The most amazing hotel, a little gem in the centre of London. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. Started with drinks in the bar and then shown to our room. Upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary. Not one thing we would change. We had the most amazing stay. We will be back. Outstanding in every way. Sharron & Philip.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the lovely Milestone Hotel, July 23rd-26th, 2023. It more than exceeded our expectations! Prior to arriving in London, my husband had been in Liverpool with friends for The Open and I had been in The Lake District with friends. We planned to meet in London for a few days before returning home. My train on July 23rd was cancelled due to flooding on the tracks which led to a very long day of transfers by taxi from one train station to the next. I finally made it to Euston Station on the evening of July 23rd. When I arrived by taxi to The Milestone, I was greeted by the lovely receptionist who told me we had been upgraded to The Hermes Suite - this was music to my ears, especially after the trying day of travel. My husband was waiting for me in our gorgeous suite, along with a lovely bottle of champagne, fruit, and cheese. We immediately ordered room service, which was delicious. After dinner in our room, I indulged with a good long bath in the stunning marble soaking tub!! What started out being a rather stressful day ended with luxury and relaxation - just what I needed! Our remaining days in London and at The Milestone were wonderful. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the staff were fabulous! Our trip ended with a very early morning transfer to Heathrow provided by the hotel - we were given morning coffee and a box of delicious fresh baked pastries to take in the car!

This is our favourite hotel in London. We had an amazing welcome,a fabulous room and all the special touches - welcome drink, cookies, turndown fudge, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble ever. We will be going back as soon as we can. Thank you

Incredible hotel, very passionate and thoughtful staff. Beautifully designed rooms with extra special care taken towards all the little details. The place is relatively small however all the wonderful services and of course the hardworking staff made this stay one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a personal homely feel to a hotel and wants to feel incredibly welcomed

This was a birthday treat from my husband. We we’re at the Milestone Hotel last June and loved it. We had a wonderful time there again and we cannot wait to go back! The staff are lovely! The atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming. We we’re upgraded which was such a fantastic experience for us both. We absolutely love it there and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London now.

This short staycation marked our fourth visit to The Milestone Hotel. It has now gained the status of our favourite hotel in the world, and we have been lucky to stay at some fabulous properties. After trialing a couple of alternative luxe London hotels last month, we can confirm that the Milestone hotel is head and shoulders above the rest. What sets this hotel apart from others is the impeccable personalised service. Our every wish was catered for, oftentimes anticipated by the attentive yet not overbearing hotel team. We were thrilled to be upgraded upon arrival to the beautiful Venetian Suite, with duck egg textured silk fabric wall paper, a walk in wardrobe and two stunning bathrooms. Our Royal afternoon tea was the best yet for quality of produce and flavour, and we indulged with room service breakfast and a couple of visits to the health club. We were thrilled to notice that the small swimming pool was much warmer than during previous visits, more akin to a spa experience which was extremely relaxing. Cocktails in the iconic Stables bar is a must. A sensory experience - truly fantastic as was the impeccable service. All the bar staff were extremely friendly and informative. We are already plotting our return. Say no more!

Lovely hotel. Timeless aesthetics across the hotel and amazing features in every part. Each room is different and unique in their own way. Our room had a balcony that looked out at Kensington palace which was amazing. The house keepers do an incredible job of making sure everywhere is completely spotless! The health club was a great bonus too. Stunning resistance pool, sauna and gym. Staff are so helpful and will always do the everything and more to make sure you have the best time. The receptionist Zen offered us a complimentary welcome drink when I arrived which I thought was a lovely touch! All in all a lovely, homely and friendly hotel with a classy, authentic and British feel. Incredible door man Tim, makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. 10/10.

I had the pleasure of staying for one night this past weekend with a very important client of mine. I work in travel and have previously sent some of my clients to this hotel and I was genuinely blown away by their hospitality so when I knew I had a meeting in London they were my first choice. Having worked in this industry for 17 years and stayed at some of the best hotels worldwide I can say with my hand on my heart the Milestone would suit the most discerning client. It oozes with elegance and the service is impeccable. Location cannot be beaten. We had lunch and breakfast and both were wonderful - the wine selection is great. We were offered to use the pool and spa but didn't have time. I must also comment on every single member of staff I encountered. Pranav and Andrew always respond quickly and look after my reservations with great care and detail. The servers at the restaurant were friendly and knowledgeable, discussing the wine offering with us and making recommendations. The front desk and concierge always had a smile on their faces. Both of our rooms were wonderful and the bed large and incredibly comfortable. The WiFi worked well and both of our rooms had a good size work desk. I also love that the hotel is dog friendly! Thank you to all of the team at Milestone - I will be back and will certainly send more of my clients to your wonderful hotel.

We stayed here for one night as we were seeing a show at the Royal Albert Hall. I have been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful hotels, and The Milestone is indeed wonderful, but in another league, which is down to all the amazing personal touches. When we arrived we were told that they had upgraded our room and they remembered that we were here celebrating my husband's birthday. We mentioned that we were watching Cirque du Soleli that evening. In our room there was a hand written birthday card and a lovely cake with 'Happy Birthday' on it. We received a phone call asking if everything was ok with our room. When we arrived back to our room after Cirque du Soleli there was a candle in the bathroom and some Cirque du Soleli popcorn, again with a hand written note asking if we enjoyed the show. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. This was an extremely important stay for us as it was my husband's birthday, but also he has terminal cancer so we are making special memories. The Milestone certainly made this very special for us both, thank you so much.

I made a week surprise for my family by going to a Deluxe Studio Room in the Milestone Hotel. I have been planning it for 2 months with the team (christmas tree in the room, transportation from the airport and storage of our luggage in another of Red Carnation Hôtel, afternoon tea, they accept all of my demands). They slided every morning a letter I have wrote before to surprise my family and they organise perfectly my proposal. Kindness, professionnalism, great breakfast, old fashion and clean hotel. Everything was as expected and even beyond. We had a magical 6 nights stay, and would definitely come back as soon as we can !
