The library staff are so friendly and helpful and without knowing they were 'there' for me at a very difficult time just by being so warm and enthusiastic. They are an inspiration and I am lucky to have such a wonderful human and literary trove so near me. Best wishes.

I have to commend the staff in the library for their friendly and helpful attitude We are all going through a difficult time and the service and books have been invaluable Many new titles are available and due to the current circumstances return dates are more flexible Calling into the library is always a pleasant experience

Really lovely library. It's very clean, quiet, has a decent number of computers to use and staff is very helpful.

As an architect I understand the importance of space and the impact it can have on learning and education. When the Limavady Town Hall was rebuilt I assumed the library which is in an old council building would be relocated to the new town centre. Who ever made the decision not to relocated should take a hard look in the mirror. The library is in need of updating and modernisation, it's stuck in a time loop somewhere between 1970 and 2000.

My daughter loves going here and loves the staff who are all brilliant! I hope the council eventually see the potential in moving premises as the Cultural Centre which celebrates the Arts should surely house the library and encourage trade for those businesses attached, such as the coffee shop.

There are no quiet rooms, no where to undertake study and IT is sandwiched against the perimeter walls. A cheap coffee machine is available however no vending machines. This is not acceptable considering the rates in Causeway and Limavady are among the highest in NI.

I love using the local library and we should support them. Great range of audio books for car. Books that I'd never make time to read but have time to listen to while driving.

A childhood delight, this library might be small compared to others but has a wide and diverse collection of books. Brilliant children and reference sections, free internet and helpful staff. If they don't have the book they order it in for you. Couldn't ask for more.

While the current economic climate is causing significant cut backs in funding the staff here at the library continue to provide an excellent service. Queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally. Requests for materials are met with courtesy and usually processed within a few days. It's not only books that are available although that is the main service provided. Various groups meet here fro creative writing, knitting, socialising and children story telling. A service open to all and of benefit to all

This is not how libraries used to be. Everything is self service, including ordering over the net. But assistance is on hand if you need it.
Reserve a book on the Net and you are notified by email. Enter the library and there it is on the shelf to the right of the door with your name on it.
Staff are lovely.
