Show more...Having spent thousands of nights in hotels, we can say with confidence that this was one of the most pleasantly memorable experiences we have had. The exquisite marriage of the authentic soul of the area with modern appointments make this a holiday we will not forget. The anticipatory service was delivered at every turn in a warm and genial manner and no element was overlooked. At every turn details such as heated floors and an in room Hamam (the blueprint for a future home renovation project) left us refreshed and relaxed.
Show more...Beautiful, historical hotel in natural caves. Wonderful rooms - clean, with heated floor, big jacuzzi, sauna. Equipped by all necessary equipment in the bathroom. Welcome in the reception was wonderful, the guy which checked us in was like open book, told history of the place and added extra miles as it can be. Weakest thing in the hotel are restaurants, especially breakfast. Hotel must improve with it. We tried as well tasting menu, but haven’t been satisfied.
Show more...Great time staying at kayakapi cave hotel, we had everything helped out from the stay to tour and airport transfers which really helped us. The stay included breakfast at Maide restaurant where the staff was very hospitable and considered our request very personally, definitely recommend staying at kayakapi
Show more...Absolutely beautiful views, lavish rooms, great food and located quite close to town and village….but remote enough for private team with access by vehicle. The hospitality of the staff, beautiful landscape view and the luxurious rooms are highlight. Suggest to carry your own alcohol
Show more...Excellent experience! Staff is extremely kind and attentive. Facilities are top notch and the breakfast is also excellent. Tour guides and drivers all told us we were staying in the best hotel in Cappadocia - no doubt about it. Would recommend it every time. Easy 5 stars!
Show more...Spectacular experience 😍, amazing rooms and food! Loved it 😍 but we didn’t do any balloons due to the weather conditions. Regardless we had unreal experience! And I can’t wait to come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️, rooms had amazing vibe, and pools inside the caves.
Show more...Lovely hotel made up of houses that people used to live in. Wife was a little clostrophobic but after opening the windows in the bedroom and a couple of glasses of wine she settled down. We had our own terrance, entrance hall, dining room and a large bedroom, of which was a nice bathroom, underfloor heating throughout. Buggy service was available from reception, just pic up the phone and they were there within minutes, car parking also on site and a shuttle service into the town centre (taxi back to the hotel). Nice restaurant with lovely views, good food and a good wine selection. Would stay again. We live in Belek, so drove the 5 hours to get there, prices were higher that at home but you are a captive ordience in a very touristic spot. Did the ballon ride, luckily the weather was good, but did not book through the hotel but through an agent in the town at half the price.

This is the kind of hotel you dream of being lucky enough to visit one day… somewhere so beautiful and unique that you will always remember it as one of your top travel experiences EVER! We started sending pictures to friends and family as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Everyone had to ask if the background in the pictures was real. Yes, it is that beautiful. No, you will never forget this special place. We had always wanted to sleep in a cave hotel. Taking our twin girls with us on the experience made it even better! the cave rooms were truly out of this world. We choose room #307 for our family of 4 and it was perfect! The outdoor space and that view, we couldn’t have loved it more. There was this large comfy swing chair on our terrace, it overlooked the most beautiful landscape, it was especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset. We just loved seeing our two little girls so happily swinging in paradise. The pool area of the hotel was amazing. We mostly had it all to ourselves during our stay. It was the perfect place to relax in every day in between outings. The setting was really special. The pool side service was top notch. The views were unbelievable. Dinners at the hotel were pretty special too. We had the lamb clay dish that requires 24 hour advance order. Highly highly recommend. We also had the tasting menu. Also highly recommend. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. The breakfast was cute and enjoyable. With the right weather conditions, you will be able to see some balloons in the distance (but do not count on this as being your main balloon sighting for the trip). The balloon tour booked with Royal Balloon was THE BEST. We also booked a sunset jeep safari through the hotel and loved it so much. Overall, we rate our stay at kayakapi as one of our top travel experiences ever. The uniqueness of it all is unmatched. Take the trip here, you will be so glad you made it. Some tips: - The service at the hotel is as kind as it gets. If possible, recognize the hard working individuals by leaving a tip at checkout. We were sad to find out that no credit cards would be accepted for a lump sum tip at checkout. I really wish we had more cash at hand at the end of the trip to recognize such wonderful service from everyone. - You will find detailed walkthroughs for each cave room on their website. This way, you can review and request the room you like most prior to arrival, and it will be assigned to you at booking time if available. I really loved that we could do this. - The spa was fantastic and sooooo reasonably priced. The massage therapist was excellent. Oh and the sauna has the best views!! - For your departure time, if catching a morning flight, try choose a flight that would mean leaving the hotel at around 530 am. This will guarantee one last special sighting of sunrise balloons on your drive to the airport. This made it a really magical end to our trip.
