IC Hotels Santai Family Resort

A perfect option for a winter break with the most beautiful beach on the entire Belek region. As usually the beginning of February is not always considered a beach time, IC Santai is making it possible. The resort has extensive facilities, good heated indoor pool, sauna and steam bath. The cuisine is among the best Turkish culinary could provide as well as perfect dining facilities. The entire resort is oriented towards families, but it could provide a perfect conditions for each type of visitor. In winter the entire beach is calm and if the weather is sunny, and most of the days it is, the vacation is fantastic. Special greetings to the GR and Mr Yulmaz (sorry if I do not spell it correctly) for their support and care. For the Antalya vacation IC Santai is always an international hotel with perfect conditions for relaxation and sunshine. What has improved in comparison to the previous visit: the variety of the offering in the main restaurant, the set of local pogacha for breakfast, the red wine. Perfect resort, great sunshine.

We went to this hotel as a huge group, as we went a bit later than others we had seen a couple of pictures so knew roughly what to expect. The actual place in reality is so much better! We have been to a number of all inclusive places before but none like this. The complex itself is massive but everything is close. The cleanliness is superb with staff constantly ensuring everywhere is clean and tidy. The food in this place is second to none. You have the normal all inclusive foods but then there are varied special stands doing more intricate food each day. This coupled with the grill outside ensures that there is always something available for any tastes. There is a beach bar also, this we only used at lunch time but it is also really good. Freshly made wood fired pizzas, amazing flat breads made by hand by a lady who looks like she loves her role, jacket potatoes that are smashed up and mixed with butter and cheese and any other toppings you want, and also the burgers and kebabs you’d expect. All really nice. The kids loved the 4pm waffles! There are a number of bars around the resort, we mainly used the pool bar. The staff here are great but Ahmed during the day and Mesut at night were absolutely superb. I asked Ahmet how he was always smiling and happy, he rightly said look around, what’s not to be happy about. This bloke is a credit to the hotel!! The wife enjoys a cocktail, the menu here is brilliant, all made by the mixologists on site. Can’t be faulted. If the bar is too far away (which it isn’t) there are waiters on roller skates going around taking peoples orders. They were able to bring lots of buckets of ice and some to us each day! We had a swim up room, this also had its own pool (called the lake) and it’s own bar/restaurant. As there was a huge group of us we rarely used this, however when we did it was all as nice as the rest of the place. The evening entertainment was really good. There was one night which was ok, the rest you’d be happy with in a major city, really good. The poolside entertainment was also good, entertainment staff encouraging people to participate in games but not pushy if you don’t want to. All of the games were good fun. There are a couple of areas for toddler age children, these were all in the shade, but due to the 45 degree heat some of the equipment was still hot to touch, cooled down by pool water and it was all good. There is a teen area for the older kids with A/C and PlayStations/Xboxes and pool tables. The pools are all lovely, the kids absolutely loved the water park on site, none of the queues were too big. The water sports are an extra charge, the prices were quite spiteful, we did put the kids on the banana boat but they weren’t that fussed so didn’t bother again. All in all it is hard to fault this resort, I loved our time there and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean rooms, good entertainment and variety of food, excellent all inclusive package. Room for improvement in the following - - fix the floor in one of the waterpark areas as floor was uneven and hence a risk for falls (I didn't allow my children to play in that area. Older kids area appeared old and worn out but still functional. - Limited pools had heating in winter the villa pool was too cold for my kids to enjoy. -Mostly European food - would be nice if there was some English meals including fish and chips and normal pizza with cheddar cheese/mozzarella as my kids didn't like the feta cheese which was in a lot of things they would have ate. Overall i would recommend and still visit again :)

Mainly Russian hotel so although it was very nice, as Brits we were quite bored as we had no one to chat to and my daughter who is an only child, could not make any friends. Plus we all know what the Russians are like for their rudeness…. say no more! The free ice-creams all day were branded i.e. Magnum, Cornetto etc so they were gorgeous. There is a shop in between the pool and the beach and a fridge near the main slides. The large slides are great but it’s a bit of a walk from the pool area. You can’t really just let kids go on their own so be prepared for a parent to have to go each time. The splash park however, is near the main pool so that’s great for little ones. The kids entertainment area was like a little village so looked great but again mainly Russian. The evening entertainment was really good, some great acts to watch and a small bar next to it. Some evenings they set up some old style wooden games on the grass so it was nice to walk around and play with the kids. Watch out for the grumpy balloon maker though, he clearly doesn’t like his job! The food was lovely. A fresh honeycomb at breakfast was delicious. Freshly baked bread and pastries. Lots of fresh food stations. It was nice to eat lunch overlooking the beach although we both got 24hr food poisoning from eating here and the management did not really care. The room was tired and with 3 of us quite cramped. It was really noisy and all we could hear was screaming babies down the corridor. I appreciate it’s a family hotel but the walls are quite thin and the carpets are from the 50’s. We didn’t have a sea view but if it’s not too expensive I’d pay the extra. The bungalow style rooms did not really look great for the extra money. I guess they are quieter as they are not in the main hotel building but we hardly seen anyone use the pool outside the rooms, probably as it was a little boring. The hotel is very clean though. Most outstanding thing was the cocktails! The cocktail bar on an evening was incredible! They put a lot of time and effort in to each drink, smoking the glass, adding berries with mini clips etc. The drinks were delicious but only 1 server so a big queue and around 30 mins away from the family whilst waiting… but worth it!

Good hotel but was disappointed with parts of it. Pros Food was great, good quality and variety. Room was nice size. Good choice of pools. Enjoyed the daily sports/entertainment. Great selection of drinks. Cons. Arrived at 10pm, no arrival drink, apparently they are only until 5pm. Reception staff geared towards the Russian market so when you have a problem difficult to resolve because of the language barrier. Reported couple of small faults in room. No one came to sort. Swim up room - so disappointed compared to others stayed previously. To be honest we probably had the worst spot. Closed in balcony upstairs. Did not feel like a swim up room. Would have felt I was going on other people’s sun beds if lay on them round the pool as right outside others rooms, there was so space really for us and as I say no sun on balcony as was completely enclosed. Considering we paid more for this I did feel quite cheated for what we got, it was not a space to make full use of. Mini bar had poor selection, only two beers in terms of alcohol and we were 3 adults and 2 kids, not always restocked every day.

We have spend a good time here. We will come back for sure. Room cleaning was perfect made by Hatice Yilmaz ours chambermaid. Folowing the detailed recommendation from Ömer ,Wellness reprezentant,we have take several Professional Massage done by Aygul ,a person who knows her job very good.

This hotel was even better the second time. It has everything for everyone! The staff are so hospitable and it shows how much they enjoy and have pride for their jobs as a lot were there the first time we visited. The hotel also made our holiday extra special as we were celebrating a number of family events whilst there including birthdays. The hotel is in a very quiet location but it has everything you need. The food offer is incredible, with themed nights and chefs making items to order. You are spoilt for choice where and when to eat. The kids restaurant is a great addition and our kids loved it and were able to choose their own food and sit in their own area. The activities on offer by the entertainment team were great, including yoga and Ariel yoga plus fun games. The kids club is extensive, offering activities throughout the day, including crafts and has a park, softplay, toys and cinema. I would like to provide special thanks to Gozde, Sofiya, Murat and Irem. Although they were all great. They put on a spectacular event for Halloween and we're so friendly and caring with the kids. The evening entertainment includes the kids disco and shows, bands, and big shows but you can also have quiet nights in the lobby bar. There is so much at this hotel it's easy to miss things so make sure you explore all areas including the silent pool and aqua park. It is also directly on the beach. I would also like to thank Arti in the spa for making my birthday spa experience extra special in the VIP area. Tunahan, Adile and Mutlu we're also great. The only downside is the costs of the shops on site so make sure you take essentials. The hotel booked us a taxi to the local town for a shopping trip which had plenty of shops to get all the clothes and souvenirs we wanted. But you can organise a day trip to a market on certain days if you want a full day. Would love to visit this hotel again!
