Went early October it was shutting up around us. Jet 2 advertised restaurants didn’t shut until Nov so lied and lied when we contacted them. I won’t bore you don’t go in October unless you want to eat at the same place for lunch and dinner everyday. Poor management and rude reception who are too important to raise their head 🙄. Please spend your money somewhere else. I’ve never had to give a hotel in turkey 1 star but don’t see why they get away with this.

Top hotel, only entertainment is boring with too much house/techno music. Top restaurant Lotus, top notch, with great chef Edy and Abdelilah. Only compliments for their delicious food, better then Nobu.

As the title suggests, my designer aftershave was stolen, by what must have been a member of staff. This was reported in the lobby, and they didn't do anything about it. If i didn't have anything stolen from my room, or they would have gone the right way about sorting this out for me, it would have been a four out of five. Girls at the bar were great, with a special mention for Fatima, and the girls at the bar near the lobby, and the lifeguard Sami. The place is in a great location and is picturesque when looking from the top down, with great views. Most of the staff are really good and nothing was ever too hard to deal with. I think the welcome staff for a bit below par and lets the rest of the hotel down a little bit, as they weren't really that welcome on our arrival. As it was the end of the holiday season after a couple of days our buffets became limited to about half the amount of food which was fine, because that would cut wastage and there wasn't a massive amount of holiday makers at the time we went. The hotel looked bit tired and some parts but it was mostly really nice. The Romans were nice by borderline tacky with everything gold and a lot of the gold paint being marked off due to age and not being refurbished. As I said previously, the theft from my room, was really unfortunate that someone in a five-star hotel would do such a thing, and on top of that nothing was done about it, so regardless of a lot of the workers hard work to make people have a special holiday when they're spending time there, this has been ruined by greedy people who had access to people's personal belongings thinking they should be able to take something like for themselves, and also for the staff not to do anything about it was in my view, disgusting. Anyone wanting to stay here I would advise you to put stuff in a safe of any value just to be sure, even though this may have been a one-off I was strongly advise it

We chose Bodrum as we wanted to visit a different resort (we’ve holidayed in Kemer, Antalya and Belek several times). Our room was lovely and the hotel’s location is also lovely. We also read the reviews which the hotel had received. We were very disappointed however that only two of the six a la carte restaurants were open in the evening (Lotus and Thetis) and five days into our holiday the poolside restaurant closed and didn’t reopen (an apparent “technical issue”). There’s was also only one bar available for a pre dinner drink….. It’s was a fight (an argument on the WhatsApp group chat) to book an a La carte restaurant as there was less availability of tables. We understood from staff that the hotel was now in “closed season”……..??? and the hotel was closing….. Whilst we were disappointed the choice of food venue was much more limited, we’re angry that neither the hotel or our tour operator #Jet2 didn’t advise this when we booked. Had we known, we would have simply booked a different hotel……. Some mornings we woke wondering which part of the hotel food and beverage service would close……on some days the hotel also ran out of Efes, gin, nuts & crisps, Diet Coke and Coke Zero……….(how can you run out of the national beer and coke 😳) This isn’t the 5star resort advertised…..

When is a 5 Star premium resort not a 5 Start premium resort? When its half closed down and in the process of closing completely!! We chose this hotel because of the great reviews it received, the range of facilities and excellent selection of A La Carte restaurants. What an utter disappointment that all was. Upon arriving at the hotel we were informed 3 of the 6 restaurants were closed and the 3 actually still operating were only doing so on a rota basis thus severely limiting the restaurant selection and availability. Subsequently we found out that the hotel was in the process of closing for the winter season and many other facilities such as bars, snack bars, evening entertainment and parts of the hotel were already closed and staff laid off. Had we been made aware that this hotel was in the process of shutting down and only operating at 50% we would never booked to go. The fact this is not made clear is a best a dubious practice. The abcence of staff impacted upon the general levels of service - an example being served cocktails in paper Starbucks cups at the pool bar as there were no staff to collect the used glasses from around the pool area. This hotel advertises itself as a 5 Star premium resort and as such that level of service should be available to EVERY guest ALL the time. At the time of our stay this hotel is not 5 star and would barely qualify as 3 Star.

This is a fabulous hotel. We stayed in the swim up rooms. Amazing rooms with jacuzzi bath, walk in wardrobe , huge comfy bed with a little office space. The staff here are super nice, and I have to mention Fatima in the lobby bar and Hamed from the Fish/Italian restaurant. So attentive, always wear a smile and interested in having a chat. The whole orientation of the place is stunning. The pool and beach face out into a beautiful bay with a few mountain ranges, it’s an absolute paradise of a place. There are a few restaurants at the hotel but a lot were closed during our stay in mid October which is fair enough. We did try the fish restaurant and the Japanese one which were both fab. I cannot overstate how impressive the buffet is though, for breakfast lunch and dinner, there’s a plethora of super fresh food constantly on offer and changing a bit from day to day. Personally loved the different soups and freshly sliced fruit.

The location is beautiful, but the actual hotel experience is iffy at best. On the positive side, our favorite bartender was absolutely amazing. Eveything else was . . . meh. Communications were borderline disastrous. If you know the famous British comedy series (F.T.), picture an entire team of Manuels. Truly that level of challenge to communicate, sometimes funny and sometimes just shockingly frustrating. Food was OK but not great. Restaurant and entertainment offerings were limited. Some people might find the decor attractive, others will view it as gaudy and at the same time cheap. Had a great time with the family, but that could have (should have) been anywhere but here. Not planning a return trip . . .

Absolutely beautiful Hotel in the most amazing surroundings and grounds, fabulous views from every angle. Far exceeded our expectations, stayed in a deluxe swim up room which looked exactly like the online photos, requested a sunset view and experienced the most perfect sunset every night. Staff went above and beyond and were all so good. The be assist service had fast and efficient responses, the hotel is beautiful but the staff make it so special, so many amazing waiting staff and bar staff, special mention to the lady who took our cocktail order every night and the young man from the lobby entertainment area. Not forgetting the bar lady whose Turkish name translates as ‘special raindrop’, looked for her to tip her before we left but possibly her day off so thank you if you’re reading this now. We tried two al a carte meals, the Asian and the Italian, husband said the beef in black bean sauce was the best he’d had and I loved my pizza. The snack bars are also al a carte and these were our favourite places to eat although we loved sitting among the bougainvillea gazebos in the buffet restaurant too. We had a Cabana for our last day so we had a base after checking out of our room, again fabulous service, fruit platter, lunch, snacks and all drinks brought to us by the guy form the cabana bar, they even provided us with inflatables to use in the sea. The sea is so clear too, we enjoyed feeding the fish. The golf buggies to transport you around the huge complex are a godsend and much appreciated. Overall amazing experience, we really hope to return next year. Only possible niggles are behaviour of some guests (not hotels fault) some were quite rude, also the lack of privacy between terraces on the swim up rooms, we had to listen to our neighbour talking incessantly on his phone/laptop, (assuming he was working in telesales or something as this went on for several hours every day) and we found it a little intrusive in our down time, as be wanted a relaxing break to switch off from work not feel like we were in an open plan office.

Hotel Be Premium exceeded our expectations. Rooms are spacious, restaurants were with delicious food. Staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Location is amazing- just at sea shore with a lot of amenities. Area is historic with a lot of archeological sites just hour or two away. I would recommend this place for all my friends and people who read this review.

We normally stay next door in the Rixos but it was full at the time of our booking. Turkey now is loosing its appeal for all inclusive as it is becoming expensive for what you get. Standards are definitely dropping in food and service and this is very noticeable in this hotel. Food selection is depressing to say the least compared to it's neighbor the Rixos and they have also dropped as we were there earlier this year. The BE Premium has the trappings in the foyer of a 5 star hotel but that's as far as it gets. I would rate it a poor 4 star or even at times a 3 star. It amazes me how they succeed in customer service from Housekeeping to Bar and Restaurant staff but yet the staff are let down by management as this is a management fault not a staff fault. Behind every good hotel there has to be good management and good staff the former is non existent in the BE premium. For example Effes the national beer in Turkey was out of stock in the hotel on numerous days like going into a hotel at home and they had no Guinness. I could go on but that analogy about the beer says it all for me. Unfortunately I will not be visiting this hotel again in foreseeable future. This review is not a reflection on the staff as always they are excellent and try there best to please you.
