Great location close to tube station Very clean street view from room helpful staff great service in hotel bar very quick large reception area no waiting to check in very Efficent staff no smoking in hotel nice clean atmosphere Did not use the keep fit centre no time available we were on a short stay

The first thing that struck me about the hotel was the beautiful smell as I walked in. The second, how helpful the staff on reception were. Our room was small but clean (although we did have a problem with condensation from the windows on the windowsill) and the bed comfy. We had an evening meal here and that was excellent. Breakfast? A different story. On our second morning the gentleman on the door initially refused to allow our party of five to sit together, instead stating we had to be split across three tables. Breakfast itself? Quite a good selection but warm at best. Will I return? Probably not.

A beautiful boutique hotel perfectly positioned on a quiet road in lovely Kensington and less than 5 minutes to the nearest tube station. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Rencila, Alina and Raka for their warm welcome and constant good humour. The room was very clean, spacious,comfortable and the rain forest shower was brilliant. We will be back soon hopefully! Thank you! 😊

We went there with a friend couple for 4 nights and we are completly satisfied.Everything was excellent.The personel,and specifically Alina,Meriem,Sum, was very friendly,helpful and they helped us with anything we needed, helping us organize better our stay there.They gave us instructions and tips to help us.The breakfast and the kitchen service were amazing,they were happy,friendly people,always refferring to us with a smile and the good itself kept us full all day. The hotel is at a quiet street,yet close to the subway and all means of transport.You can get to all tourist sights and shops. When we left they told us that at least we are leaving for a sunny country(Greece),although we wish werent and that we could stay a few more days. I would definetily reccommend the hotel to anyone visiting london,and would go back there myself if i were to visit it again. We'd like to thanj everyone very much:)

Nothing but good things to say!! Maxim was very helpful too!! We stayed for 1 night and the staff accommodated our luggage as we arrived early and left late so we can’t thank them enough for this! Would defiantly come back and stay here again in the future

First of all we thought the staff were engaging and professional. Special thanks to the reception and concierge on arrival. Nice room inc a few little treats . Microwave and good fridge if required. Shower pressure was a bit weak but overall the room was ideally suited for 2 nights away. Breakfast was inc in room rate and was excellent with buffet style hot and cold. Again good attentive staff. Overall very good and we definitely would use it again. Thanks.

This lovely hotel is set in a great location. On a quiet street within a few minutes walk of Earl's Court station. Very easy to get around London from here. The hotel is charming. It has a small restaurant, tea & coffee, microwave & fridge in the rooms. Some aspects of the room could do with updating, the carpets & curtains are a little tired. Spotlessly clean though. The staff at this hotel are outstanding. Raka was so welcoming as was Sam, they were both professional, polite & it was a pleasure to be greeted by them. I highly recommend this hotel.

We checked the reviews before booking and thought it couldn't be as good as indicated, especially at the very competitive price, but it was! The welcoming reception, the cleanliness of the room and facilities - in addition to the usual items there were slippers provided, plus a microwave - the friendly & helpful staff, the location - quiet, despite being in a triangle of busy roads - all added up to a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay in London. We stayed over as we were seeing the book of Mormon, only 10 mins on the tube to get back to the hotel which was perfect ☺️ very clean and the staff are very friendly, Breakfast was so nice too! We will return for sure 😊
