We left very satisfied with the hotel we went to for the first time after finding it online and taking a risk with my wife. Our room, food and staff were of top quality. Cleanliness, order, courtesy and taste were remarkably attentive. Restaurants from different countries are worth trying and offer delicious meals. The Fajita we ate at the Mexican restaurant was made by a chef from Siirt, but it tasted great. My only suggestion is that the beach should be maintained a little more. Since we spent almost all day on the beach, it is important that the beach is well-maintained and reflects the quality befitting the name and star of the hotel. In order to change the shabby atmosphere, broken and faded sun loungers, some moldy cushions should be checked and, if possible, the entire beach should be arranged in one piece with special sand. We would like to thank Zülal and Ms. Su for supporting us as customer assistants. It's on the list of hotels I want to go to again...

He hotel is so beautiful and the food is good and delicious 😋. The rooms are beautiful and big . I was staying in the hotel for 10 days with my family me and my husband and three girls .we were staying in olive superior room and olive superior family for 10 nights. We asked for an upgrade and we were suprised that they give us anupgrade for the last four nights in the swim-up rooms, it was amazing .from this part i would like to thank Mr Sabri the guest relation manager for his kindness and generosity and plus this we have gotten a free dinner meal in one of à la carte restaurant. Thank a lot 🙏 💓 I don't want to forget my guest relation girls Nada and Houda ,they were so helpful and so patient with us and not forgetting so professionally answering my question and quick response from their side.all the live to you guys 💓 It was pleasure to meet them .i had an unforgettable journey and I will come back there for sure. My best regards to all of you.😘

The hotel is located in the town of Torba, 6 km from Bodrum, on a quiet bay. There are a few small supermarkets and various restaurants within walking distance. And there is a harbor just a short walk away. There is also an archaeological church on the beach (turn right). The bus to Bodrum stops in front of the door. Everything is very well organized in this fantastic hotel, which we will definitely visit again. The food was very varied and very tasty. Staff were friendly and very good. You will have several personal assistants who you can ask anything and help you with anything. The room was fully equipped and was cleaned twice a day. Beautiful beach with nice sunbeds and you can order food and drinks via a QR code. The same goes for the swimming pools. Various a la carte restaurants where you can eat very well.

So where do I start. Upon arrival, just wow. You want into the beautiful hotel and someone is sat playing a grand piano. It was breath taking. You check in and it's so seamless. You can sit and have a drink if you wish but its takes minutes to get checked it. Once checked it, your bags are taken to your room, while you have a tour, this hotel is rather big! Maybe a map might be handy. The rooms are beautiful. You have a mini bar which is replenished everyday for free. The restaurants are fantastic. They will make food to the way you want it if you have fuss kids, like mine! Which is truly amazing. You have drinkable yogurts, pop yoghurt but they have bits in, formula milk which I could only see the brand aptamil, weaning pots. Honestly anything a baby needs, it's there! But if you can't see it, then you just need to ask. The food was lovely for adults, plenty of choice. The only thing I was missing was a good chicken pitta kebab! When you arrive you join a WhatsApp group for your room which you get assistants, incase you want or need anything. We had Nada, Honda and Aizhan. All lovely people. Nada was amazing, my 2 year old wasn't well and she was a fantastic help with the doctors. Thank you so much Nada. On site you have a kids part which was handy for the hot days for my 2 little ones. There is also a water park so all ages, the life guards are so friendly. Big shout out to Bunyamin! He went above and beyond to make your experience amazing! Overall this hotel was beautiful and a lovely experience. The only reason I haven't gave 5 stars is because there is only 1 heated pool and this doesn't have a kids pool in. The water was 26 degrees. It took your breath away when getting in. This meant my 2 children didn't use the pools, and that a big issue for us because my kids are water babies. Of the more pools where heated they 5star all the way!

10 nights in this spotlessly clean hotel superb staff , food and drink’s outstanding quality in all restaurants including the main restaurant which had multiple food choices available absolutely no complaints. Stunning accommodation thanks to staff for giving us 1046 in the centre of everything after formal request to hotel 👏👏. Bodrum 15-20 minutes away in taxi , airport 30 minutes away in taxi . Bodrum around 400 lire inc tip . Entertainment absolutely first class best I have had in any hotel 🏨. Staff so helpful it’s a pleasure to deal with them . Now for a few negatives. Lack of Toilet facilities around the whole complex very strange difficult to find in areas and needs to be addressed including beach toilets access. Some toilets with only one single toilet and being heavily used . Many many Russians in this hotel with many many young kids and a few number two’s being done and closing the large heated pool on 2-3 occasions. We went next door to the quiet cold pool for some relaxing quiet time and two young Russian kids sat at side and did a wee pee in the water 💦 Disgusting. But also funny. Service not great at the warm pool even the roller skate waiter better going to bar yourself . The large heated pool was outstanding just next to the 🏖️ beach but mobbed with young noisy kids enjoying bless them . A very strong Russian presence at this hotel with so many young kids would deter me from returning to this Fantastic venue. Adults only area must be looked at asap and sterner control of pools with children being children. Love kids and my grandchildren who I take away twice a year and love it but it was overwhelming in the Torba and must be addressed if more UK guests are to venture here mostly without kids at the end of the season and is noisy not 2 bad at night time I must add. Conclusion would I venture back to this 5 star gaffe with my friends. We paid over 4k for 10 nights but really it’s only 9 you get with travel times . For 3k I could put up with the negatives and lack of UK guests . Did I enjoy my stay yes most certainly sorry about the honest negative points . This is a real top dollar Hotel with outstanding staff food drinks of the highest quality I have ever seen being served all inclusive Hotel . Satellite needs upgraded to get uk football on very important this traveled to Gumbet 3 times to watch Celtic . Thank you to everyone at the Torba different class cheers 🍻 cfc

What an experience, from check in to the check out, and beyond! A first class hotel, great staff, from our assistants Esra and Beyza, who supplied superb service both in person, and via WhatsApp, through all the hotel staff, who couldn’t have been more attentive. The restaurants on site, from the main buffet style Degusto, through the various fine dining restaurants, Asian, Turkish, Japanese, Italian, Mexican, and fish and steak were a delight. Not to mention the patisserie and tea salon. With the spa and watersports, as well as a water park for adults as well as children there is plenty to do - or not! And the evening entertainment is also first class. A relaxed idillic holiday, Village Torba is deserving of the awards it has received, it’s staff are at the heart of its success, Cannot wait to return

I had the most amazing holiday at Voyage Torba. I initially had some issues when I arrived and Esra and Caner both went the extra mile to resolve these for me. Esra was my assistant whilst I was there and kindly arranged an upgrade for me to a family suite which was absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for Esra and she is an absolute asset to the resort. She is polite, kind and considerate and did her utmost to make my holiday enjoyable. I had fresh bedding everyday and Esra also kindly arranged for pillow mist to be left in my room everyday which was a really nice touch. She also booked me into the A La Carte restaurants every evening for dinner and also joined me for dinner on a couple of the evenings which was so nice as I was travelling solo. I was given a lovely traditional glass cup along with some loose Turkish Tea to take back home with me which was so kind of Esra to arrange. Caner is also an asset to the resort and was so kind and helpful. The resort itself is really big and I do feel it could be sign posted better as it’s very easy to get lost and I also feel the resort would benefit from an adults only area as it was full of families with a lot of children running around all the time. However, as Esra had arranged for an upgrade to a room in the Lagoon area, fortunately this made my holiday more relaxing and peaceful. The food at the A La Carte restaurants was amazing especially the Mexican and the traditional Turkish breakfast at the Turkish restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay at Voyage Torba again if I were to go back to Bodrum.

Very good hotel, a lot of food clean hotel. Only the cats most wait for food from the People. Better that the give them dry food,small cats from one month are sik they have diaree and every People see it on the beach.Give the cats special house whit food please....but i go back was a great hotel....SUPER..

We arrived at the hotel around midnight - tired and a little disoriented as the complex is quite large. To be met with friendly and smiling faces at checkin and someone to give us a brief tour of the hotel. We then went to the 24/7 cafe for a late supper and again welcomed and the food was of a very high standard. We tried two of the a la cartes - Turkish and Italian but to be honest was more than happy with the main restaurant. We did love going to the fish restaurant at lunchtime (which is free at that time) for a grilled sea bass and chilled glass of rose. We found our whole experience really good - food and drink quality excellent, service and staff excellent, everywhere was clean and no issues looking for a sun lounger either on the beach or by a pool. Plenty of beach towels available daily was nice. The evening entertainment was fun although it would have been nice if the beach bar played chilled tunes into the evening. Lots of nationalities and a surprising number of young families (convoys of buggies at peak times). Our room was lovely and modern and abutted the swimming pool if you did not want the beach. The online concierge team were great with daily contact and eager to please. Again all the staff were lovely and friendly and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

We left the hotel with a rather impressive view of the hotel's kids club. They have a great staff! The team, which started with a great manager, was very talented and my children communicated very well with many members of the team, especially Ms. Mine and my son got along very well. The entire team was very friendly, professional and caring. They made sure our kids had the best time! Thanks to them, we had the best holiday of our lives! If you want to enjoy your holiday with your partner/friends, let me tell you this is the right place! I could barely see my kids because they didn't want to go out and we were constantly getting updates on our kids, which gave me peace of mind. We were very happy that the activities were both fun and educational. Our children were both very happy and learned a lot of new information during the summer holiday. I can't wait to go back 👌🏻
