ClueFinders is a unique and exciting real-life escape game designed for groups of 2-19 players. The aim is to escape from the room within 60 minutes by working together as a team. Solving a series of puzzles, resolving clues and unlocking padlocks; can your team find the clues and escape the room? It's a great choice for hen & stag parties, families & friends and colleagues!
Show more...Very lovely staff I have completed all 3 rooms with colleagues and it was a great team building activity. Really easy to get to and time flies when you play! would completely recommend for a group of friends/ family/ team event
Show more...We have visited Cluefinders twice in the past month, having played their "Remy's room" game first, then coming back this week to tackle "The Tomb".
The venue has free onsite parking for the duration of the game (Which is very handy in Liverpool) but was about a 10 minute straight walk from James street according to the walkers of my group.
Both times we came we were greeted warmly at the door by our hosts and given a little pep talk (and H & S brief) before we started the game. There were toilets on site and we were told we were able to leave the room at any point if we were uncomfortable or needed the loo!
Remy's room was in the upstairs of the centre, the 1940's spy themed room. This one was definitely their easier game, but still had lots for the 3 of us to do and plenty of space to work with! The Tomb was my personal favourite as I love Indiana Jones, and felt like I was in the movies! Great gameplay and this was definitely a more challenging room! I loved the physical elements it had and the Egyptian adventure theme really did it for me!
The hosts are always lovely there, really helpful in the game (When were were being unobservant) and they are always very consistent with their customer service, and you can tell they have a passion for what they do!
We can't wait for the new room! Thanks Cluefinders!
I have done a couple of escape rooms with work as part of team building events but this was the first time with my children. My 11 year old daughter wanted to do it for her birthday. We chose Remy’s room as it was a 3 out of 5 difficulty rating. It was the perfect choice!!! It was still challenging enough to have us adults flummoxed at times but simple enough for the kids (aged 11 & 14) to get involved and help to solve. Our room host was a young guy (apologies, I have forgotten his name!). He was so friendly and explained the game well. We broke out of the room just in time! Excitement levels were high and we all cheered when we solved the final clue.
Highly recommend and we will be back!
After previously playing a raceroom last year, we've returned to tackle the tomb.
Although the tomb is a slightly harder game than Remy's we still have an great time. Once again our host was great, she talked us through everything and what to expect.
We managed escape the Tomb with only a few seconds to spare - When we we were stuck we we received a nudge that just felt right and helped us get through the harder things in this room.
If you're looking for something different to do, would highly recommend Cluefinders.
My hubby and I took our 8 and 6 year old to Liverpool to visit Anfield and to see the city. We went to Cluefunders for something different and I was not expecting it to be so much fun but oh my goodness, we had the best time, the kids enjoyed it so much and said it was their favourite thing about Liverpool! Well done Cluefinders, very well done and thought out. We’ll definitely be back for more!
Show more...We came for my sisters Hen do to play Remy's room as we had a larger group of people. The 13 of us split into 2 rooms and we raced against each other solving puzzles to see who could get out first. There was a twist at the end that got everyones heart rates up!
Great experience, we will be coming back soon for the Tomb!
Easily found with parking right outside. A bit unassuming from the outside, but as soon as we entered and were taken to reception we were fully immersed in the world of Remy. Our host was very friendly and informative. There was 6 of us our group and we found there were plenty of puzzles for everyone to keep busy and entertained. Love the twist I’ve never been in a room like that before.
Would definitely recommend and I will be back to do their other room soon.
Absolutely brilliant, best one we've ever done (and we've done a few) we went with 3 adults a 12 year old and a feisty 8 year old, not one of us was bored. There were things to find and do for everyone. Definitely going back to try other ones
Show more...Really good day out definitely worth the money. We played 2 teams head to head which made it even more fun. The guy that worked there was really patient and understanding particularly as the last 2 team members couldn’t find the venue so we started 15 minutes late! Really best experience though and would recommend

I've done a lot of escape rooms over the last few years, either with my partner or my best mate. This was the first time the 3 of us have done one together and what a room it was!
Show more...The City looked a bit unassuming at first but once you get going the puzzles come thick and fast! All the puzzles were really challenging but not to the point the were unsolvable.
I hope you get to the final puzzle, its something I've never seen in an escape room before and will leave a smile on your face!
Natalie was our host and she is the gold standard of escape room hosts. Endless enthusiasm, great to talk to before and after the game and had the exact balance of giving us clues to keep the game moving without jumping in too soon. Plus the clues were cryptic enough to give us a nudge without giving us the answer.
I can't wait to get the other two rooms booked after the amazing experience we had in this one.
