The Roseate Villa Bath occupies a quiet corner of the city, moment’s walk from the heart of the city of Bath, favoured for its heritage and cultural tourism. The Villa overlooks Henrietta Park, a 7 acre park opened to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria of 1897. The Villa encompasses two converted Victorian houses which have had a characterful legacy. The Roseate offers undivided attention to its guests with everything that the city has to offer whether it is the tour of the Roman Baths and Regency Crescent or the views of Prior Park, Jane Austen Museum and the grandeur of Bath Abbey. A boutique hotel positioned just five minutes away from the heart of the city, The Roseate Villa Bath exudes a feeling of serenity in and around its estate and offers wholehearted assistance to its guests who are either seeking informative excursions around the city or are in the mood for a nonchalant weekend getaway.
Show more...Very welcoming, lovely spacious room. The staff were lovely and always happy to help. The hotel was well heated, with a nice atmosphere. Bedroom & bathroom immaculate and quiet at night. I definitely would stay again. The restaurant food was amazing.
Show more...The Villa was smaller than I expected but lovely none the less. Comfy stay, homemade shortbread, opposite a park. Chris gave 10/10 customer service. Walking distance to town centre and near a sightseeing bus route. Unfortunately, our experience was almost ruined by Isobel, who made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome at every turn. In my opinion poor customer service and the reason we will not be returning to this establishment when in Bath again. I am not sure what the issue was but she was clearly treating other guests more pleasantly than she was treating us, from the moment we walked in. This was my experience, Bath as a whole great place to visit, lots to see and do, plenty of other places to stay.

Show more...The Hotel was superb the very best quality furnishings, elegant decor. The Staff were amazing warm, , friendly and went the extra mile to make us welcome. The standard of china in the Dining room was fabulous with a fresh rose on Snow White tablecloths, linen napkins and really nice cutlery. Then breakfast!!! Cooked to perfection spectacular presentation. Freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade jams and marmalade. We also indulged in afternoon tea, Oh boy!!! A gastronomic treat. Dainty sandwiches. Wonderfully warm scones and delicious home made cakes. I’ve had afternoon tea at top London hotels and not been as impressed!!! The bedroom was beautifully decorated and furnished the most comfy chairs. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Snowy white sheets and really comfy pillows. I would recommend this hotel to even the fussiest guests and we came away determined to go again. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to everyone there for making our short visit to Bath so memorable.

We were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff; and for me that set the scene for a most enjoyable stay at The Roseate Villa. It was the shortest of stays for us; and we really do now wish we had more time in Bath! We arrived for the most yummiest afternoon tea! A more than comfortable room which held lots of attention to detail, there was a good selection for breakfast - wholesome, hearty and rather delicious, onsite parking and within walking distance to the town centre ... and the staff really couldn't do enough for us during our stay; before and after too ... we will be back!
