Victory Resort Hotel

We arrived at hotel at 9am after stressful flight which arrived in Antalya 3 hours late, and until 4 pm - for 7 hours we sat at the reception waiting for our room. Management made no effort to compensate or apologize for the terrible start to our holiday. A tall Turkish guy, about 45 years old, with gray temples who was at the reception, in addition, was rude. During our holiday he was at the reception every day and always during our treatment he behaved unfriendly. We would not recommend this hotel to others thinking about booking. Please give it a swerve. This is not a five-star resort. It is a three star at a push.

We arrived at hotel at 3am after a stressful 2hours waiting at Antalya airport as luggage had gone awol. We arrived at hotel a bit frazzled with a sleeping 5 year old and two older children. We didn't have the best reception at hotel. An older man at the front desk. Spoke very limited English and was not very friendly. After having to forward all of our travel documents to the hotel email address, and filling in additional forms we were informed that our booked room was unavailable. They had overbooked and our room would be available the following day. The only room available was in the main building above the restaurant. Top floor, in the roof. Please find photos attached. No staff were available to help with luggage. We had to find our own way to our room with cases and a sleeping child. We received no apology. We were told to take it up with management at 9am. The rooms Aircon was not switched on so you can imagine the heat coming from a room that's sutuated in the roof. There were no curtains and the size of the windows can be seen in photos attached. Only five lukewarm waters were provided in the fridge. We had to wait until 13:30 the next day for the room that we had paid for to be available. Management made no effort to compensate or apologise for the terrible start to our holiday. We are the only English tourists in hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to others thinking about booking. Please give it a swerve. Even asking for simple things like a coke or a spoon ends in a game of charades while staff try to figure out what we are asking for. The food is also terrible and flies swarm the food that is presented outside due to there not being enough room to accommodate all of their guests. This is not a five star resort. It is a three star at a push.

This has been the first trip since 2018! We were so excited! On the whole, it was pretty damn good holiday! + water pools, the meal, atmosphere, night performances, foam party, ability to stay at the beach after 19:00, nice bar with milk cocktails and ice-cream. - only one bar near by pool(always big lines), asking guests to write a review on popular tourist's sites We stayed at a superior room with balcony. The room was normal, nothing special. There wasn't any shampoo like in some hotels, just liquid soap. Housekeeper did good job, we were completely satisfied. Whenever we came to change beach towels the lady (who was in charge of it) always tried to sell some massage services. I know it's her job, but it was no picnic for us. The food was pretty good. There were different types: for people following healthy diet, for people preferring hot, spicy food, etc. Also I want to mention sweets and deserts, those with coffee flavor are amazing. Most of the staff did good job. They were friendly, helping, etc. They speak a bit German, Russian, English, so for me there weren't any difficulties with communication. Overall, the hotel is pretty good for its price and location. I would recommend it to my friends. Have a good one!

I am a big man 195cm/6’5” Getting in and out of the bathtub/shower is really hard since there are no grab handles and it’s really tall to step in Plus it’s real slippery so you have to be really careful!. In general the hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and the food is excellent!. There is a little store with great deals also. Pools are beautiful & clean, Ice cream is served all day at the 2nd pool area that has water slides for children Overall it’s a beautiful hotel A majority of the wait staff are Russian and the speak English for anyone coming from the UK or the USA

Enjoyable experience in a perfectly organized place. Smiling people and perfect service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Numerous enjoyable events. Ideal location near a nice sandy beach. Great animation with experienced and similing animators.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the staff was kind and friendly, this pleasantly surprised me. The hotel is very nice and cute, the food is tasty and varied, the animation is so interesting, I recommend it. The beach is clean and wide, the sea is transparent, there are also lunches on it. The rooms are cozy and well decorated. I would like to come here again, this hotel gave me so many memories...

All was perfect :) Hotels staff were very nice and open. Food very delicious. Territory, beach and evening program evaluated 100% :) rooms are very nice and were cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed. Also there is a beach bar, which offers you different types of drinks and snacks, and also lunches. Really recommend this hotel for good family vacation, very nice place to enjoy sea and a lot of delicious food :)

OMG fabulous week spent here, staff are fabulous entertaining adults and children, the mini club was fabulous our little girl spent all day in there. The food was out of this world, can’t wait to go back next year x

We had an excellent time at the Victory Resort Hotel. Excellent value for money, with magnificent food provided at all meals - always varied and catering for all palettes. It was particularly nice to be able to savour Turkish food. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The animation team were particularly dedicated and hardworking- both with the daytime activities and the evening entertainments. The professional performers in the evenings were if a high standard, mostly acrobats and dancers. The 2 pools, one with slides, kept the children happily entertained and allowed us to relax. Easy to walk or take the bus to the beach, with its beach bar. Simple to catch the local bus into Side to view the Roman amphitheater, ruins and museum and go shopping. Overall a great holiday. Highly recommend.
