Unfortunately I cannot give a big review because unfortunately our plans changed because our family had a turkish person and the places manager has a rule (that is not mentio while booking the place) that turkish men and women can’t share a room so unfortunately we couldn’t go there but the receptionist was very comforting about the whole situation and helpful :) so thank you for that

unfortunately we can give only 3 stars here. What we like - The hotel facilities are relatively new compared to how long it has been there. - Some staff is very helpful and try their best to help. Our appreciation goes to Duygu at the reception, Mustafa at the restaurant and Ayse from miniclub - The water slides are fun. There is also a floatable water obstacles once a week which pool guests can have fun - The highlight and what distinguish this hotel is the show that they organized almost every night. It was fantastic and the whole family enjoy it. - The beach is right there with awesome beach restaurant. Very sandy and clear water - The cleaning lady do a wonderful job with cleaning the room - Minidisco is fun for the kids. What we dislike - We need to pay 18euro to use the vault in the room - Miniclub has very little toys/activities. During the time we are there, there is only shirt painting (10 euro), old board games. Could have been better with more indoor toys that will occupy the children like toy kitchen etc. - The internet is unstable throughout the hotel and even in some rooms. - The male staff at the reception is quite incompetent. When asked if we can borrow the basketball for the court. He said we need to walk around and find the staff from another animation company by ourselves as he has not contact for them. What a great system and coordination they have! - WORST EXPERINCE ever is at the A La Carte restaurant. After 15 minutes in a queue since morning to reserve the seat. We found the food very bland and not at all tasty. We only managed to eat one bite from the main course (lamb) and had to walk out of the restaurant to the normal buffet at the main restaurant to continue eating. The kid's menu that they serve comes suspectedly from the buffet downstairs with cold burger, cold spaghetti WITHOUT sauce, and cold fried sausages. Our kids also ate only one bite and stopped. What a big disappointment. They also cleared the plate in the wagon right in the restaurant, so we see and hear how they knock the plate against the trashcan in in the wagon all through our meal. :( I wonder how can this pass as a standard food hygiene in a 5 star hotel - another bad experience is with the staff at the vitamin bar who was extremely RUDE and tried to push the customers to order juice with alcohol against their will. When customer rejected, he expressed his attitude clearly that we just had to walk away.

Pools are lovely, water slides, zoo, stables, shows good, staff attentive and efficient. Beach bar does good burgers, one restaurant makes fresh tasty pizzas daily, buffet full of glorious food and drink. Only downside is the manners of some fellow guests. Some don't wait for you to exit the elevator, push in when hardly any queue maybe 1 or 2 persons , rude to staff, greedy etc. The staff deal so well, are professional and kind, I just hope future guests appreciate how hard they work and treat them accordingly. A simple please or thank you should be standard.

The hotel is very nice, foods, rooms, clean everything perfect! Beach too. 😊 Except one thing - music outside (after shows) extremely loud!!! People, children can’t sleep!!! Please, cut back volume after 22:00! 🙏 Thank you!

Bella Resort was beautiful, just as the name says. We were treated as special guests, and not like a number. Mr. Serkan accommodated us for the slightest inconsistencies. As of June 2021 there is limited animation, but we were here to rest anyways. The Italian a la carte was amazing and the entire waiting and cleaning staff went also above and beyond. We would come back in a heartbeat. Good bang for your bucks!

This evening I waited 45 minutes for taking food. And I couldn't take dessert because I didn't want half hour more. Food quality also the worst I have seen. Hotel uses low quality things nearly for all foods.

We went as a couple and got what we expected for the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel, as well as rooms were clean and the food decent. Fresh salads and plenty of choice. But as with all all inclusive it gets repetitive pretty quickly! On the negative side we had issues with aircon and opening the window at night was too noisy due to the aircons from the hotel adjacent. The promised sea view was laughable but as balconies were so small it didn’t really matter anyway. Drinks were cheap and low in quality, and the spa rips you off. All in all we had a lovely holiday, but then we don’t really look for entertainment and the typical package holiday stuff. A trip with separate flights and accommodation would have been way more expensive, so we opted for this way of traveling and enjoyed our time.

Great hotel with adequately priced all inclusive off food, drinks, beach, other facilities & easily accessible makes it the perfect getaway for tourists like me. I attended a wedding there... it was magnificent evening! Around 300lira per person per day. Thanks to our friends we got a great deal!

Lovely vacation in Bella, with great food & amazing beach. Totally recommend. Location: Approx 1 hour from the airport in Colakli, Side, located next to a promenade going around hotels in area. Beach is just few minutes from the main building accesible via lovely paths surrounded by palms, bushes, trees. Dolmus bus stop just next to hotel, takes approx 20-30 min to get to SIde, for 1.50 eur. Close to bazaar (smaller, long streets with shops in Evrenseki, 10 min drive by dolmus) by foot 10-15 min also local grocery store with tasty Turkish products. Hotel: Hotel is built in luxury style with spacious reception including lobby bar and lovely terrace overlooking the pools and sea. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds, just sufficient pool size for the hotel, with pool bar next to it. Resturant has amazing terrace where dinners are especially coze, however gets crowded at 7pm-7:30pm. Beach bar&restaurant offers spectacular view. Rooms: Big enough for double bed + extra bed, equipped with designer furniture, mirrors everywhere in the room. I found bed matrass uncomfortable and hard, however my companion did no, depends what are you used to. Minibar, safe, TV, spacious bathroom and balcony. However we had an issue with standard rooms overlooking the roof of hotel (you could literaly stand on it) or other room which we got upgraded to had lovley view over sea and next hotel which had extremely loudly A/C and smell coming sometimes, so we had to keep our windows closed 95% of time. Restaurant: This was the best thing about this hotel. We found the food very delicious and fresh, great variety of meals, whatever you can think of. Various meat dishes - chicken, turkey, beef, kebab, burgers, fish, amazing baked/fried potatoes, wide variety of morning buffet and amazing cakes. If you ever tried turkish all inclusive, you have some expectations but this went beyond, really amazing! Also caring staff and manager in the restaurant, never asking/waiting for tips. Beach bar also offered lunch meals, wonderful pasta station, pizza, baked potatoes, waffles and cookies in the afternoon and gozleme station made by lovely lady! Beach/Pool: Nice pool area and beatiful beach just next to hotel. A plenty of sunbeds on the beach during the day, mostly taken in the morning by pool. The beach isn't huge and sometimes you find yourself too close to strangers, however it's ok. What we didn't like unfortunately some mess e.g. after beach party wasn't cleaned all day, including some equipment from fire show that could actually hurt someone. So would be nice if they could keep an eye on that. Beach had in some parts 'rock floor' when entering the sea however there is area between 2 big rocks where you can enter via nice sandy corridor. The sea is shallow, getting deep gradually. Also you can find pavilions on the beach which are at cost 10eur per person, you get some wine/drinks/food delivered there. Animation: All day animation activities and evening shows. Tried zumba, water gym, darts, nicely done by animation team. Also evening shows are really good we enjoyed most of them, especially Mamma Mia was great and beach/foam party. Overally we were very satisfied and would recommend to anyone. Guests were mostly Slovak,Polish,Czech, German guests and Ukrainian/Russia not so many. Everyone could speak English/German so that was nice. Staff was friendly and nice, helpful.

Hello, we´ve just returned from this amazing hotel 3 days ago. It is really hard to describe how amazed we are cause of this hotel, rooms, food, people and the whole team. Hotel is situated only one hour from the airport, which is not long and it is quite good way. The hotel by itself is really beautiful, rooms are bright and extremely clean - the cleaning lady in our floor ( 3rd) was such a sweet and lovely lady as well, always smiling at us( plus doing really great job). The pools are amazing, including the slides. I thought it was really thoughtful from the hotel to put cover over the kids pool, the only thing was, that the kids pool was a bit cold:) The beach is wonderful, pretty quiet and the entrance to the beach is really nice and shallow. Unfortunately when we were there, there were quite a big waves, so my son was scared to go to the sea. But the sea was really warm and nice. The people, who are working in the hotel, including the manager- lady who is in charge of relationships with guests, are so nice and sweet. We loved all the bar staff and waiters. In the beginning we thought the people are quite closed and do not want to talk to us. But we find out, why they are like this. Loads of guests in the hotel are soooooo rude, it is unbelievable. They can´t say the words hello, thank you and please. I was many times ashamed of them. Anyway once you start to smile at the people and you don´t take everything for granted, they smile at you back, do everything for you and just bright up your stay there. Just quick mention to Bar staff: Ferrhat, Mustafa, Ronaldo´s The chapter by itself is animation. I was working many years with my husband in hospitality. Worked and visited many hotels all around the Greece, Spain and Canaries. I have never ever seen such a great animation team. Every day something else. Funny pool games during the days, mini disco and shows at night. Things like foam party, fire show, extravaganza show, pasha show will be in my memories for really long time. Can´t believe how amazing dancers all people from animation team are….!!! Plus they speak like 4 languages all of them, at least, crazy… I really would like to thank you to all of them: @ Gizmon, you are doing a great job! Amazing management skills and discipline, marvellous dancer and such a nice person as well!!! @Ayoub, you are such a sweetheart! Such a nice, lovely, modest person you are! I hope my son will be such a nice person one day like you. Plus if he can dance like you, I would be just stunned…  And thank you for doing the archery with Craig, he fell in love with it ...looks like we will have to buy the bow now too @Jupi jupi guy, wonderful dancer and showmen!!! Thanks for trying with my son Nikki - he is still doing this jupi jupi sound and maestro DJ @Azim, funny guy and great dancer again! The CD´s you sold us are great! Loads of songs, movies..amazing!!!! BTW. do you know the name of the Russian kids song- something like ritz pitz televise? It is not on CD and I can´t find it anywhere… All the girls were great too, sorry can´t remember the names…. And then of course, maestro DJ!!!! Great job!!! I can´t find anything bad during our holidays! We will definitely come back!!! Thank you again everyone to make us having such a great stay in this hotel! With loads of love to everyone!!!!!
