Mirada Exclusive Bodrum

We had the best stay here in early October. The staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The amenities were very clean and pristine. The food was amazing. Lovely atmosphere around the hotel and we hope to return one day

Stay was amazing. I could easily recommend the hotel. Location was great. Room was clean and tidy. Food was delicious and had so many varieties. Vegetarian options was also tasty. Don’t miss music and coctails. Very much thanks to Nevzat he made everything to make our holiday perfect.

Our stay in the hotel was amazing! Even though there was some space for improvement in terms of beach service and beach music, all in all we really enjoyed our stay and grateful to Mirada front team, and all the employees for making our stay wonderful. What is more, the views and the feeling for aesthetic is truly amazing! It is a pleasure! Smells, views - little small pleasures and details. Thank you! We do miss Mirada!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. We had a horrible experience before booking here at Very Chic Bodrum, we approached Mirada and explained our circumstances. The receptionist was amazing (I wish I got her name, she spoke amazing Turkish and English). She gave us the price of 5 nights, gave us an immaculate room and even 10% discount as we had no where to stay. The food was amazing; watersports was amazing as well as all of the staff members, in reception, bar and restaurant. We felt so much better after being here for 5 minutes as soon as we arrived the receptionist offered us lunch and was extremely reassuring. I was in love with the resort. It was beautiful, clean and the all inclusive food and cocktails was of an amazing standard. I’ll definitely be returning here, I felt at home and certainly did not want to leave after my 5 night stay. You pay for what you get and I did not hesitate to pay to stay here. Thank you so much to all the staff, I will see you next year! :)

In August 2023 we spent a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Mirada Exclusive Bodrum. We knew the hotel from before, when it used to be under the name Isis and were absolutely surprised, how successful the renovation and rebranding to Mirada went. The hotel has a fresh and elegant spirit, it has been brought to a new level. Our room, a superior seaview room, was beautifully designed, had a very comfortable French bed and a single bed. The view from the room was fantastic. The food was excellent! We tried the Main ( buffet) restaurant, the Sirtaki specialty restaurant and the Pepper restaurant. The choice is large, the quality is good and everything looks very fresh. The kindness of the waiters was a bonus on top of the great food, we loved the service of Veysi, Mustafa, Vedat and Onur. All 4 were working very enthusiastic, fast and treated us very well. A huge thanks to them! Generally we were satisfied with the kindness and attitude of the staff in all fields. The beach was very nice, the sea is calm and clean. I especially loved the design of the Aqua Bar on the beach! The pool is very well kept and clean. All together it was a very pleasant holiday with a great relaxing factor for all our family members!!!

We had an amazing time here. The hotel was much better than we expected. Very clean communal areas and rooms, very tasty food and lots of options, good cocktails and great staff. We went on September (off season) so it wasn’t to crowded, just what we were looking for. Will definitely rebook for next summer.

Excellent facility, food and everything! We’re enjoying our stay in Mirada Exclusive Bodrum! They had the blue flag, the sea was perfect, relaxing music and the beach was perfectly cleaned, I recommend this Resort to anyone who is looking for stay at Bodrum!

It was a great holiday for me and my family. We really enjoyed and I extremely recommended. Espcially the live musics was very enjoyable. I wish that next year we will come with the fanily again. Thanks for everything

Mirada Exlusive Bodrum has got to be one of the best overall experiences I've had at a hotel. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the facilities are amazing, the aesthetic is very pleasing, the food was exquisite and the room was very clean. Everything we wanted and more, if you are going to beautiful Bodrum then I can't recommend the equally beautiful hotel any more. 11/10!

We loved this hotel, it’s beautiful and the photos don’t don’t do it justice. Nor do the influencers who were staying there while we were there. The Jetty is amazing and this hotels USP. Without the jetty the hotel is a nice but standard hotel with stunning views. The blue VIP area with cushions on the loungers requires a fee per person per day which was expensive and not value for money so we didn’t bother. We described the jetty area as being more Ibiza than Ibiza! It’s a real urban trendy vibe with loud music, DJ etc. and everything is a bit over the top, which we loved but it’s not for everyone. The pool area was quiet and more family focused. I don’t think the hotel has quite decided who its market is. The jetty is Uber trendy and some of the evening entertainment was very adult focused but there are lots of families here and it has a kids club. I’m not sure if it’s trying to attract young singles to party or if it wants families… the two don’t generally mix and that was evident when the families were leaving the (adult) evening entertainment early and staying away from the jetty area. Issues… Rooms not sound proof, we were woken every night by banging from people upstairs. Power cuts every night we were there, sometimes in middle of the night which set alarms off and turned off air con etc. Paint in floor of shower and few doors in toilets not quite finished. Big tipping culture, you get better service the more you tip. Which is unfortunate in a 5* all inclusive. We ran out of cash towards the end and we got dirty looks and spoken about in Turkish. A true 5* hotel this would never happen or be expected. There is no waiter service by the pool. Language was a bit of an issue but that’s because we were British, all staff seemed to speak fluent Russian. It was hard to order drinks etc but we usually found someone who could speak enough English to order what we needed it just took us a lot longer than the Russians who were there. Could be better…. Service could be more joined up. Each dept worked in silo’s and sometimes it felt like an effort to get what you needed. For example. Our mini bar was full but the tea box in the room looked well worn and was empty. I asked twice for it to be filled so I could have a cup of tea but nothing ever materialised. When we were checking out reception were not in touch and we weren’t asked if we needed a Porter. We ended up taking our luggage down ourselves as the cleaner kept knocking on the door to get in. All small issues but I’ve experienced better joined up service in other 5* hotels. Impressed by… Security into and around the resort. Fruit/snacks delivered to jetty beds Range of food was good but similar each night. Could do with having themed nights. Extremely quick at clearing dirty plates/glasses away. The desserts are plentiful and amazing. Fantastic range of salads. Cleaning staff were everywhere and constantly clearing and cleaning without being too in your face. Putting umbrellas away/removing used towels etc. Water sports options off the jetty are incredible. (Paid for). Branded Ice creams and bottled water available by the bucket load. Evening entertain programme was amazing It’s an amazing hotel but I did feel like sometimes we had to work hard for what I would class as basic needs. We found two good waiters but apart from those two nothing was pre-empted. We often had to ask for cutlery, coffee in the morning etc. which can be a chore with the language barrier If they could get the staff to start thinking about what guests might want and need and notice before the guests do this place would be an amazing real 5* Recommendation: Wet towels/flannel once a day for guests would be a nice touch. Ask the staff to start talking to each other and notice about guest needs and wants. The Jetty area wood looks like it needs oiling again as some areas already looking a bit worn. I haven’t rated the kids club, it looked wonderful for little ones but my son is 10 and awkward age. He decided to spend his days with us. Would have been nice if someone persuaded him to join in. Would I return…. Yes the jetty is just so beautiful as are the views from the room and restaurants and we loved the beach/Jetty area. But I would like to think these service issues have been sorted out for the price you pay and I’d probably return without kids. Stunning resort, all my friends were very jealous.
