Show more...A lovely welcome from Mamadou and all the staff. Superb attention to detail. A calm, large room with an ensuite bathroom with a glorious shower. Breakfast had a fair choice, was well presented and we particularly enjoyed the homemade strawberry jam and the exclusive Tip Tree marmalade. We enjoyed our stay.
Show more...Outstanding from arrival to departure …. as usual. Best hotel experience for our old dog Terry ever …. he just loved the attention and being spoiled by all the staff😍 We travel a lot and this is just our London home away from home - all the staff are just wonderful and service minded.
Show more...Perfect position to visit london, large room with all amenities, very comfortable bed and impeccable service. All the staff was very kind and always available for our every need. We also had a very good breakfast and the donovhan drinks were spectacular
Show more...What a true dream of an experience, a wonderful hotel, relaxing, warm, friendly, welcoming, loved it and will be returning as soon as possible. Meal at Charlies restaurant was delicious, the breakfast was an abundance of choice, the freshly baked croissants a real must have.
Show more...Excellent stay at Brown’s. As I checked in, I was offered a complimentary glass of champagne which was a nice touch. I was disappointed with my room when I first arrived but Mamadu who worked on reception handled the situation very well and actually offered me an upgrade within a very short space of time and the rest of my stay was wonderful.
Show more...Wow can’t believe so many positive reviews! Our experience differed greatly. First, we were given a room that looked like something from a Holiday Inn. Not for the amount per night! Such a disgrace. Definitely not in the league of the Ritz, Claridges, Savoy etc. Breakfast service was a mess. More attention given to those on corporate bookings. Leisure guests not given much any attention or service that we had to tell them off. Afternoon tea was fine to me but not to my friend in terms of ambience and food quality. Plates smelled of stale eggs - use a dishwasher??? Not returning despite the constant trumpeting of the oldest hotel in London. Yes old and failing is what.
Show more...I could rave how beautiful the Decor of the rooms are, how the bar has the most amazing cocktails selections , how the food was great and how its the oldest hotel in London. But honestly the above doesn't compare to my interactions with every employee in the building. I don't even know where to start, was it the Bar manager who with 10 min notice on a Sun fed my group of 16 with every drop of food being off the menu, Our the front desk that was able to get me in my room 6 hours early after my flight, our the doorman who walked me blocks to make sure I didn't get lost when i asked directions, what about the Bellman who offered to unpack my suitcase and the concierge who took my multiple requests with a smile. This Hotel and the people who makes it the Best hotel Ive ever stayed in deserve higher compliments. I probably stay in 12 hotels a year. Browns is the Best of the Best
Show more...I had an amazing treatment with Silvya - the whole experience was incredibly relaxing and I felt very refreshed afterwards. I have been coming to this spa for a long time now and it is always 10/10. It is something I always look forward to. Can’t wait to go back!
Show more...Afternoon Tea was superb, we've done a lot of Afternoon teas around the world and this was in the top 3 easily. It feels special and elegant, without the more formal decorum at the Ritz. Food was excellent, sandwiches fab and offered additional if we wanted. Cakes amazing and nice selection. Warm scones perfect. Service spot on. Totally recommend

The Brown's Hotel was the perfect choice. They were incredibly accommodating for my extended stay and all of the staff were kind and polite whenever I saw them. You cannot beat the location, being a quick walk from the liveliness of Piccadilly while also having the charming Georgian exterior and surrounding townhouses.
