The Plaza New York - A Fairmont Managed Hotel

I recently stayed at The Plaza with my young daughter for her first trip to NYC. I could not have imagined a more magical experience from start to end - and such a warm, welcoming, and accommodating team to welcome us. Such an amazing stay - thank you!

This is the type of experience money can’t buy. It is worth every penny, and even more. It is an experience that is out of this world! I have a younger brother with Autism Spectrum Disorder who is mostly nonverbal, and the staff went out of their way to attend to his every wants and needs, interact with him, and make him feel special. This right here is the reason why my family and I will be coming back as often as we can.

Server was very very very nice and sweet. All the servers and employees were very willing and understanding with our allergies and needs and their customer service felt very personal and was phenomenal. I would highly recommend going here. You feel like royalty and it honestly feels like a dream.

The service was a 10/10. So was the food. Everything was absolutely exquisite. Thank you specifically to Mr. Fariz Tello, he was very attended to our concerns. I have decided that if I am ever as rich as my grandparents this hotel is where I want to spend my retired days.

Had a tea lunch at the palm court, it was fabulous! Everything from the service to the atmosphere was top notch! Also catered to gluten and dairy allergies, chef and waiter knew lots about allergies and were able to direct us on the menu accordingly. Will definitely be back again!

Shalim gave us the best experience at the Plaza for tea! I even got a free piece of cake for my birthday! The food was great and the tea stayed hot for hours! Shalim was so attentive and got us anything we needed. Will never forget this experience!

The best hotel stay I have ever experienced. Beautifully appointed rooms, and the most professional hotel staff I have ever encountered. From the time you check in, to the departure, every staff member is helpful and friendly. No request goes unmet. What I noticed most of all is the pride in working in such a beautiful landmark in NYC.

Bed, pillows, comforters were all extremely soft and comfortable! I didn't want to get up! Gave us complimentary champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, bottled water, and a book on the history of the Plaza for our anniversary celebration!

Upon arrival at the Plaza, we were greeted by Nick. He remembered us from a previous trip and ensured our service from the second we walked in the door. Whether it is drink service or just general knowledge about the city, Nick is the most resourceful staff member at the plaza! Highly recommend.
