Mövenpick Bursa Hotel and Thermal Spa

Currently is staying at the hotel. The hotel is old and little bit shabby. Thermal area is shabby and uncomfortable too. All in all I’m upset that has chosen it. Service is about 2 stars - yesterday we had a doctor appointment at 6 a.m. The day before, in the evening we have asked to call a taxi for us. So in the morning nobody called us to said that taxi arrived, so we just came to reception. Reception was darken and nobody was on the table…When came the security guard and found some lady - she definitely didn’t heard anything regarding taxi and just started to call for it!! I suppose that nobody asked for a taxi at 5.30 despite he goes to airport or train or had a special appointment! Today during breakfast simits has ended - when we asked a waiter he said that that’s all and it finished. At 9.30-breakfast is till 10.30! To end my review - today is my birthday and even any card with congrats was given to me)) 5 stars hotel. Very sad(

The Staff were helpful and atmosphere was perfect. The room is clean and they clean it for you in daily basis. The breakfast was an average i was expected more from Movenpick. Accumadation service were good. They provide for you a local guide as an option.

We prefered the hotel due to international branding. FO staff were friendly and helpful. The room provided was bigger than many hotels in Turkey with comfortable and nice decorations. Breakfast was OK, but dinner at Italian restaurant was good and delicious. We enjoyed SPA facilities during our vacation in Bursa, Turkey.

Beautiful hotel, nice atmosphere and so pleased with the housekeeping services, met Fatma in the corridor and when we came back from our visit in bursa city, she decorated our room for valentines with heart ballon’s. What a lovely surprise !!! Thank you so much for the lovely smile and the sweet gesture

Smooth checkin process, welcoming staff, nice ambiance, breakfast was not that good, the curtains were dropped off in room, not all light switches were working, Arabic speaking staff which was good but we were upset that we were not been told that bursa has no snow at that time, they knew we are planning to visit the mountain for skiing but no body advised us that the weather will be windy, no snow for the kids to see.

Hotel staff were not helpful at all, we check in 12pm they informed us room was not ready we requested them to take our bags in the room since we were going out, we got back 6pm our bags were still kept at reception!!! Terrible! Hotel is very dark very old, doesn’t look like 5 star at all it’s 3 stars with worse breakfast there’s nothing at all, on my return I stayed in Hilton was the best. Staff needs more training

The hotel is wonderful and the staff are helpful specially Deniz. The location is so close to the old Bazar. Breakfast was good. But the highlight was the staff service. Recommend for another trip to experience the ski one hour away

The best hotel in that area for those looking for a quiet stay. Popular places like Cumalikizik, botanic garden, cable car etc are very close if you have a car or take a taxi. Some beautiful museums and resat oyal kulturpark are in walking distance. Reception was very professional as I have waited only 2 mins for the check-in/out, and they provided all information. Quick room service with very friendly staff especially in the morning, the food was simply AMAZING. Thank you!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for just over 2 weeks as part of a long relaxing break. Prior to booking, we read the excellent reviews on Google and we hoped that we would have a similar experience to other guests who had enjoyed their stay. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this by far was probably the best we have ever stayed in!! From the minute we arrived to the final moments that we left, everything was just perfect! The staff are all incredibly helpful, polite and will do anything to accommodate their guests. The hotel room, the hallways, the lounge area are all very clean and inviting. The rooftop restaurant is probably the best restaurant we ate at in Bursa and given that it was on site and we didn't have to travel, this made it even more incredible! One of the best features of this hotel was probably the gym and spa areas! The facilities were quite superb! The swimming pool is heated and although it can feel a little too warm at times, it felt very nice to swim lengths in. The staff in the spa area were so helpful and did everything to make sure we enjoyed each visit. For me, this hotel has certainly set the benchmark for any future stays I plan as I wouldn't want to experience anything less! Thank you Movenpick Bursa for everything!

We came here with Globus. The hotel misplaced our luggage, and did **not** even apologize for their mistake and kept on arguing with our Tour Manager!!! Finally, it took our kind Tour Manager to make one of their staff and go on each floor that had Globus guests staying to check!! We were able to find our luggage after that!! But, why argue instead of apologizing for their mishap??!! Also, the toilets are **NOT** clean at all!!! We found several pieces of other guest’s leftover hair on the toilet seat, too!!!
