Really friendly staff from James on reception (massive thx for all your top tips) to the ladies in the breakfast room - you guys all looked after us soooo well The hotel is right in the middle of Times Square - perfect location for exploring NY. Rooms are spacious and comfortable We really liked the small hotel experience :-)) We will definitely be back

Great hotel with interesting history. While the style may seem a little dated, it oozes character and emphasises the history as the former Hotel Metropole (Great Gatsby and Herman Rosenthal case). The location is fantastic, mere steps away from Times Square with a wealth of restaurants & entertainment venues. The staff are welcoming, helpful and informative. The hotel provides a free continental breakfast and has a comfortable lounge with free drinks and snacks. The biggest benefit is this is a low rise building, I have vertigo so it was ideal. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed staying at the Casablanca and hope to return one day.

I've stayed in every type of hotel you can stay at, in various parts of the world. While I have had good/great service at some other hotels, NOTHING compares to what you get at this location. What the rooms kind of lack in overall size, the people who work there are what make it such a great experience. They bended over backwards to make our stay was as comfortable as possible, and they succeeded. I never write reviews about service unless it's terrible, but again, it was so good that it has to be recognized. Keep up the good work!!!!!

I come to New York for my birthday every year and stay for one night to see a Broadway show. I had an amazing trip this year. Everyone was so pleasant and my room was gorgeous. When I checked out they let me keep my bag there for the day until I was ready to head to the train station. And then they even gave me a free bottle of wine to take home since it was my birthday. This is my new favorite place and will absolutely be back next year 😊

Stayed here on a Thursday to Sunday long weekend. The staff are absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. Our room was a standard one and more than good enough. The real win though, well apart from the Hazelnut Coffee, was the bed. It was tremendously comfortable. Will deffo recommend this hotel to others.

I loved this boutique hotel. Located in times square but location was still quiet and safe. The Hotel is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to help with anything you need. They have free snacks and drinks in the lobby always available. I would definitely reccomend this place when in NYC

We check out of the Casablanca tomorrow and I don’t want to leave. The staff is top notch. They are always available for personalized service with a smile. If you’re looking for a hotel with history and charm, you’ll find it here at the Casablanca. The 2nd floor snack/coffee lounge was a lovely place to unwind after hours of exploring. The location is perfect if you want to be near Times Square. With all that the hotel has to offer, I can’t wait to return.

It’s like home, with great service and attention to all our needs. We frequent ed the cozy lounge and fireplace after long evenings out, and warmed up by the fire with the wonderful snacks and hot drinks for our convenience. We had a big selection of coffee, tea bagels, pastries, eggs and cereals, fruit and juices before we headed out each day. The staff is delightful!

The Casablanca hotel is a beautifully serene oasis just steps from Times Square. The staff were friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the sitting lounge with its lovely fireplace and beverage/snack bar after hiking the streets of New York all day!

An absolutely charming hotel! Right in the middle of times square. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Ricks cafe is a terrific place to sit and unwind. Hotel is close to everything...restaurants and broadway shows. Would definitely come back!
