Club Exelsior

We stayed last year and loved it staff nice and helpful and pool/slides great with entertainment met lovely guests who we chatted with every day and night my boy made friends! Not far from bars and restaurants. Booked again for Easter 🥰

The room was a little dated with a few issues but got sorted to a degree while we stayed bearing this in mind it was end of season so maybe updated, staff in toms restaurant where exception brilliant with the kids and couldn’t do enough for us as a family, room was cleaned every day and the towels were always swapped, if you go expecting a 5 star hotel it’s the wrong place for you but for 3* it’s brilliant,, Location wise it’s a 30 min walk to the shopping centre and the beach but a taxi is around 300-400 lira depending on how many of you there is Value for money it’s really well priced compared to Spain 😂

My partner, son and myself came here in August, we had a late flight so didn't arrive until 1.30AM, the Paddington van was open for something to eat and there was water waiting for us in our rooms, check in was quick and easy, I had requested a ground floor room and this was accommodated, staff was all friendly and our rooms were kept spotless by housekeeping, I really can't fault this place, food was lovely and entertainment was entertaining, thank you for an amazing time

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay, very clean and spacious rooms, the food is tasty and the pool is huge with plenty of sunbeds,, the staff are fantastic and so helpful. My family and I have been twice now and will be definitely going next year.

Another review as I have had another fantastic experience. Love the hotel, location, entertainment and staff here. Been coming to Marmaris for over 20 years and stayed at this hotel many, many times. Booked again for 2024! Keep up the good work exelsior! Worthwhile doing the half board when out there and definitely worth paying for the Tom band. Turkish night is always a good night too

Amazing hotel go two three times a year with my son an family an we all love it staff is amazing an friendly an entertainment is brilliant rooms cleaned everyday also not far from bars an restaurants highly recommend

Club Exelsior is a great hotel complex with great staff and a brilliant entertainment team. This hotel is brilliant for families, we went with our 7 year old and he absolutely loved the pool, slides, indoor play area etc. We all enjoyed the entertainment and were involved in the games throughout the day and watched the evening shows. The entertainment team is what really made it for us and our son, the guys were super brilliant with him making him feel special and getting him involved with everything and remembering him by name. We love Panda completely and she is what made my sons holiday but JJ was also fun despite the water fights!! Haha. The wait staff are out of this world and so accommodating. We stayed in the Annex (which we had done previously) and couldn’t fault our facilities this year - we prefer Block A. Reception staff - huge shout out to the wonderful Selda are brilliant and we’re so helpful this year as was the on-site medic when our son had a slight eye infection. We love our holidays at Excelsior and will be back!

This hotel is amazing! The staff are great, the food is lovely, and excellent entertainment. So much for the kids to do, also the kids club is fab! The rooms are spotless, comfy beds and the cleaners are so friendly! Me and my family will continue to visit each year :)

Have always had the best time in this hotel my kids love it we have stayed in this hotel over 5 times in the past couple of years and we always return kids club and entertainment is amazing rooms in the main building are fab to enough room for the 4 of us will be hoping to return in July 2024

Best Hotel been 8 times in last 2 years Food Entertainment team are 1st class rooms fantastic cleaned everyday nothing is to much for any staff 100p% highly recommend , Has all you need from babies to adults internment at pool morning then games all afternoon including bingo for those that love a we game lol Also have kids club all day in building across from hotel they also have games area from pool to football and play area
