If you’re looking for Gold Grand Bazaar is the best for you. I highly recommend these place to shop for Gold - Karadeniz Kuyumcusu look for Llhan Ercan and Goya Altman’s and Pirlanta. You can haggle for a price within your budget. This is 10.61 grams of Gold I bought it 300 usd.

I loved this place! It's funny to walk through the corridors and negotiate with the vendors, you can find anything you want at the Grand Bazar and it's not expensive.
Do negotiate, ask for discount, be sympathic and politte with the vendors and you'll get amazing prices!

A unique place where all the shops are mingled. Here you will find everything: clothes, souvenirs, herbs and spices, candy, leather, lamps, carpets, the best and the worst. Beware of scams. Turkish delights shops * sell pricy jasmine tea which is in fact ordinary green tea ! Loads of fake brand items. In this place I'd buy nothing more than a small souvenir, probably made in China
* Store Keseciler n° 101 name: Sehri-i Saray (since 1974)

A good grand bazaar but not as big and beautiful as the ones in Iran. Still worth visiting. Bought the best and better priced Turkish Delights here. Must look for ECE Sultan palace. There are also lot of shops selling almost everything and anything. Better buy all the gifts and souvenirs here as outside things tend to be more expensive.

So sad, everything everywhere in Istanbul is the same; jewelry, Turkish delight, shisha, tea, baklava, fake designer stuff.
All these stand have the same stuff, nothing interesting to see here. The only thing I liked about this places was the charm of the building. Look up and wander around and see what most ppl will miss!
