Went with family and a toddler, really lovely place to visit. You can buy feed from the reception to give to certain animals, very well kept farm , there's a cafe, hand washing facilities to use before you go in and after. A little children's playground. And today we saw the new baby lambs. I understand they need Donations to survive so please make a Donation. Such an Amazing little place for children to visit and learn about other Animals.

Always love visiting this volunteer-run, little city farm. It is aimed at very young children as there is a small play area there and you can buy feed to feed some of the animals. On this occasion, I took my partner with me as he is still relatively new to the area, loves animals and was unaware of the farm's location.

On arrival, staff were very friendly and helpful. We brought some feed and started the walk around the caged and grassed areas of the farm as the barn areas were sadly, closed. The farm is still following Covid restrictions by enforcing a one-way route around the site. It wasn't too much of an issue when we were there though as it was very quiet. The animals are keen to interact with you, especially if you have the bags of feed! There are areas to clean your hands after being with the animals so don't worry about cleaning up!

We then spent a little time in the gardens where the farm produces food and plants to sell before having tea and cake at the café picnic area. Very tasty homemade items and lovely tea. Can't complain at all for free entry! Donations can be given if wanted and go towards the upkeep of this brilliant little place.

If you've never been you'll be surprised that somewhere like this can exist in the heart of the city!

It's not huge & surrounded by houses & industry it is well worth a visit. Take the children to see the animals and enjoy a cuppa.

(corona virus permitting)

Give generously!

A great day out that is affordable for all the family. Admission is free and a donation is optional. You can buy a small cheap bag of animal feed if wish. The animals are all very friendly and well looked after. There are some beautiful gardens and an allotment too. I cannot recommend highly enough for this amazing community project that benefits all ages, abilities and income. A truly wonderful place for the mental health through animal therapy!

We spent around 90 minutes exploring farm, cuddling animals and having fun in playground. Staff and voluntieres were very welcoming and friendly. Lot's of animals. Kids really lover tortoise. They have also cuisine, there wasn't a big choice and it somehow didn't felt up to day. But again staff was friendly and play area was good.

We took my nephew in the summer holiday! It was extremely busy as expected, but we had a lovely time feeding the animals. I just wish we could have stroked the horses which seem to be in a very small enclosure. It would have also been nice to have times when the children could stroke the bunnies. There was food available, but a lot of the things we asked for were out of stock, but maybe that was due to the busy time we came. We would definitely come again. There was a lovely stall with things for children to buy, and some great plants to buy! We hope to see you soon.

This was the 1st time we have visited this year,we had a great time.We bought animal fed to use further in the farm,we had a 1 & 2 year old & both were very excited, giving the food to the animals as we went around the one way system,We even saw twin goats being born in one of the fields. Our grandaughter who is 2 was most surprised to see a goat sat at the top of a slid !!! To say its in the middle of St Anns its a great place for any ages. After leaving the animals we all washed our hands & had a drink & some thing to eat & sat in the picnic area, where there is a great park again for all ages. There is a food stall, plant stalls both selling various items.Hot drinks can be bought, yes we will return soon. There are hands sanitiser points around the farm. There is car parking.

As it's half term, we went to visit Stonebridge City Farm in Nottingham as an educational and local day out.

There's quite a bit of parking which is good, and when you enter, you're greeted by cakes, coffee, and bags of food for the animals we took all three. We fed the pigs, the goats and the chickens, as well as stroking the ponies.

There is a fabulous park there which our son loved, especially lying on the spinny swing for a good ten minutes 🤮

If you've got a few hours free in Nottingham and love supporting a hardworking charity, go visit Stonebridge CityFarm.
