Rixos Premium Belek - The Land Of Legends Access

This hotel was one of the best hotel that I have ever been there.everything was in highest quality. And specially I should thank of two dear stuffs of hotel Mr Serdar and Ms Nouf because of their kindness and responsibility. Totally thanks Rixus premium

This was our second visit back to this beautiful hotel, the first time it was just myself and my husband and this June we visited with our two year old son. We came back to this resort because it was our first family holiday abroad and from the previous time we knew what to expect. I have visited many five star hotels in and around Belek and this is my favourite so far. I feel like Belek is becoming the new Dubai . The hotel is beautiful from the pools and the gardens to the restaurants and rooms. The a la carte restaurants are fantastic and we enjoyed tasting the different variety of food to what we would normally have at home. The food at the Asian was amazing , and the food and atmosphere at the greek restaurant was fantastic. Our waiter Called Recep went above and beyond to make our experience a good one, we enjoyed the Greek dancing and the plate smashing was fun. We took advantage of using the table service at peoples restaurant and ate here most dinner/ breakfast times , having our toddler with us we found it easier being served than each taking it in turns to go to the buffet as it was huge ! The new Godiva cafe was an excellent touch and we always had a coffee on the decking in the morning and took some chocolate back to the room of an evening . The staff in the Irish bar were so friendly and attentive . My only niggle about drinks is on our previous visit in the Irish bar I was able to have cocktails while my husband had a beer, He prefers draught beer and this was only served in this bar compared to bottled in the others. Unfortunately only a selected few shorts and mixers were available this time and cocktails in other bars . The kids club area was great they have a small indoor soft play area and trampolines and park , my son especially loved the kids pool and splash park. We didn’t use the kids buffet as we had lunch in the food court area most days and there was plenty for my toddler to eat there. The arcade area was great , no money required for the rides just push the button as many times as they want, There was a bowling alley and some pool tables too. We went to land of legends one day and went to visit masha and the bear and had a photo opportunity. We didn’t see any shows but we used the kids splash area . Drinks were expensive and we didn’t eat as we were full up from breakfast so didn’t have lunch until we got back to the hotel. The shuttle service is great and towels were provided when we arrived. I used the spa once and enjoyed a massage , the pool and swim up bar in the spa area was like heaven and I would recommend this area if you want some peace . I particularly liked the new WhatsApp service the hotel provides. We had the daily entertainment schedule sent every morning and anything we needed i.e ironing board/bell boy we could request via the chat . Our room was clean and spacious, and our maid was so lovely,we were provided with kids toiletries with a cute sponge and slippers , such a cute touch. All in all a fantastic hotel and I would love to come back and visit once we have saved up :-) Thanks Rixos

Just returned from our holiday at Rixos Premium Balek. I can honestly say this was one of the best 5* hotels I have ever been too. I’ve been to other 5* hotels but this was pure luxury. The ambience was beyond amazing and relaxing at the same time. Throughout the day there would be bubbly, water and chocolate coated strawberries available. Food was of an excellent standard and available 24/7. Staff were always friendly and helpful. They all took great care of us. No matter how many times you asked something they always had a smile on their face and delivered to a high standard. Nouf was our personal advisor who would contact us each day to let us know what was happening in the hotel. No request was ever too small for Nouf. She would contact us everyday asking us how we were and if we needed anything. Honestly, her customer services skills are impeccable, she always went above and beyond. She is a true gem. I want to say a massive thank you to Nizaar at the restaurant. He always took great care of our family. He was always rushed off his feet but greeted everyone with the utmost respect and care. Always smiling and being helpful, an absolute legend. Gökçe, booked our swim with the dolphins. Honestly she was so kind and helpful. She always had a smile on her face. She made sure we were never inconvenienced. She brought our tickets to us while we were at Godiva Cafe. She would text to see if we needed anything and how our day was going at Land of Legends. We knew we could count on her if anything did go wrong but Gökçe made sure nothing went wrong and everything flowed smoothly. An amazing individual she was. Sabaahat, always took great care of our room. It was cleaned to a high standard daily like we were entering the room for the first time. Everything from snacks to toiletries to towels would be replenished. I can honestly say that no task was ever too small for Nouf, Nizaar, Gökçe and Sabahat. The staff at Zasya restaurant were also truly amazing and beyond kind too and food was to die for. Wish I could take everyone’s names as everyone was genuinely polite, courteous and beyond helpful. I truly miss this hotel and I can say it is now our family’s favourite place. We are already thinking of returning and we truly cannot wait!!! Thank you so much so excellent hospitality. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel in anyway.

We loved our family stay at Rixos premium Belek hotel . The facilities and hospitality were outstanding . All staff especially guest relation assistants we had named Mr Serdar and Nouf were fabulous and very thoughtful making our stay extra special by adding surprises for our friends celebrating their anniversary 💖 our Special thanks goes to the master chef Mr Deepak Singh who made super delicious Indian curries making it extra special !! Overall we would rate Rixos premium Belek hotel as 10/10 and would highly recommend it ! Love from Mistry family

Good evening We are very happy to be at Rixos Premium for the last 3 nights. I can confirm that: 1- Staff is excellent. Thanks to Nouf and Serdar 2- Food is extremely delicious and very tasty 3- Room cleanliness and house keeping service can comfortably get 10/10

Lovely hotel, food and amenities. Having a PA is brilliant and a big thank you to Serdar and Nouf for all their help. Special thank you to our cleaner Turka, and to Ali for arranging transport. Unfortunately the weather was not good but there were plenty of things to do indoors ,even a cinema which was great. Nice choice of places to eat , with a 24 hr People's restaurant and a very late night buffet. Rooms are nice with a balcony and lovely views and bed was comfy but pillows were a bit too big for my liking. The hotel is very nice, but there is not much around it if you are looking to go anywhere outside it and taxis are very expensive. However the bus to Land of Legends is great and runs twice a day. Not worth going in February as the weather was rainy and stormy for the time we were there so unable to use the beach, although they have a heated pool indoors and out. The hotel is lovely and I would recommend, especially in the summer, if you are happy to spend most of your time in the hotel .

I had a nice holiday with my friends. Rixos Preimum Belek is a really high quality hotel, food and drinks, we did not regret it, we were sad that the weather was a bit bad, but we had the opportunity to meet Ms. Esma from the entertainment team, we participated in her activities, she was very energetic and friendly, even though we were very crowded, she ran the activity well.
