Treasure Island

We have just had a birthday party for our five year old, with eighteen of his friends. It's a lovely venue. Small enough to be cosy, but big enough for the children to go wild! The whole thing was well organized including 'Pirate Pete', party food, party bags and party games. It was good value for money and the staff were excellent. The kids all had a great time!

We hired this venue for a private birthday party - from start to finish the team handled everything with great efficiency and at very reasonable prices.
The centre was immaculate, and the design itself is considered, with age appropriate areas for the babies, toddlers and bigger kids.

When it came to the party, the food was served buffet style and included in our package price. There was enough variety for everyone, healthy and snack options and also bottomless servings of squash - ample food available for everyone and it was also cleared away promptly too.

The mascot character arrived for some party dances and the bright and friendly team made sure all children were having a good time - apologies to the member of staff my dad terrified by turning up in the worst fancy dress/Halloween mask!

An excellent venue and I would recommend for booking a family / children’s function

I'm part of a local group of parents who have children on the autism spectrum. Treasure Island have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our children. Autistic children find social interaction and crowded places extremely difficult to deal with, and as a result can display behaviour which is difficult for other people to understand and accept. For the last few months The new management team at Treasure Island have been opening their facilities early on a Saturday morning, for families with autistic children so that the children can access the facilities while they are quiet and less stressful. It also gives us as parents a chance to relax and socialise with each other, and offer mutual support and friendship. I can't think them enough for offering my family, and others like us, this opportunity.
Also, the amazing cappuccinos and luxury hot chocolates are the highlight if my weekend.
The facilities are clean and well maintained, and there's always a warm welcome.

We went to a party here, today. The place is a lot fresher, cleaner, modern and has a new under 4 section, which is fantastic. However the birthday cake wasn't took out the box, till we asked and the plates of food, where taken away even if the children hadn't finished eatingThe young staff looked as though they didn't want to be thereglum looking and when the food came into the party room, it was cold£35 for a face painter, that wasn't very goodshe needs to go on a courseShame really as it's 100% better play area, than it used to be.

We’ve just had our daughters 4th birthday party here and we’re very, very happy. We had booked the venue exclusive use, just for us and our friends and family. The staff were attentive and helpful - we didn’t do anything from the moment we got there, they took our banners/balloons etc and put them up, they packed away her presents so we could bring them home, all the food etc, so helpful. The price included a visit from a character, food and drinks for the kids, disco music during and after the food, and a video display with her name on (a nice little touch). A massive bonus is that we were able to bring our own food for the adults, so we ordered some pizzas in! (this is only because we had it exclusive use, you can’t do that normally). And everything was packed up and ready for us to take it away at the end, we didn’t have to do anything. The staff were really genuinely lovely, and helpful. I’d definitely have a party there again.

Only ever been here once but I thought it was absolutely lovely would defo go again would choose this over tumble jungle anyday!

We go periodically, every couple of months if theres nothing else. a bit drab, a bit run down. Reasonable priced food, poor quality (as you'd expect tbf)
staff not particularly friendly, not particularly unfriendly
little en likes it and its good for an hour or so for around £5.

It was the worst place I have took my children to the cost for 2 hours is just unbelievable I would not recommend this place to anyone carparking is rubbish

It was very good for the price, do plan to visit again. It's great for the children to interact with others too. Great little play area separated for the children and toddlers. Only down fall was that we ordered food and it didn't come in time before we was told to leave because of a children's birthday party. Apparently couldn't get a refund because I paid on card.

We've been a few times now .My nearly-two year old boy loves it. Passes a couple of hours easy. Good food for adults and kids. Well laid out so you can relax while keeping an eye on the kiddies. Highly recommended. Only critique would be for the staff to be a little more friendly and approachable - they always seems a bit harassed and not really with it, which takes away from the experience slightly.
