldn't be there but when we came out of the airport a lovely man was stood there holding a board with my name on. He led us to our private mini bus which was perfect; the driver gave us iced cool bottles of water which was greatly appreciated and we travelled to our hotel in cool air con and free WiFi which the kids loved. Driver very friendly and helpful. On the way back our flight was changed to a few hours earlier so I contacted them and they changed the times for collection with no big problem. Again the mini bus was cool and clean. I would definitely recommend! Well done!

They WhatsApp you a few days before to confirm your booking. They send a picture of the board with your name on, so you know what to look out for. You are the walked to your private taxi and off you go.

One of the best spends of our holiday having a seamless, walk out of the airport, straight into your taxi and straight to your hotel without breaking stride. You can pay the driver in cash in Lira, Euros or GBP.

We had coach transfers included in our holiday package, and were so glad we opted to skip those and use this company. Easily saved us an hour off our shared transfer time and at 2am that's invaluable.

Return journey was much the same. Driver there early, very polite and helpful and a direct 30 min trip to the airport, saving us a good 1.5 hours of extra holiday time compared to catching the TUI coach transfer.

Lovely clean buses, with bottled water and great lighting inside and a big table so we could play cards with our child as we are driven to the hotel.

First time visiting Antalya. Great communication pre booking, driver was on time for both collection and return journey to the airport. Vehicle was amazing and the driver also brought a child seat for our little nephew. Overall this was one of the best cab experiences we had and we honestly can't recommend this company enough. Thank you for the great service and we look forward to using your services again in the future.

Hermes gave me a fantastic service. The driver was there on time to pick us up (both times), he was friendly, provided us with free Wi-Fi in the car as well as a mini fridge stocked with water and beers. It was a smooth journey which was really important to us as we had young children and it was late at night. The 12 seater Mercedes VIP sprinter was clean, comfortable and looked good too! Lots of space and a HUGE boot which had plenty of space for our luggage. They didn’t ask for any upfront payment either and when I had a last minute amendment for my return journey, they were happy to help. Would definitely recommend and use again if I visit Antalya.
