Kelebek Special Cave Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. We were lucky that we were upgraded to a Suite. Positive Things: Front desk staff were helpful and speaks English well. Upon check in, Onur, the front desk personnel, helped us with our parking, our luggage and familiarized us with the hotel’s set up and amenities Room was big and spacious Bathroom was huge with a separate bathtub. Floors were heated and nice during our visit which was winter Water pressure was consistently strong Hot water was always available Bidet in the toilet was a plus Breakfast was varied and very good. Have choices of how to cook your eggs A big plus of the hotel is the location - because it is high, and it has a roof deck view - one can see the city during the day, at night and specially in the morning to watch the balloons Rooms were cleaned everyday Not so happy about … The hotel is located on top of the town, so to get to town one needs to walk down- then up via a steep road around 500 meters . BUT because of the view we had, the walk was worth it The town is hilly so the hotel has a lot of stairs going up and down to go to the reception, the restaurant and the rooms. Over all. Am very happy with the hotel and would recommend this place Restaurant staff was attentive

Amazing location with great views of the surrounding area! Very attentive staff and is able to offer all the travel services the area as to offer. They took care of everything including shuttles! Highly recommend this hotel!

What an amazing hotel, super friendly staff. Got a free upgrade. Perfect spot to watch the balloons. Very clean and tidy and especially warm during the winter. The staff was very helpful in every way. Location is just 3 min from downtown but very quiet.

Very hospitable people. Great service. Sezer is one of the best staff person we met at the resort. Hope to come back again. We Anubhav and Aarushi hope to come back soon. Rooms are very cozier and warm. Spa is very good had a great time pver there.

- Staff were exceptional and super helpful and friendly and helped with advice during my stay and interaction with the balloon company. They helped with my suitcases both on arrival and departure. - The hotel is really beautiful & unique with lots of smaller terraces and gardens that overlook the entire Göreme, with chimnies and everything, and the rooftop view was beautiful. The resident dogs Whisky and Tequila were so wonderful & friendly especially when you miss your pets from home and made it feel homely. - Room was stunning and staff came and lit my fire for me nightly for me which was lovely and made the room feel really warm and cosy and room servicing was done daily which was great. - Location was central and close to the town. Everything was walking distance. - The Sultan Cave Hotel which is connected to Kelebek has a wonderful restaurant Seten which I ate at twice and the view, staff and food was amazing along with the rooftop terrace. The hotel is authentic, with it's wonderful view and room design. The reception is friendly and very helpful in organising the tours and transfers. Location is central and close to main road. The breakfast is full table offering free coffee and tea throughout the whole day and night. The staff in restaurants are super welcoming and making you feel home and cozy.

excellent hotel! A beautiful view, excellent service, all the staff were very attentive. The room is very comfortable and the environment is pleasant. we will come back here when we can. I highly recommend it because the experience is incredible.

I hv a very great experience here from the deskfront, accommodation, staff, housekeeping, guide and everything. We also experienced fireplace inside our room. Our room no 9 is great and its from original cave. The view is so stunning for both sunset & sunrise. Thank you for Yusuf, Sezer, Ali, Onur, Fatma, Yeter and all the staff. Awesome experience with amazing views all around! Great breakfast and location at top of the hill just rocks (pun intended). Short walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and shops. The view from the TOP of the hotel is unmissable!

Amazing stay at the best cave hotel in cappadocia . The staff was welcoming and the views were great There was heating and air conditioning (sometimes the heat can be a bit much) The breakfast buffet had a great selection and it is a short walk to the city center
