Crystal Palace Luxury Resort & Spa

Did have a lovely time at this hotel but the food wasn’t the best, got told we couldn’t eat in the lobby bar kept saying restaurant to us, so we then went outside to eat but still had to eat at the restaurant but then they let other people eat in the lobby bar and didn’t tell them to leave just let them eat, very unfair staff. Check out at 12 but then have to wait 5 hours to get a flight home, make check out a bit later as flights home are always late

It was our second visit at Crystal Palace Resort within six weeks and surely not the last as we’ve absolutely loved it the very first time we went there all thanks to the very warm welcome and hospitality we’ve received at Crystal Palace Resort. We couldn’t wait to go back again to celebrate our Son’s Birthday. The hotel is huge and very beautiful designed with lovely decor and layout , wonderful landscape with loads of spaces outside and a amazing long stretch of golden sandy beach , huge and spotless which has been our favourite spot from day one of our previous visit. Food was always fresh and of great quality with plentiful of choices for everyone. Never felt it was repetitive as we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinner every single day we were there.The Salmon stake was my favourite and was absolutely very delicious. Entertainment in the evening was amazing and of very high professional standard especially the Waterworld and the Extreme Shows. Staff were all very kind, helpful and very professional, they speak and understand English, there was no language barrier, they do try their very best and were always happy to help with a smile. Erkan, Vera from Reception, Emir, Ali and Salman from main restaurant and Khalit were all fantastic. Special Thanks to Mr Murat for the Wonderful Birthday Experience we’ve had for our son and for the ever so beautiful room which was absolutely immaculate, spotlessly clean, with plenty of spaces and stunning sea views where we’ve spent awesome great quality family time together and enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunset almost everyday. Our son received a wide selection very fresh fruits , chocolate and sweets complimentary of the hotel during the day and in the evening for dinner, had our table reserved at the restaurant of our choice which was very beautifully decorated. Our son was very pleasantly surprised by the very delicately and beautifully decorated Birthday cake he received after his dinner which was extremely delicious and so yummy . Mr Murat Guven was always there, ever so kind, polite , helpful and considerate at all times and have gone the extra mile to ensure everything was fine during our stay and that we had a wonderful great vacation at Crystal Palace Resort. Many Thanks once again for everything he did, we very much appreciate it . We have also come across the General Manager Mr Ahmet TURGAN on few occasions. He was very polite, friendly , humble gentleman, always smiling and was very happy to see us back again at Crystal Palace. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience for sure staying at Crystal Palace for the second time and we would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to all the team who have gone above and beyond to make our stay something to remember and wanting to come back again . They have all made us feel Valued and Special and part of a very Big Family . We very Highly Recommended Crystal Palace Resort at any times and will definitely come back again.

Honestly I really loved it. Been there with our 1 yo son and we had lots of fun and relaxation.entertainment was awesome, kid playgrounds well thought, food is tasty with lots of choices and the staff is really friendly. They are really focused on quality and I've observed management making rounds to make sure everythings in order, they are really quality driven and focused on excellence. I would definitely like to return there at one point. Thanks for the hospitality !

We had a lovely time at Crystal palace hotel. Although it was winter in Turkey the weather was not too cold. The staff Ismael, Ali serving drinks Enis at the snack restaurant Mustafa at the reception. They were excellent There was a lady who was cleaning our room during our stay. She was excellent

I had an absolutely awesome experience , the staff were so professional and lovely, the food is 10/10, I can't fault it at all. The service was great, the domestic staff was skilful and kind. I will recommend the hotel and will love to visit again. It is a luxury facility and has a lot of interesting things and places to visit.

My girlfriend and I have just returned after a very short break (3nights) at the Crystal Palace in Side. It was very quiet due to the time of year but we had a nice stay. Disappointed there was no entertainment as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The food was nice with a good selection to suit everybody and the staff were very friendly. Special mention and thanks go to Tulay who works in the bar near reception. A lovely lady who looked after us and makes the best Pina Colada in the hotel 😄. Rooms and public areas are spacious and very clean. All in all we had a good stay so thankyou to all the staff. Best Wishes for a good Christmas to you all.

It was our first time in Turkey and we absolved loved it. The hotel was superb on all fronts; - the food was just amazing. Such a huge variety of dishes on all meals. I particularly enjoyed tbe local food at dinner. Absolutely loved it - the staff are polite and super helpful, never jad any issues - the entertainment was good as well. Perhaps could do with a bit more activities in the pool during day time - the slides and the pool are the absolute ace! The couple things to mention is the wifi and sun beds by the pool - wifi wasn’t great in our room and by the pool, but on flip side it was great to get a break from the scrolling addiction lol - not possible to get sunbeds by the pool. You need to wake 4am and go down to reserve by leaving your personal things on them if you want them. I guess that’s the problem across the board in most hotels I wanted to say special thanks to Mustafa who was our guest relation man. He was super helpful in helping to choose and organise day trips and entertainment. Mustafa, if read that yoh are a top man!

Arrived late at night was greeted by lovely reception staff and advised as where we could get something to eat on the complex. Food and drink available 24 hrs a day. Booked a standard room which was a nice size and had everything we needed including a free mini bar for cans of drinks. There was also free wii fi. Hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff in entertainment, bars, restaurants and maid service were very friendly and worked hard. The bars served named liquors. The buffet restaurant was very good and catered for everyone, including vegans and there was always different food options. Due to time of year not all al a carte restaurants were open or outdoor entertainment which was understandable due to the amount of people that were there. Lovely beach bar as part of the resort. Private beach accessible directly from resort with beach bar that served food and drinks. Thank you Crystal Palace for a lovely holiday. Will definitely book again in the future.

The rooms were great and the food was amazing , i really enjoyed the bar that is open 24/7 . The staff is great and its a perfect environment for children and adults . Recommend the hotel for family and Solo visitors
