Ulster Gliding Club

My friend Jan and myself were made to feel very welcome by everyone in the club. It's obvious they love gliding and all were happy to take the time to explain and show us things. The flight was fantastic and sitting in front of the instructor I had a clear view of the beautiful scenery around Lough Foyle. Trying out how to do turns and fly level was great (thanks Brian). So anyone looking for that special present for Christmas or a birthday look no further buy a voucher and give someone a thrill of a lifetime.

This ticked all the boxes for me. I was given a gift voucher for an experience of a life time. The Club may be small, but the members give you a warm welcome and provide a professional service which made me want to make the journey again.

Had a trail lesson bought to me for my birthday and an just back from a great afternoon flying around the Benone area. We were made to feel very welcome and had a great chat with the instructor Mike. Spent about an hour in the air on a trial lesson. The trial lesson gives you three months membership of the club as well so can’t wait to go back for more in the coming months.
