Show more...Hi drove into the culloden with my friend, who is disabled and along with myself can not walk too far. I could not find any close by disabled car spaces, they took some spaces away and put "set down" only which is silly, please please get disabled spaces done as quite alot of customers are eldery to and cannot walk too far, its an important issue please to be looked into and considered seriously. Thanku,
Show more...Room 505 disappointing. Service excellent. Food excellent. Location fine. Just a pity about room 505. Perhaps rename it to Economy Room so that it limits your expectations. But overall enjoyed the stay.
Show more...What can I say, our stay here was fabulous from the moment we walked through the door. The staff were welcoming, food was amazing and our room was the best we’ve ever stayed in. My husband made use of the leisure facilities again could not be faulted. We can not wait to return!
Show more...The Culloden is already well known throughout Northern Ireland as being the best hotel within our wee country, but it wasn't until I finally got to stay overnight that I could really say why for myself! It's the keen attention to detail that is taken throughout every aspect of the Culloden experience. My room was impressively laid out with lavender scented toiletries, a grand bath tub, and the most luxurious pillows I've ever encountered. The breakfast was beautifully presented and distributed by smiling well dressed staff members. I spent my free time enjoying the whimsical sculpture garden and enjoying a perfectly balanced whisky cocktail that was the perfect end to my day.

Show more...Attended The Culloden Estate and Spa for a conference and overnight stay, the facilities were excellent and the food top quality. Staff were very attentive and only to happy to help with anything possible. The room was spotlessly clean, along with the very comfortable oversized bed.
Show more...Highly recommended this hotel , our rooms were fabulous, so relaxing, amazing surroundings, beautiful grounds, didn’t want to leave, we will definitely be back!! Couldn’t fault anything from helpful fab staff to food, sheer luxury, absolutely loved our stay 💕
Show more...This is our second time to the hotel. Last time (as a couple) we loved our visit. However, this year, we brought our baby and extended family. We spent over 2k for two nights. The cot in the bedroom was a grubby travel cot with no mattress. The netting around the travel cot also had a tennis ball sized hole in it. I went to reception to ask for a mattress or some sort of alternative, to which I was advised that housekeeping would be contacted. Nothing was done. I ended up having to put pillows down as a mattress as it was past her bedtime and too late to wait for something to be done/not done. Really disappointed as I felt she was not given the treatment of an adult guest.

I was treated to an Afternoon Tea at the hotel along with my daughter in law and a treat it was. We were seated with an excellent view of Belfast lough which on a cold but sunny day was wonderful. The selection and quality of the food, savoury and sweet, was of a high standard and the service was excellent, attentive, professional and friendly.
