Great staff, rooms clean, great location for Glasgow's West End. I didn't have the breakfast but the breakfast room seemed pleasantly busy. Free parking at rear and also only £6.00 a day in-front of hotel, on street. I'd certainly book again, so much better than the last West End Hotel I stayed in.

Super location next to the Botanic Garden, only a few minutes walk from public transport, Byres Rd, cafes, shops, and the University of Glasgow is within walking distance. Nice single room (no. 6), quiet & clean place, friendly staff, good breakfast. Next time I go to Glasgow, I hope to stay here again, which says a great deal.

We stayed in an apartment which is a big room with comfy beds, amazing pillows, a sofa , table and chairs and little kitchen. All clean and no issues at all. Lovely position by the river and botanic gardens. We tried to book breakfast the afternoon before but they were full so make sure you book well in advance if you want it.

I booked for a single room and was given an apartment with king size bed, wee seating area and large shower room en suite. Excellent value for price I paid. More than I expected. The room was very clean and quiet. I had a super night's sleep. Hotel on the doorstep of the quiet botanical gardens and near the west end shops.

David was great, he sorted the remote (that was missing) out. He also brought me more milk one morning. He was very friendly, kind and professional. The room was wonderful and clean, very spacious and the bed was nice a firm. I am looking forward to my next visit and hopefully bringing the family.

This is what I found : a thorough check-in, the clean spaces, an abundant and varied breakfast, the kindness and th availability of staff. I was easy to access. Just what we needed for a short stay. to get to. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Arrival: Rang the doorbell for access, my wife uses a mobility walker and I was carrying two cases. The door was held open for us but we were not offered any help with our luggage (we are both 70) . Check-in was quick and efficient and directions to our room were clear but again, no offer of help with luggage. Room: We stayed four nights and the room was huge! Very comfortable bed and a fantastic shower!! There was plentiful tea & coffee supplied. The room was warm but the common areas of the hotel were quite cold. Housekeeping: I spoke to reception regarding a housekeeping issue and it was resolved in a matter of minutes. Breakfast: We had breakfast every morning and there’s a good selection of hot and cold options. Overall: Great location for the West End, this is a good value 3* hotel with a few minor issues but we’d definitely stay again.

Well presented. Clean bright and airy. The only staff member was pleasant and helpful. Only glitch; had to ask for a bath towel as there was none in room on arrival. Breakfast was served promptly again by the same staff member. No vegan options on the menu, but was not issue as there was ample cereal and fruit to keep me happy. Awoken by bird song, and tempted into a run along the adjacent Kelvin river trail . Oh and as other reviews have mention slow hot water, (good shower temp and flow) squeaky bathroom door, and sounds from adjacent rooms, which. during this visit was fiddlers rehearsing as part of Celtic Connections..not an issue as I was also strumming a ukulele as part of the event... Will I return ? YES.
