Mirage World

Holiday started off a little bit unexpected.. When checking in the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t seem bothered we were there, she was talking on her mobile phone for around 5/10 minutes which we were shocked. In the middle of checking in we were interrupted by an angry family who were making complaints. So our initial opinion wasn’t the best. But… we had an amazing holiday and didn’t want to come home! Clean rooms! Ours overlooked the little pool and it was lovely and quiet. Evening entertainment was good as well, Karaoke was hilarious and many people participated! A few live bands and lots of quizzes! One of the nights it rained so they pulled all of the chairs and tables under the shelter and continued the fun! Food was really good, we were pleasantly surprised! Alcoholic beverages were strong (we found out on the first night!) Slides were good and big pools which nobody went in apart from us and an another couple!

The hotel has been an amazing stay with my family, all staff are lovely we went round to the quite pool a few times but we preferred the main pools as the entertainment team were so friendly and spoke to us everyday we just loved them alex is really amazing person the room was really nice and clean there are 4 pools in the hotel we really enjoyed on the slide pool Would definitely come again next year

We visited Mirage world in October for 1 week and our stay was incredible! The room & bathroom were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was amazing. inThe restaurant had a great choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special thanks to our waiters, who was incredibly attentive and could not do enough for us - even getting our drinks ready at our table before we arrived at the restaurant! The real highlight for us during our stay was the animation team. Alex,fred,selda were super friendly, approachable and welcoming. They constantly made us feel very welcome and our holiday would not have been the same without them - thank you!

Very good hotel, great location, friendly and welcoming staff throughout, very clean and tidy, food very good, great entertainment team especially Jack he really looked after us as a family, loved our time here will definitely come back thank you

Don’t believe the negative reviews!! My partner and I went to Mirage World for a fun and relaxing holiday and we had an amazing time. I think we stayed in Block C, it was the block opposite the shops anyway. The room was spacious, modern and tidy. The air-con was great, the shower was amazing. However, it could have done for a little more storage space as there was only one wardrobe with very few hangers. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are fantastic, especially Alex, Chris & Lena. We thoroughly enjoyed the daytime & evening entertainment and had fun getting involved. The seating is limited so they could do with adding more chairs at the very least. The main downside was the bar staff, they were constantly miserable and could be quite blunt. We really enjoyed the food. We found it to be a nice selection and there was plenty of choice for my partner who is coeliac, so can often find it difficult. In this case, she had no problems. The 24/7 market is great and the guy running it was lovely. We got tattoos while we were there and the two main guys are great but one negative is that on the day of our tattoos they pulled someone else in to do them and he was awful. He was barely awake and looking out the window while doing them. In terms of local excursions, the pirate boat party was a lot of fun. The turtle beach and mud bath was amazing but it was a lot of travelling and a very long day. The buggy ‘safari’ was disappointing as it was less of a safari and more going round in circles on a dirt track but very stop and start while they take photos of you and make you wait for the photographer to catch up. Overall, we had an amazing time at Mirage World Hotel from start to finish and can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend you don’t listen to the negative reviews and definitely give this place a try!

We stayed in Mirage world in September as a family of 4, two adults, an 8 year old and a 16 year old. We had a room in D block which is definitely the newer area of the hotel and above the restaurant. The block was clean and more modern than the rest of the blocks. Our room was a family connecting room and I was a bit worried before we booked that we'd have enough space ( as no other reviews could confirm) but if was ample big enough and myself and partner has a separate bedroom area on a mezzanine level which overlooked the living room the kids were in. There are plenty of swimming pools around the site and we never found getting a sun lounger a struggle even getting up later in the morning. The food was great, plenty of choice, even with fussy kids in tow, the grill outside the main restaurant was particularly good for omlettes in the morning, the drinks were great and didn't taste watered down, the bar staff were super friendly. If you want to book exercusions don't do it via the hotel go outside and then left and two doors down visit marco he's amazing the kids even coined the phrase "in Marco we trust" super friendly always said hello and had a chat when we popped out. I had an amazing turkish bath while the 3 boys went on a quad biking excursion, we then did the family boat trip which was great and all at a reasonable price. All in all I really liked Turkey and the resort, the hotel was great and had loads of choice, and was perfect for our family.

we booked this hotel To arrive and found ants in the bed and all over the floor Reported it to staff in the move morning and yesterday did move us. We then got to the swimming pool, which had about 20 guys sitting around their smoking drugs. All day long, we told the hotel. They did nothing about this and continued to smoke drugs around the pool side all week for our holiday. Highly not recommended

Food is shocking , location is fine , prepared to get pushed out the way for a bread roll. Make sure you take an additional £500 to enjoy food outside of the hotel Go somewhere down the bottom of the strip if you want to enjoy icmeler .

This place is full of drugs Drugs coming out of every room. There must have been about fifteen people around the pool side Smoking cannabis was reported to the staff, and they continued to let people carry on smoking drugs

Just on our last day at Mirage World and we have had a great time here. Entertainment team are brill, the shows are fab and even on our last evening, with our granddaughter being the only small child here, they still put on the mini disco for her. She has had a fab 2 weeks learning all the dances and made some lovely friends here. Thanks Fred, Alex and Gizem 😁
