Point Blank Manchester

I attended the Manchester location on Sunday along with a couple of friends. We had booked a two hour slot and paid in full so that we could take full advantage of what was on offer, as 4 of us where in the party.
We were running a little late so decided to contact and see if we could push the booking back slightly.

On ringing, we were informed that they did not have us down for a two hour appointment, but acknowledged that the amount for 2 hours had been paid.

The staff members said that they had double booked and we could only have a 1 hour slot and the rest of the money could go into a bar tab. They apologised about what had occurred and stated that it was because they had a new system.

We were extremely disappointed by the way that we had been treated on this occasion. Although the shooting was fun, the hour slot that we had was just not enough resulting in us only having 4-5 goes each. At the end of the time we were ushered out of the booth and told that we could go and sit in the corner if we wanted to.

I would very much like a full refund for our visit, given that the venue is newly opened I would have suspected that customer service and satisfaction would have been high on the priority list, unfortunately it seems not.

Such an amazing night this is my third visit first time for my partner and friends everyone absolutely loved it.

The guns are so real it’s a great experience my partner loved the AK47 I’m more of a Glock kind of guy.

It’s something different to do in Manchester (other towns are available)

I would highly recommend the full armoury package and at least 2+ hours as an hour isn’t long enough.

We can’t wait to go back on the range.

Attended during off peak time. The guy who looked after us the whole time was fantastic. I think his name was Martin.

The shooting was fun and although my wife was apprehensive to start, by the end of our hour she was addicted. he was happy to recommend cocktails based on our taste and who can argue with 2 for £10? They even gave us a sample of a cocktale from their upcoming spring menu!

Will definitely be coming again and definitely booking for 2 hours next time!

A large party of us were kept very well looked after and organised to ensure we could get the most of the experience. Kyle was a great host and i would recommend Point blank to anyone no matter the size of your party. Great Value!

This is an average place to visit. Booked two booths for a 40th Birthday party total cost was £240 for this we expected the use of all weapons. To my surprise this only give you the use of the handgun. If you wanted you could use other guns but it was an extra £10 per gun if you want to use them all it’s an extra £50. This is not clear when booking. I mentioned this to a staff member who said well you get this information in the email once you have booked. Overall it was ok the service was okay. I would not recommend this to anyone there is a lot better activity’s for the money.

16 of us visited Point Blank on a stag do perfect venue, great experience and good fun to be shooting at different targets. A good standard in needed for some.

Staff very friendly and attentive making sure we had a good supply of drinks although they are a little on the expensive side at £6.00 a pint.

Would recommend for a special occasion or celebration.

We came here with high expectations due to the high price paid £45 for 2 people for an hour.
My first suggestion is that being shown how to use the system should not eat into your time playing. There’s a m4 rifle that you have to pay an additional £10 for. I honestly think that’s appalling it’s already pretty pricey along with drinks I think this really should be included.
We are frequent with these kinds of experiences (escape rooms, axe throwing, fight club) and this is my least favourite.
From a geek point of view the system set up is super poor and takes away from the experience when you get kicked into a windows desktop. And the screen quality was super poor.
Probably won’t go again.

Went for a work night out, brilliant concept and a great laugh. Good array of drinks on offer and the staff were all friendly and attentive.

The team easily hosted close to 30 of us. Varying levels of difficulty encouraged a good bit of friendly competition, would recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.

We had no idea this place existed until we spotted it on Groupon, which shows the value of Groupon for these kinds of companies, because we will definitely be returning. We booked an hour slot at a great price which included 2 free drinks and of course 1-hour on our own private shooting range. We had a fantastic time and ended up enjoying some food - 2 pizzas, which were incredible, we were both pleasantly surprised by the quality. Really yummy! We had a fantastic time on the range and enjoyed a range of the great games available. We ended up getting really competitive and playing over and over to grab the #1 spot on 3 levels in the warehouse. Great, great fun!

Well what a fantastic day, the games were fantastic , staff that came to show us how to operate and manage the games were fantastic. The food was excellent; however the service was a little slow when we wanted to order a few more bits; some staff were more attentive than others.

In the main this is great value for money and the addition of trophies and medals and additional weaponry were an added extra and although my team and I didnt partake its a super idea.

Well Done and we will for sure be visiting again!
