I travelled to this hotel for training. I was so impressed when I walked into the lobby to check in, was beautiful. Reception team that I encountered throughout were all lovely and smiling! Lazslo was always around, breakfast and lounge very busy man and so friendly and helpful. Alex on concierge so welcoming along with Darren too in F&B. Lovely peaceful executive lounge with some nice offerings All the meetings staff on 3rd floor were buzzing around to help very chatty The bedroom was beautiful 😍 was very sad I didn’t have much time to enjoy it with a busy training schedule! Also really easy from the station and super central to get to shops and bars! Look forward to coming back in December for a leisure stay!

We were given a gift for tea for two at the Dilmah tea lounge. The lounge is situated just off the foyer of the hotel. The tea house is elegant and well decorated. We were warmly greeted by Lazaros who showed us to our table and explained the various teas to choose from. We selected out teas which complemented our first course of sandwiches and bites including smoked salmon, egg mayonnaise, haggis bon bons, and coronation chicken. The portions were small but very tasty. The desserts were served with prosecco and again, the food and presentation was exquisite; swan shaped profiteroles, freshly baked scones, mini lemon meringues. The whole experience was lovely and special thanks to Lazaros and Miguel for their attentiveness. Recommended.

Absolutely lovely experience at the Dilmah tea lounge! From the elegant ambiance to the delectable treats and impeccable service from Lazaros and Argyro , every aspect exceeded expectations. A definite must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful afternoon tea experience. Five stars all the way!

Booked the Dilmah tea lounge for afternoon tea with my mother. We had a super experience, it’s a comfortable space, and we received great service from Argyro who looked after us royally. There are around 25 Dilmah teas on offer and Argyro explained which ones we might like with the savoury dishes, and which with the patisserie - all the ones we tried were excellent. The Prosecco was super dry & very nice, and all the savoury and patisserie items were great, a lovely selection brought separately, so you were not overwhelmed, and attractively presented. We would definitely return, though be careful in the car park, it’s very tight!

Had a fantastic stay over the weekend at this hotel. Everything about the hotel was great but the staff really made it special. Special mention to Shannon, Alexander and Reece who were all so friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Will be booking to stay here again!

Visited the Hilton Glasgow on Saturday as part of a wowcher deal for spa and afternoon tea. This worked out as fantastic value for money as you got 2 hours to use the spa facilities and it wasn't overly busy. The afternoon tea was served in the Dilma tea lounge which is beautifully decorated and the service and food we received there was excellent. Special call out for Miguel and Argyro who made our visit special. Would highly recommend!

My daughter & I had such an enjoyable day. We went for the spa day first and spent most of our time in the sauna & jacuzzi then afterwards went for afternoon tea. We’ve been for many of these but I do have to say this was by far our favourite one. The food was delish especially the soup, bon bons and freshly made sweets etc. it made such a nice change from just sandwiches & cakes. The staff were just the best. So attentive and friendly. Shout out to Lazaros who is a huge asset to your company. He made us so welcome and gave us suggestions for teas & cocktails. We will be back for sure. Thank you

Lazarus was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. He went out his way and couldn’t do enough for us. The afternoon tea was beautiful. We will definitely be coming back. The other staff were very helpful too. We were given a little mother’s day treat as we left. Which I thought was a lovely end to the day.

A Lovely Afternoon Tea by Dilmah in the Tea Lounge at Hilton Glasgow. Great service from friendly, helpful staff who offered recommendations. A wide choice of teas or coffees to choose from along with lovely savoury snacks, sandwiches, scones and sweet treats.

Lazaros Miguel was great as were the other afternoon tea staff members. Great food and great atmosphere. Treated very well and very good service. Would highly recommend, especially for an occasion. Staff at the spa, however were very rude and unhelpful.
