Crowne Plaza Belfast, an IHG Hotel

I love this hotel. Staff are so kind and genuine, they all love their jobs. From the second I entered the hotel, I got a good feel again, amazing front desk team, a special mention to Melissa, Madalina and Naomi. Genuine and professional staff, have so much time for guests and they can not do enough for you. I was given a beautiful room and it is a pity because I usually only spend one night there, it is not enough. Thank you Crowne Plaza Belfast. I will be back again soon.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times and will return again soon. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Ash in the Green Room always provides excellent service. The food was superb, including breakfast, which we sampled for the first time. The rooms are second to none, as are the leisure facilities. We can't wait to go back.

Just want to say a big thank you to all the waiters and waiteress who were working on Mother Day.A massive thanks to the excellent team of chef's who put up delicious food, it was a pleasure to eat in this hotel. I wanted to write about Shamisha, a member of the hospitality team at the bar restaurant I visited during my stay. She was extremely efficient, attentive and also brought some stimulating conversation to our casual dining experience. Well done to the team at Crowne Plaza for employing such a gem who will go on to change lives. She is a graduate of Law and I wanted to wish her every success in her future career. Meanwhile, thank her for serving us.

great reception Ryan was very helpful polite and friendly thanks Ryan the breakfast was great and the bar friendly and welcoming in fact i cant name all the staff we interacted with but they were all very friendly and professional a credit to the hotel next time we are in belfast we will definitely be back the hotel is well situated just a few miles from town but with a beautiful park right on the doorstep

The hotel is very pleasant indeed, great facilities, great food ( several options of restaurant area ) and very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are kept very clean and fresh, with the option of not having the room cleaned unnecessarily, so a good sustainable approach too.

Best in Belfast. All services are fast and effective , nice food , laundry , nice rooms, children play area , bar , restaurant , hall etc….. Road is assessable, nice staffs. Spar time was awesome too. They’ve got some nice jewelry display in reception and I got my wife some couple ones.

Ryan at the Front Desk was an absolute legend! We needed something printed for a Drama event and had 5 minutes to get it sorted! Ryan took charge and got us on the wifi, email sent, stuff printed and we went to the event and my daughter smashed it. Top Job

Awesome place! Great services and professionalism, nice people! Madalina & Maria were very helpful and welcoming at the reception! Food was great and the staying very satisfying and comforting. Highly recommended! Great location overall!

Nice clean rooms, very smooth check in, good facilities with a pool and gym. Shame about having to book slots in the pool, that’s a bit of a pain but seems the norm now. Loads of car parking with a good restaurant and bar. Zack in the restaurant was especially helpful.
