Show more...We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a show on 1 of our 2 nights in Belfast. Hotel very central leaving you a few minutes walk to any of the shops and halls and historic buildings in belfast. We had BnB booked. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast was by far the best buffet/ self-service Breakfast me and my wife have ever had in any hotel. Over all 5/5 for this hotel would recommend to a friend
Show more...The staff were the most amazing part of our stay, John was a super bar man, couldn't have done more for us, so professional and friendly, made our stay that much better. Casper was also a great help very polite and helpful. Very helpful in giving us recommendations for things to do while in Belfast also.
Show more...Bar staff working the night I stayed, Niamh G and Hami were really friendly and engaged in lots of conversation. Really personal experience and great service given. Real asset to your team here at the Maldron. Hope to see them again on my next visit here! 10/10

Show more...This hotel is in the heart of the city close to plenty of bars and restaurants. I checked in on the terminal as they seem to prefer impersonal processing. In truth it was easy enough but I am still awaiting my electronic bill! The room itself was bizarrely an accessible one on the 11th floor! I am not sure why I was allocated this as it wasn’t at my request. That said, it was clean enough but the bed was low and instead of a shower or bath it was a wet room with a small sink. It was frustrating that safe didn’t work but I decided that life was too short to worry.
Show more...Maldron hotel I hope this letter finds you well. I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at your hotel and felt compelled to share my feedback with you. During my stay, I was deeply disturbed to witness members of your management team shouting at the housekeeping staff in a manner that was unprofessional and disrespectful. It was disheartening to see such treatment of your employees, who work hard to ensure the comfort of your guests. Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that the bed linen in my room was dirty and stained. Clean and comfortable bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay, and the condition of the linen fell far short of that standard. It left me questioning the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room. As a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and to be provided with clean and well-maintained accommodations. Regrettably, my experience at your hotel fell short of these expectations. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to address the issues I have raised Your sincerely The American traveller
Show more...We couldn’t fault this hotel in any way. Spotless ,clean room with small card to say who was housekeeper. A credit to them. Rain shower with great pressure, comfy beds and linen. Tea/ coffee facilities with mugs, a bonus, as very few drink from cups these days. Small niggle, the lighting for ladies in bedroom isn’t great for face make up, and small people can hardly reach the bathroom mirror. A good solution for shavers and ladies would be a cosmetic mirror attached on the wall and easy to manoeuvre. Room has safety deposit box and unobtrusive furniture. Food at breakfast was good and plentiful, gluten free bread, smoothies, jams and full breakfast as well as continental. Top class service at bar for drinks and coffees. Our evening meal, fish and chips was tasty and hot. Reception area very pleasant and helpful. There’s a self service check in and out which would be great for any red eye worker. Also a holding area for luggage, so one can enjoy the city without any worry of lost bags. Location brilliant, right across from Victoria bus and train station, near Tesco express too. We are already talking about coming back.
Show more...Great visit and location Hotel beds very comfortable Rooms clean and tidy Communal areas are excellent and staff extremely helpful In the bar area Hami’s cocktails 🍸 were amazing and freshly made not pre mixed Restaurant great value for money and fab service from Patrick
Show more...Really enjoyed our one night stay here when visiting Belfast. It was a fab location! Room was nice and clean, mattress was a bit soft but that’s a personal preference. The bathroom was a good size too! Check-in was slightly disappointing at 5pm when there was only one member of staff on who had no control with people jumping the queue and her choosing to go ahead and serve them first. Just a bit chaotic! Would stay here again though 😊

We used the Maldron Hotel to host a very successful government event for local businesses. The service provided by the Maldron team was truly superb. This included easy, prompt and excellent communication over email to help us arrange the event, modern facilities, friendly staff, and delicious locally-sourced food for breakfast, lunch and coffee/cookie breaks. On top of this, the prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels in Belfast. Would highly recommend using the Maldron to host networking events.
