Show more...We came here about 10 years ago, and it was amazing, so I decided to book it for my partner and I. However… It’s definitely changed a considerable amount. Firstly, the food, well, it’s the same old thing pretty much every night, lunchtime and breakfast time. If you love chips, pizza, and onion rings you’ll have a great time. Secondly, the WiFi… don’t expect it to work in your room. It works best at the pool bar or terrace bar. We had a WiFi box in our room (though after 2 days, it was removed. And not replaced, nor did it work anyways!) Thirdly, the drinks… if you’re thinking of getting a little or even slightly intoxicated please ensure you ask for extra strong drinks. We had about 9 normal Malibu and cokes and I honestly felt nothing! So they must water it down. Which again, is fine… just drink more or ask for extra shots on the side. It says “one person, two drinks” however this is not ever the case, order as many as you please. THE TERRACE BAR IS SO EXPENSIVE.. you’re better to go out and eating if you’re thinking about eating something that’s not chips, pizza and nuggets! Also, the guests… I know you cannot pick who you go on holiday with, but the amount of adults smoking around young children was shocking. I know you can smoke anywhere there, but if you’re a non smoker or don’t want that around your children, I’d suggest giving everywhere a miss! This has become a negative review, however, I wanted to be honest and wished I’d read some of the other reviews before booking! The staff are really nice, the maids are super friendly! The guys in the shop onsite are a little pushy but friendly (they also make up different prices every day). If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel go to the Green Nature Dimond Resort, we walked past it and it looks like that’s where they have dedicated the 5 stars too! However, if you’re looking for a bit more upmarket from Benidorm, this is the place to go!
Show more...Great hotel, slightly farther away from the busy part and did find the taxi fares more expensive this year - but didn’t spoil the holiday - staff very helpful, rooms were perfect great view of the pool from my balcony, cleaners in every day and extra water when we asked for the mini fridge, plenty to choose from at the buffet can get repetitive but that’s the same with every all inclusive I’ve visited - would go back, but feel marmaris itself has changed and found it not as friendly as it used to be
Show more...Arrived here Wednesday 25th evening and by Saturday morning I was sick as a dog, terrible stomach.. couldn’t keep anything down, I’ve been home 6 days now and only just getting over it. Met 4 other families who had all been sick from the food. It was gross, definitely not a 4 star, more of a 2-3. Trampy hotel, where all they’re interested in is trying to save a quid here and there.. slushies.. not included had to pay extra. Ice cream - served restricted hours and have to travel 3 floors up from the pool to reception to have an ice cream, it’s ridiculous. Never in my life have I been a 4 star hotel and you can’t just grab a ice cream around the pool, why serve it at reception.. who the hell is sat at reception in the middle of the day when it’s baking outside. Maids - screaming and shouting down the corridor to each other from early morning, walking in your room at 9am with no warning and yes it wasn’t just once, it was happening daily, so good luck for anyone who likes a lie in. Last day our flight was late at night and the hotel was closing the following day, therefore no further check ins, asked for a late check out as couldn’t get off the toilet for most of my stay, wouldn’t even let me keep the room as a gesture of good will, they wanted money, yes I get there are late check out fees, but when I’d been sick from The food id ate at the hotel, that had ruined most of my holiday, I couldnt do anything with my little boy other than run back and too to the toilet, you’d think they’d let me keep the room, I even reported my sickness issues to jet2, who spoke to reception in regards to me being unwell, and they knocked 10 euros off the late check out fee, they are disgusting, rude, unhelpful staff, all the hotel care about is money . Love the area but wouldn’t stay at This hotel if you paid me. Love going away, but couldn’t wait to get home from this place, and unfortunately for myself I’ve still suffered terrible stomach problems / cramps etc since I’ve returned home. It didn’t state anywhere that the hotel was closing for the season, yet myself and everyone else paid for a holiday but yet the hotel was closing up around us, emptying one of the pools, taking cushions and stacking up sun beds, surely this should be done after people have left? There’s nothing nice about this hotel other than the kids club, helped me massively due to me not being well at all, felt I was unable to have fun with my little boy and play with him, at least he was able togo in to the kids club and have people play with him, the ladies in there are lovely , probably the only happy staff in the whole hotel . There are cheaper hotels that are beach front and a lot nicer than this, wish I’d booked other ones I’d looked at, absolute waste of a holiday, I feel so gutted.
Show more...Not long been back from an amazing trip with my 6 year old daughter and she is none stop asking when she can go back to see Dana which is always a good sign!! From the first day at this hotel the kids club was her favorite part from dancing to sing and crafts she loved every second of it and I was very hesitant about her going in to it as she is very anxious and shy but Dana made her feel so welcome and stayed by her side the whole time!! The whole kids club in its self staff and everything was amazing! The entertainment team specifically Musty and Celo we’re also amazing with her, always stopping to say hello and entertain with her in passing she loved it. Will 100% be back and we hope Dana will be there again !
Show more...This is not a 5* resort staff, which wasn't pleasant, not much entertainment for kids & it was late if entertainment did happen, not good WiFi staff took items after check out like jacket and trainers not very helpful. Rooms are not cleaned 😑
Show more...This hotel could be amazing. The hotel is spotless, around the pool could do with a good hose down every night though as under the sunbeds it's filthy. Food was tepid at best and very repetitive, if I don't see another chicken for a year that will be fine with me. Drinks are good. Rooms are OK but as I leave mine neat and tidy I think housekeeping thought they didn't need to do anymore than change the towels. Unfortunately there are lots of feral kids with parents too drunk to care. There were fights by the pool during the day and in the bar in the evening, yes security came but that didn't deter them. Somebody spoke to a man who was part of the group and was told "they can't do nuffink, there's 41 of us come every year and we have friends!" Come on Green Nature, this could be a great family hotel. Will never return as don't want my children subjected to that sort of behaviour.
Show more...Sorry I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this place was unreal. Arrived here early and had to wait for room, which was fine, told to leave luggage in lobby. Showed to family room 5 of us 2 adults and 3 children. No plug sockets in kids room and not enough cupboards, only 8 hangers. Room was ok just above terrace bar with a view of the pool and Dinning area. I noticed signs everywhere about reserving sun beds, not before 7am, I went down next morning at 7:30am no sun beds to be found, this was an issue for everyone, as if you wanted a decent place you had to pay pool attendants to reserve one for you at £5 per day, and they did this for a lot of people, we seen them doing it every day, some of those people were not down before lunch, which is pretty selfish. The pool staff were the rudest people ever but not surprised as some of the guests were intolerable, throwing drinks about, flicking ash on floor by the pool and pinging doubts, kids running about wild. Food was the worst I’ve had and have stayed in loads of hotels in Marmaris for the last 16 years 2 or 3 times a year. The entertainment was terrible. Place was a shambles! People drinking in terrace bar after 12 and being sick over the ledge, in view of a number of rooms, when I told a cleaner about it he told me he couldn’t do it and was left there for 5 days. The only thing good about this place was the kids club, my 3 couldn’t keep away and some days I was glad as they didn’t see how some people behave. We went out most nights as couldn’t stand the chaos. I will not return to this hotel or recommend it,
Show more...Hotel a 3 star for me. Rooms spacious but dated. Water slides good and entertainment during the day around the pool and dining area was nice enough. Evening entertainment wasn't for us, I like to wind down on holiday sit in a bar and watch entertainment, shows were in a separate area to bar and only for an hour each night. Hotel was ok and a 3 star. What really spoilt it for us was the rowdy scruffs scrapping Infront of thier kids for the first two nights of our stay. Countless numbers of feral kids on the lose and parents to drunk to care. Very loud hotel. Bed wasn't comfy but did a job once we got extra pillows sent. Staff were ok. Won't be returning.
Show more...Had a fab holiday here at the Green Nature. The rooms basic, dated but clean with nice balcony and good showers. The food, plenty of variety that changes each night so unsure why fussy eaters who have written poor reviews reviews about the food unable to find something. Sun Loungers comfy with waterproof mattress. Pool and slides great. We had a teenager so didn't need the kids club but from what I saw by the pool everyone seemed entertained. We went to one of the hotel shows that was fab. It was a Columbian dance group. Taxis cost about 2000 lira into Marmaris or u can walk 20mins. The beach bars great day and night. I highly recommend the jeep Safari trip! It's a convoy of approx 10 jeeps. A water pistol flight , waterfall, BBQ and jesus beach . All ages loved it and " Rambo" the organizer was hilarious. However, if you are easily offended by bad language then not for you. We also did a boat trip which was lovely. It was the Mama Mia boat and like the other ships, it stops at Turunc for shopping. Make sure u have a drink at the Bob Marley bar on the street corner. Loud music where everyone dances in the street in sync to Jerusalema and other such songs. Lots of fun. Forgot to mention the hotel spa was amazing!! I will definitely return.

We spent 11 nights at this hotel and couldn't fault it! Location is in a good, quiet spot! Del Boy's shop is around the corner which was great! The food here was amazing at all meal times. We always found something to eat, the food was always warm and very tasty. The drinks were also nice with plenty of soft drinks and cocktails. Entertainment was good and the staff were very friendly! We had no trouble getting sunbeds during our stay. We went to the pool most days around 8:30-9am and there was always plenty of sunbeds around the quieter pool. I did notice that the sunbeds around the main pool were reserved fairly earlier so if you want to be around this pool where the animation team are, then you might want to go down earlier! We had a room in the Annexe building, it served its purpose. Balcony was nice. Ours was on the ground floor overlooking the pool. The beds were comfy. The Air Con wasn't very good, but it did cool the room down a bit. We're not the type of people to return to the same hotel twice, and much prefer a beachfront location, however I would highly recommend this hotel! Having stayed at a few different all inclusive hotels in Marmaris, this one is definitely in my top 3 hotels that we've visited! There are a few different shops on site, I bought a lot of clothes from the clothes shop on site. Mainly because I don't like the hassle you get from the shops off site. I didn't get any hassle at all in the shop on site and everything had prices on them!
