The atmosphere of the old town.
I love local places like this, it has a sense of atmosphere like nowhere else. A good place to meet friends, go shopping and visit the fish market.
Take a cab and give the address - Umbrella Street.
Walking down the umbrella street, take your time. When you see the blue store on the left turn into the courtyard. That's where the old town is. There are many shops with embroidered bedspreads, pillows, sweets and spices.👌👌
If you turn right you will get to the promenade. There are cafes and a beautiful view of the harbor.
But if you want the fish market, turn left at the beginning of the umbrella street and walk to the rotunda.
At the fish market, a lot of restaurants where you choose the fish that will be cooked for you. Recommended.

Stayed at S3 King Residence. Great location. Rahman the front desk agent went above and beyond. Organized everything we suggested ad hoc. We prefer to Wong on the fly and he made it happen

Visited the town as part of a sunset cruise across the bay. Fantastic place if you like shopping - I don’t but I really liked the atmosphere and the old town next to the waterfront. Best visited at night when the pubs and clubs get busy and it’s less hot.

To pushy like vultures. They don't give you a chance to enjoy and relax. My hospitality which i have seen in all shops. Even the restaurants chill i am drinking my wine i want to enjoy stop nagging me. This is one thing i hate about Turkey i have traveled alone and with family. They stock you which is really annoying

It's a small area and attached to the Bazar area.
Not impressive and the prices are high compared to other Turkish cities
Café and restaurants are good especially Pasa kepab.
C U AROUND

Not the best old town that I have been to but it is a nice walk round. Not sure where it starts and ends though. There is the sweetest little shop there that sells handmade leather shoes. They're so comfortable, individual and cheap brought some as a present. Lots of spice/turkish delight shops. Nice little mix, nice to have a walk round in the evening.

Shopping, shopping, shopping!!! Shops as far as the eye can see! Spoilt for choice for AAA genuine Fake designer shops selling handbags, purses, shoes, trainers, sunglasses, belts, jewellery and more! Fantastic quality and DIDNT feel hassled into buying anything I didn’t want to.
Lovely restaurants, bars and pubs all over the place, a beautiful harbour, taxis a plenty. I can’t wait to return!! :))

Fantastic evening wandering the Paspatur, Old Town Fethiye among the little lanes. The smells of food, coffee, spices amongst the handbag shops, carpet shops, jewellery shops is intoxicating. A leisurely cocktail, a coffee or chai, a pide or something more substantial makes this a great afternoon / evening out. Finishing off with a stroll around the harbour, the lights dancing of the flat sea amongst the many boats touting for business.

I am strongly urging people not to take any trips with this company, our experience was that they ran a so called 'private' boat trip where one of the staff tried to touch inapproprately one of the minors in my party, drew sexually explicit pictures and the boats owners also argued all day and thumped each other. It was not a professionally run trip and the issues that we have raised with them since have fallen on deaf ears and not taken seriously. They literally passed the buck to the staff for the complaint to be taken further. It was not an enjoyable day in any way and they have ceased communication and not offered compensation or refund. We are in the middle of complaining to the tourist board. This trip was not cheap trip at over £200 and we are very disapointed. please be aware.

we just finished our gullet cruise with v-go.we previously have done 6 over the last 10 years, all where good.
This one was horrible.cockroach infested rooms. one towel for 2 people for 7 nights. broken toilet seat. horrible smells from bathroom. no hot water, no safety briefing. did not follow itinerary at all. we felt cheated. one sheet on bed for 2 people. hole in cabin floor. holes in wall and we could see into the next cabin and they could see into ours.We where never told what was happening and what we would be doing next. cruised 8 hours on the motors 1 day. 1 hour the next day.
had 3 days start at 5am to get to next unknown attraction.
it was so bad 6 of us left a day early. couldn't wait to get off the boat.
called from the boat to head office to complain and they said manager was out and he would call back. guess what he never did.
please save your vacation and go with another company.
v-go ruined our vacation.
