Jiva Beach Resort

Absolutely fantastic hotel in every way. Cannot fault anything!!! We went as a family of 4, 2 teenage girls, my mum and I. The food, accomodation,activities,staff! everything deserves 5 stars plus! We had a family suite which couldn't have been more perfect, plenty of room, modern and located 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach. We loved it that much while on the sun lounger on the beach on day 3 I booked for October 25. Both my girls said it was one of the best holidays they have been on and we are very well travelled. Only one thing I would change is the pool temperature, although I believe they may be heated in 2024. Only one of my daughters dared venture into the freezing cold pool. Other than that it was a dream holiday. Lots of fun. Anyone who books this hotel will not regret it. We met so many guests who were returning guests and I completely understand why. Thankyou so much jiva for our very memorable holiday, cannot wait to return in 2025. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A very nice hotel. very clean and luxurious with a lot to offer. The suite was nicely done, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of night life in this all-inclusive resort. We only ate one meal at the hotel. The food was good, but we wanted a more traditional Turkish experience, so we ate out a lot. The breakfasts were good to get the day started, but we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel since we didn't feel it to be much of a Turkish experience.

We stayed at Jiva for 11 nights and we didn’t want to leave! The staff are so Friendly, Kind, Helpful and always smiling! The food was absolutely amazing every single day, the only thing I would ask for was for there to be chicken nuggets for our children, there is chicken strips but our children prefer chicken nuggets as they have autism so we had to take them to eat out at restaurants a few times. We do understand it can be hard to cater for children that are fussy eaters though. As previous reviews state the beds are hard but we didn’t know we could ask for a mattress topper so hopefully this year when we come again this won’t be an issue for us. The cocktails are amazing! All the drinks are! There is ice cream for children a the bar but our children prefer ice lollies. The private beach is lovely and peaceful, the sea is so warm! And you can cook jet ski and other activities at the beach. Jiva is the best hotel we have have stayed in and we can’t wait to come back this year!

primarily we are in a hotel in oludeniz, but fancied a couple night in luxury so picked Jiva. Jiva exceeded our expectations when it came to food - it seems to be a real foodie hotel and I cannot imagine anyone having a bad word to say. The same can be said for cocktails… which are delicious and include any you can think of! We were so lucky to be upgraded to a swim up room which despite being November we took advantage of! Cold at first but ok once in! We were also allowed to access our room from 12 - another bonus! Our last day we hired a beach pavilion and have to say it was worth every penny and a real bonus to our holiday! Our guy was so lovely with our little one and I think we must have been the easiest hut as we just wanted Prosecco! 😂 I will say… that the beach is far superior at oludeniz (not the hotels fault!!) I’ve never seen sea so clear! Whereas at Jiva it was your typical sea. A couple of issues.. The beds were hard… I mean no sleep break your back hard…. But as soon as I asked for a mattress topper it was delivered and the next night we slept so much better. The noise levels…. There is no room that won’t hear nightly entertainment with the doors shut….this stops at 11 but with a tired over stimulated 4 year old became a real issue the first night! Overall, when we get past the problems of the first night it was a lovely stay and we would return! The problem is little miss would expect a swim up room everytime!!! Missing the cocktails already!

Thank you and well done to the Jiva Beach Resort Hotel, you earn your 5 stars with ease and you are an example of how to do 5 stars in Turkey. This review is actually harder than most, as everything was perfect, the food, the room, the view, the reception team, the staff, the branded drinks, the hotel, the pools, the cocktails, the hairdressers, the entertainment, the facilities, the spa, the beach, the sunsets, the ‘fixed priced, advertised’ taxi service, did I mention the food - some of the best food we have ever had in any hotel, everything we selected was delicious, hot and the choice is almost overwhelming. The most striking thing for me about the Jiva is how easy it was for them, world class service in a 5 star hotel and it seemed effortless. I can’t think of a single fault - well done Team Jiva, you should all be very proud. Highly recommended, we will be back.

I should really give this 4 stars but the overall quality of the hotel is definitely a 5. The hotel is very clean and lovely gardens. Plenty of sun beds. Lovely ambience. The food is amazing. I am a very fussy eater but there was so much here I could eat. It’s definitely the best AI I have ever been to. Fish Friday was my favourite. Breakfast was fantastic. So much choice. Eggs how you wanted them cooked. Staff are friendly and efficient. Always cleaning and clearing plates. No dirty crockery left on tables. Drinks a plenty and good quality wines. Now for why should have been 4 stars. Our room was big and spacious and decorated beautifully. We were over the kitchen and there were numerous generators or air conditioning units running 24/7. See photos. So there was a humming sound all the time we were in our room. Even with ear plugs I could hear it. If you sat on the balcony which we didn’t you couldn’t hear yourself speak. Because it was over the kitchen the bins were being emptied and loud noises. We are planning on going back next year but would definitely ask not to be in room 699 or anywhere along that corridor on the front of the hotel.

We stayed here November 2023 as a party of 5, we had a family room. Here are my thoughts….Hotel: Clean and modern. Room: comfortable, but very very dim lighting in the evening, so hard to read anything. The rooms did not have a ceiling light for some reason. We had to use a mobile phone torch to read a book ☹️ Bathroom lighting however was good. Shower: excellent and plenty of hot water. Beach: very good, with bar and WiFi too. There were 4/5 dogs who seemed to be living on the beach but they were very docile. Food: high standard, a good selection and well cooked. Some food was warm rather than hot but there is a microwave if needed. Staff: Very friendly and hard working! From cleaners, to bar staff, reception, restaurant, they were all very helpful. Sun beds: Plentiful (it was out of season) and padded! This was the case around the pools and on the beach. Location: almost right on the beech. There is a bus stop near by and the local bus into Fethiye is frequent and as ‘cheap as chips’. The drinks were good quality too! Conclusion: we would certainly return to this hotel as the dim lighting in the room, which is really our only negative, would not deter us from booking again. Please management, improve the lighting in the rooms! Thank you for a great holiday :)

We stayed for the last week of the season and were overall impressed with the hotel and had a nice holiday.We are regular visitors to Turkiye but mostly the Antalya region in winter months.Our room was fine but had twin beds and a large loud generator right outside which one night was ridiculously loud due to a power cut for 7 hours (room 805).Storage ,amenities, mini bar etc were all good.We were very happy that all areas of the hotel remained open till the end with 3 pool bars,beach bar,nightclub and a la cartes available.The beach area was nice though could do with more toilets (currently 1) and service good as it was at all bars.Some imported spirits are available and cocktails well made.The large nicely decorated main restaurant had a good selection with some things changing,not sure why but the pastas were always pretty cold when we had them 🤔.Asian dishes,grill etc were good.We mostly used Paprika restaurant area outside for lunch where you order off a menu and it's cooked fresh.Everything we had here was excellent.The Boubon Asian restaurant was the best meal we had all week and is a must try in my opinion.We chose to stay around the smaller pool area in daytime with nice seating and padded sun beds,at night we were at pool bars or the 24 hour Lukka lounge if it was cool.We went twice to Fethiye and enjoyed the old town for shopping and some nice bars,Calis resort was half closed.The staff and service from them cannot be faulted and they seemed happy.Guests were mainly British and i heard lots say they are repeat guests.To improve the hotel further my suggestions would be to invest in heating one of the smaller pools for cooler months and some sort of food at the beach even if just snacks like bowls of crisps or sandwiches.We are considering returning next year when it reopens with family,thank-you Jiva Paul and Kelly (Doncaster)

What a beautiful and well kept resort. Could really not fault anything. Check in was quick with Hakan being very nice and helpful throughout our stay. All other staff very kind too. The food was amazing with a wide variety throughout the day. Rooms clean, entertainment fab, could go on and on. The only snag which isn't a major fault was I couldn't swim as the water was too cold. Heated pools may resolve this issue but other than this, would gladly go back again.

Arrived 31st October for 10 days, this was my second visit this year and the place just gets better and better, all the staff work so hard considering the wages they are payed, the pool bar staff looked after me so will during my holiday especially TC Oslem Tekin this lady is amazing and such a hard worker always greets you with a smile and a hello she really is the best. The only small criticism I have is the pool bar are could do with more lighting but that’s it, I’ll be returning in April hopefully 🤞
