Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa

Our stay with two kids was perfect. The room, the staff, the location everything was great. Their breakfast is also extensive. The staff at the breakfast and the staff for room service are really hospitable. We would definitely be going back.

From 3 to 8 March 2023, my family decided to visit Bursa and insisted on having hotel accommodation in Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa. 8 years back , we visited Buras in winter and booked this hotel. My family had great memories of that trip and especially the hotel accommodation. Even though I have a huge number of rewarding points at IHG, I decided to fulfill my family desire to get rooms in Hilton. I booked 4 rooms and the whole family was surprised with the room quality, facilities and cleanness. The past great memories were recalled with new ones with great pleasure implied. The hotel is still in excellent shape and has unique design taste. The location is awesome, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the quality of the rooms and facilities are excellent. Front desk staff were very nice and showed great reception that deserves a big salute for that. I had no regret of selecting this hotel instead of my IHG option and will continue to select this hotel in my future visits to Bursa. The health club is having great equipment and in high floor with great view. The executive lounge was awesome and having fabulous views to the city and mountains. The executive lounge staff were very polite, smiling and helpful. I raise my hat to all of them. The food was excellent in taste including room service. Over all, this hotel scoured 10 out of 10 in every aspects and reserved special place in my hart and my family memories. My humble thanks to the hotel management and all the staff 🙌

This was our first visit to Turkey 🇹🇷 and visited historic sites around Istanbul and Bursa. The hotel is located on the main road and easy access to the facility. We found the staff friendly and courteous

Everything was great and it was a very luxurious experience the staff was very helpful and kind the breakfast was tasty and had lots of options to choose from and Musa,the breakfast chef took great care of us and gave us special food and treats he prepared and was extremely polite so I thank him very much

Merhabalar , we used to come to Hampton Bursa since 7-10 years ago , frankly this time is the best ever , the hotel very quite and in quite area as well moreover, the breakfast delicious and fresh , I would thank specially Mr.Orhan for his welcoming us and his hospitality, & Mariam every one in the hotel They do the best to make our stay comfortable

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. A few days before check in I received an email from Mr. Hakan Guruscu. He offered to send me a photo to the hotel by email. This photo would then be printed out and framed and placed on the table in our room. That's exactly how it happened. It was an unforgettable gesture for my wife. We would like to thank Mr. Hakan Guruscu and everyone involved for this. Our room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very luxuriously furnished. You can open the room door, the elevator and the executive lounge door with your cell phone. Terrific! We enjoyed the large selection at breakfast. There we met Mr. Musa (cook). He constantly prepared various delicious dishes, went from table to table with them and impressed the guests. We enjoyed that too. We would also like to thank Mr. Orhan Güvel for his great attention. In the Executive Lounge we were served daily by Ms. Beyza Nur. Very friendly, quick and attentive. Thank you! We ate twice in the restaurant. The food was delicious, the price was fair. The waiters here are also very attentive. We wanted to get advice at the spa reception. That unfortunately did not work. Our recommendation is: the spa reception staff should be trained again in terms of friendliness and competence. I found the sauna and the hammam very relaxing. The hammam stone should be a little warmer. We felt comfortable in this hotel. My wife and I have visited many Hilton hotels around the world. This hotel is a high level standard Hilton hotel worldwide. We will come back to this hotel. Thank you Bursa Hilton team!

We have traveled to many countries and stayed in five-star hotels, but the staff at the Hilton Bursa was hands down better than most of the places we visited. The hotel is modern, and the room and bathroom were in excellent condition. The breakfast choices were good, and the staff was amicable. We checked out, and we forgot our passports and money in the room. When we returned in the evening, the staff had secured everything and returned it to us. If you are in Bursa, we would highly recommend Hilton Bursa.

The hotel was safe and staffs were nice. Got upgraded because the guest in the room which I had reserved decided to extend their stay. Aside from this, the bedroom was clean and bed was very comfortable. The windows were sound proof which meant I could get my needed sleep as I am a light sleeper. All in all, I would definitely recommend and will stay here again on my next visit.

I like this hotel because every stay ; express check in-out, housekeeping, hotel location and executive lunch service and breakfast services are generally very good and quality. Also, the interest and helpfulness of the hotel staff has always impressed me. Very Thanks
