Grosvenor House Suites

The people who worked at the Grosvenor house Suites were all very professional and kind. I would also like to say how helpful Antonio and Robert were. They were always ready with suggestions to restaurants or any other questions. Much appreciated to have concierge that go the extra mile. Makes a huge difference when experiencing a new city

Great staff all around, but rooms had some issues. No electric plugs near beds, bright display phone above the bed was annoying. Water and amenities are supposed to be replenished each day and they were not. fruit basket provided upon arrival seemed old with wilted fruit. Small, but annoying things about this hotel that can easily be amended by attentive management.

The location is very close to the shopping area and opposite Hyde Park. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the breakfast they have is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the housekeeping is around the clock. They were also generous, providing juice, milk, drinking water, and a fruit basket when we arrived at the room.

It was an outstanding stay perfect location very safe quiet perfect room service team👌🏼 I was given a good offer it’s our 5th time staying at this place and will always repeat this experience thank you

I am not happy with the hotel experience and the staff interaction, also they didn’t explain the membership benefit, the cleaning are very slow , I will not recommend the hotel to my friends or other family members

A very spacious rooms and not only that a very convenient location as well. Special thanks goes to Stephany & Loubna for making our stay special and beautiful. They will take the extra mile to insure your pleasant stay with them. I highly recommend this hotel for families and couples.

They should renovate the rooms, a little more light in the rooms, furniture are old, communication should be more clear.. Also guests should be followed up more, More clearness about breakfast if included what does it include, as we were surprised paying such a big amount, and breakfast was very limited, and not much follow up from the hotel about our concerns.

The accommodations were very clean, the location was safe and ideal and the staff were very friendly. From the time we booked, and the various communications I had until arrival, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The food, welcoming gifts, wine and pastries were truly first class. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Beautiful property that is in a PERFECT location, the rooms have everything you could possibly need to make it feel like your own mini home! I have stayed at Grosvenor Suites on two separate occasions and both occasions had been really taken care of by Loubna & her team. The service by the staff was so welcoming and helpful, from the concierge, reception, guest relations & bar staff. We had very kindly been upgraded to a fabulous room with views like no other, lots of small details had been taken care of whilst staying here such as sweet treats upon arrival, G&T delivery, and complimentary bottle of wine. These small touches went along way, with personalised welcome notes in the room which really enhanced our experience. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special, we can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed for one night on 16th December 2023. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful concierge on the ground floor, he then escorted us to the 2nd floor reception where we received a warm and genuine welcome from the reception team. Due to availability, we were also given a complimentary upgrade to a nicer Park view suite. Upon entering the well appointed room, we found a personalised greeting and gift. The suite was in immaculate, super clean condition. It had modern appliances installed in the kitchen with complimentary water, milk and a generous stock of coffee pods for the machine. We had a drink in the atrium bar during our stay, the waiter looking after us was very friendly and engaging and looked after us fantastically. I would highly recommend the Grosvenor Suites if you want a fantastically placed landing pad in touching distance of Hyde Park & Oxford Street. We will definitely return! Thanks to the entire team for their care and attention.
