I had an amazing stay with my girlfriend for the Jason Derulo. Amazing views at the riverside and facing the OVO. I booked a table at the Oui bar for the pizza deal. The pizza was great but the cocktails were amazing. Shout out to the Barman Osa and the pizza chef Jonny.

I stayed for 1 night recently with my husband and daughter..... we booked in at short notice and needed to check in asap (10 in the morning). I made the booking online and phoned the hotel shorty after. I explained I needed to check in early and if that was possible,. the kind gentleman on the phone explained to come ahead and check in, if there was a room ready they would allocate it to us and if not, they would be able to store our bags for us. Upon arrival, we were met by the ever so friendly and lovely Julie who was so professional, informative and overall showed extreme enthusiasm and professionalism in her work. We were lucky that a room was ready that we could check into right away. Check in was fast and we made our way to a simply out of this world room with a stunning view of the Hydro arena. we stayed in room 523 and simply felt like VIP's with such a stunning room. The room was pristine with the highest standard of hygiene ever!!. Room was equipped with all the perks, coffee machine, hair dryer. iron, iron board, 52inch (I think lol) Smart TV, fridge, safe.... the full works!. Along with toiletries in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, lotions etc. HUGE praise for the accommodation team, who clearly take pride in their work to turn these rooms around and have them in such stunning condition for their guests. They are often the unsung heroes of hotels as they work mostly behind the scenes and get little to no encounters with guests. but here at this hotel, they deserve to have their work recognized and commended. Later that day we made our way to the RED Bar on the 9th floor overlooking the arena and enjoyed a drink in a bright, vibrant, energetic and overall happy surroundings. The staff were so helpful and just seemed so happy in their work. making friendly chit chat and just so happy to help in any way they could. We ate in the hotel restaurant that evening, where we served by the lovely Emma. Again, just so professional, kind and bubbly to speak to. Checked on us regularly and couldn't do enough for us. our meal (butter chicken tikka) was simply stunning! so fresh and tender with just the right size portion to allow for enough room to indulge in the ever so tasty sticky toffee pudding dessert ;) I could not fault the restaurant service if I tried! it was simply 10/10. Again, the same at breakfast the following morning. The food was fresh and delicious was an abundance of choice. between traditional fries, continental, cereals, sweet or savory menu choices, fresh juices, huge selection of croissants and sweet treats.... there was nothing spared and all so so so fresh!!!. I noted that even though we went for breakfast between 9 and 10, which seemed to be the busiest time, the staff were still so friendly, professional and swift in their work. The busy morning rush didn't seem to hinder them at all. One thing that really stood out for me with this hotel in comparison to other hotels I have stayed in, was their sense of inclusion. I had my 9 year old daughter with me, and every time we spoke with a member of staff they all spoke directly to her as well and conversed with her 1 to 1. when taking our orders in the bar, at dinner and at breakfast, we were all asked individually what we would like, our daughter included. The staff really went above and beyond to make us ALL feel welcome and included in our stay and i cannot commend them enough. Overall, 10/10. Just simply amazing! I am not from Scotland, but if i ever return to Glasgow in the future, I know where I will be staying!! ;)

Dropped in for a quick pizza at the Oui Bar on our way to the C2C concert at the Hydro. Brilliant service! Staff were friendly and served us quickly so we didn’t miss the concert. Nice chilled atmosphere in the bar too and playing country tunes to get us in the mood - nice touch.

The hotel is nice and I like the modern feel of it. Love that the check in staff are dressed casually instead of that stuffy suited look. Room was nice. Comfy bed but pillows not to my liking but I am used to tempur memory foam ones at home. Only issue with the bathroom was the shower as it did like to flood the main floor even with three towels down. Amazing view across the event campus through the floor to ceiling window. Breakfast was nice with good selection. Only thing I would have liked is the buffet style for the hot food so you get the chance to see what you are getting. Now on to the small let down… Booked for afternoon tea on the Sunday at 1pm. As seen it on the website, it looked nice. However, not really impressed… When we were shown to our seats, the server asked if we wanted tea, coffee, soft drink or a cocktail. Based on this, it felt like this was part of the offering. We both chose a cocktail and they were nice. More on this later… Starting with the savoury offerings. There was a a Bao bun with shredded duck. Was ok if not a little stodgy. The sausage roll slice didn’t really taste of much and the pastry was soggy. The cauliflower pakora was nice but let down by the fridge cold chutney that hurt your teeth. The mini donut with a slice of a slice of bacon topped with maple syrup wasn’t great. It was about the size of a ping pong ball and had the same texture. The bacon had the same texture as beef jerky. The was also a small corner of waffle with a tiny piece of breaded chicken topped with a dribble of barbecue sauce. Nice but felt a little cheap. There should have been some seafood also but as I have a seafood allergy we didn’t have those. I would however expected something additional to be added - there wasn’t… Moving to the sweet stuff. There was a scone that was very crumbly and made it hard to spread the cream on. The jam I didn’t expect to be one of those little plastic pots you see at a breakfast buffet. From the picture I was expecting a nice posh preserve instead of the pots left over from that morning’s brekky. The raspberry and Prosecco jelly was nice but if I didn’t know there was Prosecco in it, I would compare it to what you find at a kid’s party. The almond slice was nice but not really any better than what’s found in a pack from Mr Kipling. There was also a small bottle of strawberry milkshake which if nothing else, a bit odd. Both myself and my wife had a mouthful and didn’t finish it as it tasted sour and not the good type. I mentioned to our server who said she would mention to the chef. Didn’t hear anything back. Now the overall experience felt expensive. As mentioned above, the drinks we were offered felt like part of the afternoon tea. Not according to the bill. If they were not part of the afternoon tea I would have expected some tea as well. I mean an afternoon tea isn’t really an afternoon tea without you know, tea… The bill came to £71 for the two of us. Was expecting £24 each. I will say our server was nice and very pleasant. Left a tip for her. So would I stay here again? Probably but would avoid the afternoon tea…

Just returned from another stay at the this hotel and it was faultless as always. Check in was quick and simple, staff are always friendly and chatty, the room we stayed in was a standard king, as premium members we were upgraded to have a hydro view and had a can of Eden Mill Gin and St Mungos beer provided which was a brilliant touch, the room was absolutely immaculate as always, the beds are probably the comfiest I’ve slept in in a hotel. This hotel never disappoints and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow.

Another fantastic stay at our favourite Glasgow hotel. Staff all brilliant as usual - not sure how the breakfast staff keep so calm and efficient sometimes! Alan, Dylan and the young lady who is going to a wedding on Thursday ( didn’t get your name - apologies!) on reception are great. Nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff and they’re always super friendly. They’re wonderful ambassadors for Radisson Red. Thank you all so very much for making our stay so pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit already.

My friends and I ended our Glasgow trip in the hotel restaurant/bar, OUIBar+Kitchen. Osa tended to us and was amazing. He was super friendly, made our drinks superbly, and overall was a great bartender. If the bar is this great I can only imagine how the rest of the hotel is.

Staff where amazing, Osa was on point with the drinks, we went up to the bar just to save the servers time, Bradley was lovely saying hello when we came in the door and Sophie at the host stand taking us to the seat and talking us through the menu, Piers and Luigi helped us a lot and no request was too big for them anything we asked to get additionally was brought straight over. Lots of wonderful other staff in tonight (Friday 8th). Would definitely come back.

Family stayed here on Saturday 2/3 (3 rooms booked) and I have to say everything about this beautiful hotel was just fantastic. Check-in staff lovely, rooms just stunning, great views, and Sky Bar just amazing, as were the small plates we had. A big thank you to Sam & Jack for attending to us, lovely guys and a credit to the hotel. A decent breakfast although very busy, probably to do with world athletics and event at SECC. We will definitely be back. Thanks all!
