Quirky Quarter is home to a medley of interactive experiences and brain-stimulating workouts, of puzzling challenges and oddball photo opportunities. It is a unique, fun-filled destination for all ages, offering a way to socially connect.
Show more...My family and I had a great afternoon here. A deceptively large venue near the city centre, Quirky Quarter uses optical illusions to create lots of fun experiences. My children (3, 7 and 8) all loved the different activities. The upside down rooms and the mirror maze were particular highlights. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean and well organised to comply with covid regulations. Loved it here, got great photos and would highly recommend to anyone wanting something a bit different to do in Liverpool.
Show more...Visited based on great reviews. A really interesting place, lots to see and interact with, staff superb - really helpful and interested. Think children's tickets stopping at 12 is a concept I find unusual as it made our visit of two adults and three over twelves into five adults which upped the cost considerably. However, we are on holiday and did enjoy it.
Show more...Had the most amazing time at Quirky Quarter, so much fun and laughter for our family, ages ranging from 15 months to almost 62 years! Fantastic photo opportunities, silly spaces, upside down places and quirky corners. The mirrored maze at the end is brilliant (we thought we’d be there all night!)
A special thank you must go to the Quirky Quarter team, they were absolutely fabulous, so helpful, chatty and joined in the fun. From the moment we entered, they couldn’t do enough to make our time there enjoyable. One member of the team chose special books for the children to read whilst we waited for our time slot as we had arrived early. They are an absolute credit to the company.
I know in these uncertain times a lot of people are concerned about visiting places but I just stress how carefully the exhibits are managed. There are hand sanitising stations all around the rooms and I watched the teams constantly cleaning the touchable surfaces of the exhibits and masks are worn at all times by everyone. Must mention the loos too (as you do ☺️), they are immaculate, which is really important when you have a baby with you.
Can highly recommend Quirky Quarter and we’ll definitely be visiting again.
Thank you for a great afternoon.

I booked the twilight option adults only session the price was reasonable at £18 which included a drink you could take with you into the attraction. Drink options available were spirits wine including rose and Prosecco and soft drinks. I was met by friendly staff who were on hand should I need any help throughout my adventure into enlightening curiosity. I took a seat in what looked like a country house library while waiting a magician showed me a trick then cleverly deconstructed it afterwards without giving any secrets away very entertaining. Upon entry I was suddenly in a surreal world where nothing was quiet as it seemed. It was a mind boggling beautiful experience full of wonder and surprise. I don’t want to spoilt it for you but it is a gem of a find suitable for all the family during the day and adults at night. A remarkable and interesting attraction. You’re have so much fun take a friend and expect to spend a hour and a half in awe at this truly fascinating attraction.
Show more...Visited today with my wife. Absolutely fantastic. Some great illusions and ‘quirky’ ideas with crazy room styles for a great photo opportunity. We really enjoyed ourselves. It took us about an hour from start to finish. There was lots of hand sanitiser and staff also issued plastic gloves to be worn in certain rooms. The staff were really friendly. One of the staff members who was a guy went out of his way to chat with us about when Quirky Quarter opened etc. I highly recommend this especially for families with children over the age of 7/8. Price is also very reasonable for the quality of illusions and rooms! Thanks for a fab day!
Show more...We were staying in Liverpool overnight for the stadium tour with our two sons, aged 13 and 9 whilst walking back from China town we were drawn in by the sign and the window display. So happy we were, it was amazing a really good find.
Price was great for 90mins, I won’t put pics on as it will spoil it for you but certainly recommend a visit if you enjoy something fun, cheap and lots of photo opportunities, great for any age. Staff were very happy, helpful and certainly enjoyed their job, which was nice to see. Recommended this to everyone we know visiting Liverpool. Thank you! 😃
On a midweek city break with the family, was looking for something that the kids would enjoy, and stumbled across this. We were not disappointed.
This is a really imaginative, different, and, yes, "quirky" visitor attraction, full of optical and audio illusions, the highlights of which would be the photo opportunities that enable you to change size, appear to be on the ceiling, poised precariously above an elevator shaft, or in a room full of floating money. The kids loved taking and posing for photos and we laughed a lot.
The welcome staff were really friendly and the admission prices were fair for the enjoyment we all got out of it (children aged 10 and 14). I was overall impressed, and highly recommend for families looking for something fun and a bit unusual. We went mid-afternoon on a Wednesday and it wasn't busy, meaning we were able to spend time with each exhibit. We were in there for over an hour, maybe 90 minutes.
We had such a fun afternoon here. There’s lots to keep you busy and the upside down rooms were a hit with my boys! There’s plenty of photo ops and the staff are really helpful and are more than happy to explain how to do some things in there. There is plenty of space inside so even with a few groups together, we still had enough space to keep socially distanced. We will most definitely visit again, my youngest son didn’t want to leave!!
Show more...I really can’t speak highly enough of this place. On a city break with our five and three year old kids, we’d had a miserable time the day before, trudging round the Albert Docks in the wind and the rain, kids not really appreciating the history and atmosphere, in danger of calling it quits and going home. And then this place happened! Astonishing science and whimsy that appeals to all ages. My favourite part was watching our three year old think, understand and then throw himself into the spirit of it. And, at the other end of the spectrum, much of it delighted even a wizened old cynic like me. We loved every exhibit and didn’t want it to end. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Totally saved our trip. Thank you, Quirky Quarter. And for the NHS discount. I hope the future’s as bright as you deserve.

We have just had so much fun at Quirky Quarter. It was very well run and abided all social distancing rules. The chap made us feel very welcome and at ease the minute we got there and remembered our name when talking to us, which was a nice personal touch. Going round the staff were really helpful giving us hints and supporting us to get the best effects for our photos. Our 11 year old thoroughly enjoyed himself, as did us adults. We 100% recommend Quirky Quarter if you’re wanting a slightly different and fun activity to do at a reasonable price.
