Amazing little location. Recommend booking if you're going at peak times at there isn't a lot of tables. Cocktails were superb and the knowledge of the barman was phenomenal. I just described the type of cocktail I like and he made one which was great. Prices are around £10-12 per drink, but if you consider the atmosphere, the amazing style of bar, excellent staff its worth it.

Nice little cocktail bar with an upmarket, speakeasy atmosphere, hidden away in Jacksons Row, a side street off Deansgate and well worth a visit. Look out for a little sign, above head height that just says "SiC".

Great table service from our very friendly and knowledgeable waiter and very good cocktails, quickly served and much enjoyed. It wasn't so busy when we arrived and we were fitted in, between pre-booked tables, it has filled considerably when we left around 8pm, so booking might be a good idea.

What a little find in Manchester. Was looking for quirky cocktail bars around our hotel and this did not disappoint.

The cocktails were amazing, there was one lad working who was super laid back and I can only describe him as a master in the art of cocktail making.

A table nearby ordered some cocktails with some strange complications and this was obliged with ease. This chap was a credit to the company (Sorry I didn't get his name) but its was 22nd July around 10pm so shout out to this G!!

The cocktails in here are absolutely delicious. You can tell the staff/owner genuinely love what they do, so much attention to detail in the drinks/menu/decor. The decor in the bar itself is super cool, 1920s classy vibes but managed to maintain a super relaxed atmosphere, and they play lovely hip hop which suits the place so well. Dare I say, it’s the best bar I’ve been too!?

Some of the best tasting cocktails I’ve come across in years of travel to various bars and restaurants across the UK, Europe and Asia. I don’t say this lightly.

The depth of thought that’s gone into creating the interesting captivating flavours of the drinks on the cocktail menu deserves commendation and praise. This place is ALL substance/taste and less about pretentious Instagram showstoppers with zero creativity and basic BTEC flavours. Your tastebuds will be taken on a journey.

We didn’t have a single cocktail that wasn’t really great but there were a couple that stood out as gold dust out of the 7 or 8 we tried. Track 5 and Track 10 were bloody sublime! Very different in flavour profiles with after notes that leave you intrigued reaching for another sip and the complexity of flavour just dazzled our palettes. Track 6 and 7 also deserve a mention.

The mixologists are super knowledgeable, knowing so much about the ingredients in each cocktail and service is simply top notch. Friendly, attentive and welcoming.

The decor has an interesting low key vibe and has a little mystery to it without making it feel stuffy or stuck up. The music played at this bar was also an absolute winner… proper hip-hop lyricists and non of that new wave “rap”.

Would definitely return!

Wow , such a privilege to visit one the top cocktails bars in the UK , I can see why it ranks so high !!
My brother took me here as a birthday treat , we worked our way through the extensive cocktail menu and stumbled out happy beans .
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, special shout out to Connor who we made a song about after a few strong cocktails , I think he enjoyed that.
I would recommend booking as the amount of people they had to turn away was crazy , you can book your table for a number of hours .
The staff take care in informing you of the strength of the cocktails and if they are slightly too much they offer soda to water it down a bit which was a nice touch.
The atmosphere was great , one of the best places I have been to in a long while .

This cocktail bar is not that easy to find but is worth the trouble. It is housed in a Victorian industrial space that is pleasantly decorated. We enjoyed two glasses of Prosecco that were reasonably priced at £10 including a service charge. The staff were friendly and professional.

Came here on Saturday evening for a couple of drinks with friends.

We arrived at 5pm, the place was empty but we were asked if we had booked!!! Seemed a little over keen but there we are.

The decor is really nice in the bar, lots of cosy corners. Our server was really polite, friendly and knowledgable. Talking us through the menu and giving us recommendations based upon our likes and dislikes.

Drinks are around £10 each but are all really well made, and more of an experience and a treat than your average bar. So I would recommend on that basis.

By far the most creative bar in Manchester! Staff are super helpful, friendly and always make us feel comfortable. Their attention to detail is second to none and we notice the subtle changes/improvements they've made since we last visited.
These are real cocktails! Truly unique drinks using their own homemade ingredients. Not just juice and sweeteners served up to you in a pint sized cocktail glass but proper drinks!
Music and atmosphere was poppin'

The absolute BEST cocktail bar in Manchester.
The cocktails themselves are unique, inventive and delicious (some even come with a small "snack" type extra to bring out the flavours in the drink).
The staff - we could not fault them. We sat at the bar and all we had to do was catch the bartender's eye and he came straight over.
Each time they served a cocktail they told us all about the ingredients and flavours - they were exceptional!
