Everyone at the Library Hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for us. We enjoyed the lovely Reading Room for coffee, tea, and snacks, and the Bookmark Lounge rooftop bar for drinks and cheeseboard with a pretty view.

Comfortable, low key, excellent staff and well located. Enjoyed the lounge with its beverages and snacks. The adjacent Madison and Vine restaurant was superb. Definitely would stay again. One slight negative.. low water pressure in the shower.

The library hotel was simply superb, we booked the trip for our joint birthday’s and we were not disappointed from start to finish. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room, view, location, hotel restaurant and bar excellent. The location is perfect for attractions within walking distance to Grand Central for venturing further afield, we could not fault the hotel and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in New York, simply superb and we can’t wait to return some time in the future with the Library being our hotel of choice! Thank you.

What a wonderful and unique hotel! We loved the different themed rooms. The second-floor "Reading Room" is comfy and full of various coffees, drinks, snacks, and fruit. It's all a very nice touch. The location was terrific and we would definitely stay there again!!

The room was New York small but very clean, modern and well-appointed. The front desk staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. I appreciated the seating areas in the lobby, dedicated coffee spot on the second floor and the 14th floor bar and lounge with great seating areas for our group of 10. With a central mid-town location Library Hotel was a great find.

This location is unbeatable, but I am disappointed that after the pandemic so many good features have been eliminated. I enjoyed for years the evening wine hour and the morning continental breakfast on the second floor, and I find it interesting that the resort fee was added when these services were eliminated. Also this last recent trip I realized that there is no longer a turn-down service with a chocolate on the pillow and the weather forrcast for the next day. I must add that there still are coffee, tea, and soft drinks and fruit on the second floor library room.

What a gem of a eclectic hotel in the middle of it all. I shared the library theme with my wife and daughters knowing that they would love this place. The staff was very friendly. The 14th floor rooftop bar/dining was very enjoyable. Absolutely know where to stay next time I am Manhattan!

Loved this hotel! Clean and comfortable, feels newly renovated and like a modern luxury accommodation. Great little touches all over the hotel, like snacks and drinks for free on the 2nd floor. Location is great in a less busy part of midtown - easy access to theaters and upper and lower east side. We can't wait to return and stay in a different room to explore more books!

We had a delightful stay at Library Hotel. Comfortable and personalized accommodations, friendly staff, fun atmosphere, nice little complementary perks that make this hotel stand out from the cookie cutter hotels that nickel and dime you. We have recommended it to at least 5 other couples and truly hope to stay here again. Also, great location - close to Bryant Park and super yummy bagels. Thank you Library Hotel team!!

Best stay in NYC ever! I have tried a couple different hotels in NYC and stumbled across the Library Hotel in my search. It doesn't help that I am a Librarian, thus added to the need to stay. I was thrilled with the location and how close it was to Grand Central Station and the Coach USA bus stop. Which allows fast travel to airports. Check in was fast and friendly and the front desk staff answered my questions easily. My room was very comfortable and it was perfect to curl up in after a long day. Bookends bar upstairs was the perfect spot to hide in a nook and enjoy a break. And Maison and Vine was a great place to start the day. I really couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay at. Will definitely make it my go to spot when in town.
