Show more...Our stay was just perfect. The facilities and location are impressive, but the personnel are the best we've ever encountered. Traveling with kids, we enjoyed both the city and the hotel's facilities, including a large swimming pool and a smaller one that can be booked for private use, as well as an impressive room with views of Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus. The personnel were attentive to every single detail, especially Pearson and the guest relations team, Torres, Albert and the reception team, Nicoletta and Gregorio, who helped us with everything.
Show more...I had a nice stay at the Café Royal Hotel last weekend and I would like to thank the team for everything, from the kind welcome I had, to the lovely tour offered through the hotel which I really enjoyed. Knowing about the history of the hotel was fascinating. The hotel is top-notch and the attention given was superb. My stay was very nice. The team was very helpful. I was assisted by a very kind lady called Gina. Thank you again for everything.
Show more...Fantastic atmosphere and great service. Went there for high tea. Never had better tea before. Plenty of food. Do not have any food the day you go there. Not cheap though... but wearth every penny. Book well in advance to make sure you get a nice table. A must in London!
Show more...We had a really great dinner at Barbounia. The room is beautiful and Georges and the team looked after us really well. The food and wines were really excellent - particularly the Taglioni and the various carpaccios. Great atmosphere and service was the perfect pace. Many thanks !
Show more...City trip with my Ten year old son. Although the hotel is not really a family hotel the guest relations team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. From arrival till departure everything was great. Would recommend staying here and will definitely come back.
Show more...I stayed here for a night with my partner as part of our anniversary celebration. The service was brilliant from start to finish (shout out to Maria from Guest Relations for making our stay extra special and looking after us for the whole weekend). Our room was spacious, comfy and clean, and the marble bathroom was beautiful! The spa facilities were also great, especially given the central location of the hotel. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience - we will definitely be visiting again!
Show more...I recently had a 60-min aromatherapy treatment at Akasha and it was a luxury and relaxing experience. The therapist Victoria truly listened to my requests and I felt benefits of the massage on my body in the following days. I was offered different massage oils prior the treatment and after it, the therapist provided me some recommendations according to my body needs. I will definitely return!
Show more...I had dinner here with friends recently and was blown away by the quality and service. Despite being next to Piccadilly Circus it's a real haven of tranquility. The staff go the extra mile and Hassan, who was taking care of our table, was the consummate professional - courteous, knowledgable, available when we needed him and inconspicuous when we didn't. It was raining as we left, as we hesitated at the entrance another staff member appeared with a complimentary umbrella. I think that says a lot about how determined they were that we went away feeling good about the experience.
Show more...It’s my home a way from home and Marie-Charlotte made everything easy and amazing, I don’t think I’ll ever stay in any other hotel in London except cafe Royal and I must recommend the Akasha spa is the best and thank Fatima for an amazing experience the massage was amazing. I’m definitely gonna go back. And I must salute the concierge guys. They are so professional, and make everything easy.

We used to stay at the Mandarin Oriental while in London, but I wanted to be closer to the luxury shopping on Bond Street. The Hotel Cafe Royal is perfectly situated near Bond Street, and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Before booking our first stay I had a very lengthy conversation with Bas Timmermans, who is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and he was fantastic at explaining why the Cafe Royal Hotel would suit all of our needs. Bas was the reason we chose to stay at the Cafe Royal, and he was absolutely correct that we would not be disappointed. Our first stay was for four days in January. After our first stay, we could not wait to go back to the Cafe Royal, and we just completed another five day stay in March. The entire staff at the hotel is top shelf, and from the moment you arrive your every need will be looked after. Another key for us is the in room dining, which is outstanding! We ate many breakfasts and dinners at the hotel because the food is wonderful, and the in room dining staff is superb. Whether you want to have tea at the legendary Afternoon Tea room, relax in the stunning spa or have something special at Albert Adria's 2-star Michelin Cakes & Bubbles, you are sure to have many wonderful memories staying at the Hotel Cafe Royal!
