We had a great family day out in a place that is very popular with locals. Plenty of pools to have fun in and a lot of slides for everyone. The big slides are mainly for adults and teens but the middle section is great for younger children. Its all very clean and well maintained. Make sure you get a wristband and add money to it to purchase food and drink throughout the park. Two main restaurants, one is pizza and the other is bbq burgers. Not the best but ok for a quick munch. Plenty of deckchairs throughout with shaded areas under the trees and parasols. Changing facilities and toilets could do with an upgrade as they are quite dated. Costs around 250 to 300 turkish liras to get to the park by taxi from Sultanahmet Istanbul. Towels, swimsuits, suntan, floats etc available to buy.
Show more...I was there one week ago. I've learnt that the entry price is 400 TL per person and you have to pay 50 TL deposit for a locker. I paid 1000 TL to cashier for me and my wife, 800 TL for entrance fee and the remaining for locker because I was thinking that I must pay locker fee at entrance. After realizing that you must not pay at entrance for lockers the rude staff told me that you have paid me 800 TL. In fact he stole 200 TL in front of my eyes.
on the other hands the pools were very dirty. they don't have sufficient staff so that they have to open/close rides one by one. BIG mistake to go there
1. Nobody understands and speaks English.
2. All bottles & snack are thrown away by workers. You can’t buy anything from the inside!
3. Half of the water slides aren’t working and the others are old and harmful.
4. Half of the toilets doesn’t work.
5. You have to buy locker key and the changing room is very cold and disgusting.
6. Water was very cold so couldn’t go in the pool.
The worst water park experience!
You can not imagine the amount of hate we received from their staff. UNBELIEVABLE!! We got insulted and they cussed my country because I am a foreign. The place was dirty. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and very BAD. Please if you wanna be happy go everywhere except this place.
Show more...The park was amazing, perfect for families. Few slides were closed. Should have more options in terms of food. queue were not long we were able to go on slides 3+ times. Majority Staff don't speak English. the changing rooms and toilets need maintenance. we spent all day in this park from morning to evening. had a great time.
Show more...We searched for English language information on this water park before going to Istanbul and couldn't find much - and their website is only in Turkish - so thought we would offer some tips here for others who want to go. We recommend it - it is not a huge water park but very good value for money and has some fun rides and good swimming pools. Here's what you should know:
- It is off a big road on the edge of Istanbul so if you need to take public transport, it will be two or three buses/metro trips or a taxi that will probably be quite expensive. We took the free shuttle bus, which worked out well. Catch it from Taksim Square, the edge with the Ataturk Cultural Centre on it, at 8.30am each day. It will be a small white minibus with Aquaclub Dolphin written on the side. Journey takes about 45 minutes
- The return shuttle bus leaves the park at 5pm, and will leave from the car park on the right as you leave the venue. Look out for the van and wait near it to make sure you don't miss it, the driver will not make a lot of fuss looking for passengers. The drop off is in a car park area in Taksim Square, a central location to get to anywhere in the city
- Staff at the park speak some English but when we went, it felt like a locals' park, not filled with loads of tourists. You leave your belongings in a locker inside the changing rooms, which is free. Get the key from the attendant
- Entrance to the park is 30 Lira for women, 40 for men - very reasonable
- To buy food and drink, you need a waterproof rubber wristband, which you get from a booth near the entrance. You pay 5 Lira deposit for the band, which you get back when you return it, and then 'charge' it with money for snacks. Food is reasonably priced: when we went, 1.50 for water, 4 Lira for fizzy drinks and about 16 for a burger meal with chips and a drink
There are a few different pools, two for kids and two for adults, with different things to go - waterfall is fun - and good sun loungers around all of them. The rides are good too, and quite inventive. It's a fun day out and if you can work with the schedules of the free shuttles, very good value for money too. Thumbs up from us!
this place is good for iranian tourist.go with family and enjoy it.for transport you can use free shuttle(van)from taksim squar to aqua dulphin .but becareful dont remember your swiming wear becuse wear in here is very expensive.dont remember to visit dulphin show at 2 pm.it is very very attractive and beuty.
Show more...I was last week here , it has many different pool and it's best pool in Istanbul.we had fun time here.there are some things for eat same burgers and pizza and drinks.it has shuttle 5 pm to taksim square
Show more...It is not announced on the web site, but it is worth to know:
- no food an beverages are allowed (even fruits, water and chewing gums should be thrown away at the entrance). You should buy everything inside, mainly junk-food :(
- no wi-Wi-Fi on the territory of the park
- rules of slide visit have changred! Even though it is written kids higher tan 120cm can attend the majority of slides - in fact they are not admitted before 12 y.o. according to the new rules, and should spend their time on the toddlers playground :(
- not same as food, cigarettes are allowed to bring in. People can smoke even at the kids poolside. This is nasty!
- Many slides were not working.
- Girls of any age should wear their bras.
We came with two kids of 7 and 8. Thrown away 2 kilos of fruits at the entrance, kids have played 30 min on toddler playground and were bored but not admitted to any other slides, moms meanwhile breathed some cigarette smell and have eaten expenceve and non-tasty hamburgers. Not a nice family adventure. Could not be recommended to families with kids between 6 and 12.
Also, toilets and the lockers are dirty!

Show more...A fun water park in Istanbul - 40 minutes from Besiktas. When you can’t get to Antalya…!
Pools, slides, chill area 🏊♀️ 🎢 ⛱
Duration: 4-6 hours
Plenty for toddlers to adults. Long queues for adult rides though
Outside food prohibited, they have pizza, crisps, fruit, ice cream & drinks
No tea or coffee which is a pity
Plenty space to relax under trees or sun.
Toilets were surprisingly clean
Lots of lifeguards controlling entry into pools which is good as family ones were kept that way - much quieter than others
Yes, some slides opened at 11:30 , some none till we left at 2 pm but there is still enough to do
Overall: GOOD value for money , even including the 200 TL taxi ride. Hotel pool day use these days is ridiculously priced for just a simple pool. We’d go back here.
Only issue was that it wasn’t very warm as the wind was cool so kids felt cold so our visit was short but well enjoyed.
