I had a really great time in Marigold hotel. The staff were friendly, cheerful & supportive. They spoke Turkish & English. The rooms were spacy. The breafast was delicious. The spa was amazing. I'd like to come & stay there again & again.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The overall experience at this spa was amazing, from the time we arrived, our car was parked, luggage taken into the room. The spa services were awesome too, we used the massage services and the spring water pool in the basement. Very clean and staff were pleasing.

It's a good hotel for your stay. The location is excellent and they have a parking facility. Good service. Breakfast needs to be improved. The service is good - also the rooms size is very good. I have stayed and enjoyed the stay. Recommended.

Would definitely recommend this hotel ,clean neat ,friendly staff .to mantain 5 * towels need to be replaced, also 2 of the 3 rooms we booked had average temperature water not hot enough. Would recommend for the breakfast to be more continental/English.other than that we an awesome time

Very nice hotel and large enough rooms that has all amenities you need.The thermal Spa they have was very good and has 2 large pools and all other facilities. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent with large verities and choices. This hotel will be my first choice hotel whenever I am in Bursa

The Hotel is not too big, but very famílier. The room was clean and confortable. In the kitchen were plates and cups, but any other accessories for cooking. Maybe because on the floore there is a restaurant. But in this case why is the kitchen in the apartman? There are two inside pools and some outside. We where inside because the weather was bad to the outside pools. The water is warm and perfect for chill out. Outside there is a big pool for the kids with some slides. We spenót ő ly a weekend here, but will be back for a sommer holiday to try the outside areas.

Marigold Hotel and Spa is definitely the place to stay on the route to Uludag if you want to spend the night in Bursa.. Its warm welcome, chic surroundings, elegant rooms, perfect breakfast and above all the indoor thermal pool are really worth every penny you spend. Absolutely recommended as a must stay place for Bursa and around.

Elegancy . Its almost three in sequence I spend at least 4 days in Marigold Welcoming atmosphere and proffesionalism of staff. Multiple choice breakdfast Always clean rooms We booked two separate rooms both was clean and comfortable. Spa was very clean and termal pools was amazing This is place where I always want to come back. I difficulty choose places to stay but Marigold place where I feel safe clean My children loves place.I will be next year there deffinetly. Thank you for beautiful 4 days.
