Bellis Deluxe Hotel

Everything was excellent! Food (mostly kebabs, dessers and Turkish baklava🥰), beverages are adorable. Winer consept is really good. Liked your entertainment and animation. Heated pools indoor and outdoor and also aquapark were great! Love your zoo, especially horses 🐎 😍

Great place for family vacation. Everything is done for kids and families. The food is amazing. Sea and beach are wonderful. Pools are for all tastes. Spa is good. Animation for kids is excellent. Animation for adults is good, just a bit of nakedness there. Service is excellent. We loved our vacation in Bellis Deluxe.

Very good service, spacious rooms, delicious food and hospitality at its best. There is also a zoo and a horse riding club. The football pitches are well-prepared and equipped. Totally recommend for sport camps and family trips. Lovely to stay here!

We booked this hotel for my sister who is undergoing cancer treatment as it was her birthday. We were the only black family in the whole hotel. We experienced racism from the Russian guests. Pros Really clean hotel Some lovely staff members - ladies who make the Turkish flatbreads and head day chef in restaurant. Evening shows were good. Food was good and varied. Flatbreads during the day were amazing! Turkish steam rooms and sauna were free and good. Cons Rude Russian guests and staff Had to put up with our family being stared at constantly due to our colour, even filmed at one point! Verbally abused by Russian guest and pushed in front of. Ignored by some staff in bar cues, or our plates not cleared away to the point the manager had to reprimand staff member. Cocktails at pool side bar not amazing and mojito was full of granulated sugar! Rooms need updating Cold pools, only children’s pool heated Hotel only catering to Russian guests Poor music in the evenings, tailored to Russian guests and repetitive. Club empty due to same Russian music, no chart or current music played. Monkey’s in zoo looked traumatised and cages too small!!! We made the best of it, but would not be able to recommend or return here.

Great winter concept. Warm aqua park. Tasty meal. Big territory for walking around. The zoo and horse riding on the territory -this entertainment is interesting not only for kids who could feed horses and deers with apples, but also for adults.

Wonderful family hotel! Delicious food, good animations, happy New Year! We celebrated with a group, everyone liked it, they sang and danced. We are visiting for the fourth time and will come again, we recommend, the hotel keeps its standard! Beautiful large area!

I traveled to Bellis Deluxe Hotel for the New Year holidays and I would like to express my gratitude to all the waiters of the restaurant, and especially to Elnura, who usually serves me with great attention, responsiveness and help.

The hotel it is very nice !Good food and nice people ! Many activities, lovely staff! There is a good aqupark with heating pool. The New Year Party was amazing, we loved. I recommend with love! And will try come again

It was our first stay in this hotel and we would love to come back again one day! I really liked the service: the food was delicious, plenty of fish, fruits, greens, even some dietary options, numerous beef dishes. There was something to eat from 7 am to 1 pm, which is great if you are a night owl and tend to oversleep breakfast ;) The staff is friendly and polite. The sandy beach is clean, with a comfortable and gradual descent into the sea. Despite November, we still had a chance to swim. Having a zoo was also a great bonus. We stayed in the main building, upper floor, and the view of pines and mountains was breathtaking.

Helpful personnel (for any kind of questions) It's really handy when you can grab a drink/snack in almost any point of the hotel Overall great looking place with direct access to the beach Cons: Careful if you're on a diet. Spicy food may be unmarked. Cleaning sometimes doesn't cleans dust especially in far/rarely used places.
