The Fashion Mall at Keystone

There are plenty of medium and high end stores. There is plenty of parking. But the mall is hard to navigate. One has to keep changing levels because the second level does not cut through to other areas. The directory signs do not all work. Trying to manipulate the app and follow directions on the phone screen is not easy.

The Fashion mall is a nice mall. But just nice.
1 thing I liked the most, is that it's very good when you visit with children, as they have things to do and play while hanging around.

3 things I wish were better:
1. Food court is big with many places to sit, and clean, but not many restaurants to choose from.
2. Almost all the bathrooms were out of order!
3. Variety of stores is nice, but still lacking some of the major popular companies and brands.

All in all, a nice, clean and children friendly but they need to have more brands and make sure that the restrooms are in order!

We were visiting in the area and found a Nordstrom & Saks Fifth Avenue to check out different fragrances, and were very pleased with the experience of the mall, overall.

So many different places to check out & walk around, some on the higher end, but still neat to see. Cool place to just spend a couple hours, grab a bite to eat, and then walk it off. Also was very glad they had See's Candies as a store in the mall, which is something we only see in our area as a kiosk around the holidays!

We stayed at the Sheraton for a conference last week. The hotel connects to the Fashion Mall with a skywalk.The mall has a really good variety of stores and lots of great restaurants surrounding the mall. The best store that i enjoyed was Talbot’s because it had a women’s section with sizes up to 24! Too many Talbot stores do not have women’s sizes, which is ridiculous because plus size women buy quality clothing too!

A great Mall if you like Shopping. A destination in its own right with everything you want under the same roof.

Good parking, restrooms, etc.

My 17 year old daughter has always refused to shop - until we found this mall. We enjoyed shopping for several hours and visiting stores such as Fabletics, The Microsoft Store and Restoration Hardware. We do not have these stores at our local mall and the staff went out of their way to answer questions about products.

This mall has all of the high end stores in it, so you can find just about anything along those lines, There in also a Cheesecake factory there, plenty of parking and a moderate flow of people.

Great location, sufficient parking facilities, great variety of shops from high/mid/low range what you can spend.
Good food area.

This mall has several of my favorite restaurants and shops. Everyone is friendly and I always have a good experience here. I love window shopping, especially since most of the shops are too expensive for me. If you end up buying anything, I recommend getting a chocolate from See's Candies.

I always love visiting Keystone at the Crossing Mall. Upscale and intriguing, there are stores here like no others in Indy including Microsoft and Apple computer "playgrounds", in addition to Williams-Sonona, Tesla, Saks Fifth Ave, and the Cheesecake Factory to name a very few. The layout is astounding and I often bring out of town guests here to shop and relax. A great place to have lunch or dinner and catch a movie. There are numerous very nice eateries just minutes away for EVERY budget. Great hotels are around where you can access the mall without going outside. Highly recommended. Something for everyone.
