Hotel Gonluferah

A good looking hotel incorporating 2 buildings next to each other The restaurant was located in the other building from our accommodation which meant having to walk outside for breakfast and dinner. Thankfully it wasn’t raining but it’s not ideal. Our room was very nice but we had only hand towel and no cups, coffee/tea supplies or bottled water. I called to reception to get cups and was told they would send them to the room. Nothing arrived before we left for dinner and nothing had been replaced by our return.

Despite all my attention to details I couldn't fault SPA, it is perfectly maintained and squeaky clean all around. We are just a couple that enjoyed hotels Spa offerings, I must insist insist this Spa is worth a visit if you are in for a treat, my appreciation goes to Spa receptionists Ozlam, Damla, Berna and Aysen. Masseuse Kadek and Sugi were exceptionally professional. Thanks all.

Kind and helpful staff but time and excessive usage took its toll at this hotel. Bathroom and the room was mouldy, stains are visible at the edges of the bath tub and glasses. The spa space was insufficient, the spa pool was small and not convenient. The breakfast was good. Hospitality overall was very good from the vale park to the house keeping.

I had a great room with stunning views over the city. Dinner was provided in the hotel next door and was great with vegetable soup, a vegetable casserole with rice and quince with clotted cream (favourite dessert so far!!). Loved it. Slept with the curtains open to watch the lights. Just wish we had been able to stay here longer!

the rooms were very tired, the hotel was very worn out the bathrooms were moldy. service was bad. the breakfast was terrible. i have stayed at this hotel many many times over the past 25 years and this was the worst experience i have ever had here. they are not keeping up at all.

Very good hotel, easy location, very kind and helpful stuff. We enjoyed our stay there even the bed situation all over the world. It was very clean everywhere, the food was delicious and really good quality, all type of services were on very, very high level. Great thanks to the lovely stuff and the management.

The hotel smell is very bad & very old . Only 1 elevator for the guests & Its very busy in check in or check out. The room is very small. The toilet is very small & the ws noisy. The room is very warm like you stay inside oven even you switch off the heater & the reciprion inform after many calls they cannot do anything becouse its the system in the hotel. You cannot open the window becouse its directly in the main road & no saftey in thw window. Its very noisy in the night & early morning becouse of the dogs sounds & cars.

Very nice Hotel with an amazing city view from the rooms and breakfast area. We had planned one night but took an extra night because of the nice staff and spa possibilities. The staff was so friendly and helpful, when we forgot our passports when we left the hote. They called us rigth away and shipped them to our address. Thank you Pinar Hanim. Best regards

The hotel is a bit old. Some of the hotel rooms are too small, also bathroom is too small. The breakfast is very good. But the hotel staff is very helpful and experienced. Also location of the hotel is very well.

We stayed in Gonluferah at last week of March 2019 as family. Suit room was very comfortable (especially recom. for for families) and all staff were very kind, friendly and helpul. We give 5 stars and 10 points for Gonluferah for all:)
