Xanadu Resort Hotel

Like always a pleasure to be there. IN 2023 WE WERE THERE 3 TIMES. Even out of season service, food, spa... All perfect. Our special thank you to customer relatio Olga and Olena and for the great Service of Mrs. Yilmaz Best weiter I have ever meet

The rooms are really nice, staff are very polite. Always making sure everyone has what they need drinks ect. The spar is lovely including an inside pool and outside pool, also a gym that is for your use from 8-10 pm. Loads of differemt bars for a different atmosphere. Also god entertainment

Rooms are very nice, staff all lovely and polite. Always making sure you have a drink. Entertainments good including bowling, darts and arcade. Lovely spa area with indoor pool and outside pool. Rooms are made everyday including mini bar in rooms filled up everyday.

We visited out of season so not everything was open and we had rain but it was still a fantastic holiday. Loved the spa and the kids spent hours in the games room playing ten pin bowling, ping pong and pool. Staff are very friendly and the food was amazing. Can’t wait to come back in the summer.

The staff are very friendly and they are always there to help. The rooms are up to a satisfactory standard and I am very happy with the service. Even though I went off-season there was a wide range of activity’s to endorse yourself in. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean and organized. The whole hotel is massive with wide range of things to do such as a spa, water park, games room etc. It is worth the money and we all enjoyed our trip

The food is very nice and the beds are very comfy. lovely staff, always there if your drinks empty to refill. Really accommodating and polite. Have felt welcome the whole time I have been here. Great fun from the entertainment staff and lots to do including inside pool and spa area

Great atmosphere, brilliant staff always there to help, fun activities will definitely return. Willy wonka guest entertainment is brilliant fun darts game Food is out of this world. Irish bar has great music and entertainment drinks are lovely

Beautiful place, no complaints, amazing service and accommodation. Would definitely recommend. Evening entertainment really good, excellent attentive staff. Lovely pool areas and very family friendly. Great shopping right at the hotel.

It seems there are only few tourists left at the beginning of November, nevertheless the weather is still quite pleasant. Probably because the resort has neither heated outdoor swimming facilities, nor indoor pool suitable for swimming. So it relies on conferences, symposiums, congress and other forms of mass gathering of a huge groups of guests that are not here for recreation nor for the sunshine. Huge queues in the relatively small main restaurant lead to significant discomfort and are not leading to a smooth and relaxed atmosphere. Obviously that is the only way to cope with the diminishing number of normal tourists and to keep the facility busy. And is directly related to the excessive pricing policy implemented by almost all Turkish resorts during the last two years. However some of them were visited also this fall and are looking much better and have perfect conditions for vacation.

Visited the hotel many times but this is the first time visiting so late in the year. As ever, everything was excellent however what really makes the difference at Xanadu is the friendliness of the staff, who always ensure high levels of service for all. Good choice of food in the restaurant and the vast range of premium branded drinks are a bonus. Will definitely return again next year.
